I. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the XTH-705 sport earphones with Bluetooth®
wireless technology. We encourage you to read this user guide

III. Basic operation
Charge your earphones
• Plug the supplied charging cable into the USB port of your computer or to
a 5VDC USB adapter to charge the battery.
• Connect the micro-USB end of the cable into the micro-USB port of the
control capsule.
• The charging indicator light will turn ON red, and the LED will turn solid
blue once it is fully charged.
• The earphones battery should be initially charged for at least 3 hours.
Thereafter, the battery will take around 2 hours to recharge.
• Turn off the earphones when not in use to conserve battery life.
• Make sure that your earphones are fully charged before using it for the first
time.
Turning your earphones on and off
1. Press and hold the Power/multifunction button for 3-5 seconds to turn
on the earphones. The LED will turn ON and alternate between red and
blue.
2. To power off the device, press and hold the power button again for 3-5
seconds. The LED will turn OFF.
IV. Advanced operation
Note: Before installing this product, please make sure that your device is
compatible with Bluetooth®.
Pairing the earphones with your mobile device
1. Place the earphones and the mobile device not more than one meter
away from each other.
2. Set your mobile device to “discover” the wireless earphones.
3. Press and hold the power button for several seconds to turn the
earphones on. The Light indicator will flash red/blue indicating that the
earphones are in pairing mode.
4. An audible tone will be heard to indicate that the earphones have
entered into the pairing mode.
5. On your mobile phone, the newly discovered audio device will be
displayed in the Bluetooth®list.
6. Next, tap on XTH-705 to start the pairing process with your mobile
device.
7. If you have a lower Bluetooth® version, you may be prompted to enter
the passkey 0000 (4 zeros).

8. If pairing is successful, the LED indicator will flash slowly in blue and an
audible tone will be heard. If after 60 seconds the pairing process fails,
please turn off the earphones and repeat steps 1 through 6 described
above.
Using the wireless earphones
1. Answering and ending a call using your mobile phone
• When there is an incoming call, briefly press the multifunction button
once to pick it up. You may also press the answer button on your cellular
phone to take the call.
• To end a call, simply press the multifunction button once again.
Likewise, you may also finish the call directly using the end key on your
cell phone.
• To reject or ignore an incoming call, press and hold the multifunction
button.
• If you want to redial the last number called, press the multifunction
button twice while the headset is in standby mode.
2. Music playback
• Briefly press the multifunction button to play and pause audio
playback.
• Briefly press the button to increase the volume level. Press and hold
to choose next track.
• Briefly press the button to decrease volume level. Press and hold to
play the previous track.
• When listening to music using your smartphone, playback will pause to
allow the call to go through.
• As soon as you hang up, music playback will resume automatically.
Note: Loss of audio on either left or right side of the headset can be
caused by built-up dirt or wax. See Cleaning and maintenance
instructions on page 7 for reference.

Precautions
• Do NOT drop, hit or shake the device.
• Do NOT disassemble, repair or modify the earphones yourself.
• Do not use cleaning products that contain benzene, solvents or alcohol.
• Do NOT expose the headset to excessive heat or to direct sunlight for
long periods of time.
• Do NOT store the device in a place with high humidity or dust.
• Do NOT place heavy objects on top of the earphones.
• Do NOT use near a microwave oven or wireless LAN products.
Cleaning and maintenance
Use a clean, dry and small cleaning brush or a wax loop to remove wax
and built-up dirt from each earbud tip or inner mesh of the headset.
Alternatively, you can use a clean and dry toothbrush. If the dirt or wax
buildup on the earbud tips or internal mesh are a bit tough, dip a cotton
swab in a small quantity of hydrogen peroxide and gently clean the mesh or
earbuds accordingly.

III. Funcionamiento básico
Carga de los auriculares
• Conecta el cable USB para carga suministrado al puerto USB de tu
computadora o a un adaptador 5VDC USB para cargar la batería.
• Conecta el extremo micro-USB del cable al puerto micro-USB de la
cápsula de control en línea.
• La luz indicadora de carga se encenderá en rojo y la luz LED quedará en
azul una vez que los audífonos queden completamente cargados.
• Inicialmente debes cargar la batería de los audífonos por al menos 3
horas. A partir de entonces, la recarga de la batería tomará 2 horas.
• Apaga el dispositivo cuando no los utilices para conservar energía de la
batería.
• Cerciórate de cargar completamente los audífonos antes de usarlos por
primera vez.
Encendido y apagado de los audífonos
1. Presiona y mantén oprimido el botón de encendido/multifunción
por 3 a 5 segundos para encender los audífonos. La luz LED se
encenderá y alternará entre rojo y azul.
2. Para apagar el dispositivo, presiona y mantén oprimido nuevamente el
botón de encendido por 3 a 5 segundos. La luz LED se apagará.
IV. Funcionamiento avanzado
Observación: Antes de instalar este producto, asegúrate de que tu
dispositivo es compatible con Bluetooth®.
Cómo emparejar los audífonos con tu dispositivo móvil
1. Ubica los audífonos y el dispositivo móvil a no más de un metro de
distancia entre sí.
2. Habilita la función Bluetooth® en tu dispositivo móvil para “detectar” los
audífonos inalámbricos.
3. Presiona y mantén oprimido el botón de encendido por varios segundos
para encender los audífonos. La luz indicadora brillará en rojo/azul para
avisar que los audífonos están en modo de emparejamiento.
4. Escucharás un tono, el cual indicará que los audífonos han iniciado el
proceso de emparejamiento.
5. En tu teléfono inteligente, aparecerán los audífonos desplegados en la
lista Bluetooth®.
6. A continuación, selecciona en tu teléfono inteligente los audífonos
XTH-705 para iniciar el proceso de emparejamiento.
7. Si cuentas con una version anterior de Bluetooth®es posible que tengas
que ingresar la contraseña 0000 (4 ceros).

8. La luz LED indicadora brillará lentamente en azul y escucharás un tono si
el emparejamiento se realizó con éxito. Si después de 60 segundos no
logras emparejar los dispositivos, por favor apaga los audífonos y repite
los pasos 1 al 6 descritos arriba.
Utilización de los audífonos inalámbricos
1. Contestar y finalizar una llamada con tu teléfono inteligente
• Cada vez que entre una llamada, presiona brevemente el botón
multifunción para contestar. También puedes presionar el botón de
responder en tu teléfono inteligente para contestar la llamada.
• Para concluir una llamada, simplemente presiona el botón multifunción
de nuevo. De igual manera, también puedes finalizar la llamada
directamente presionando el botón de colgar en tu teléfono inteligente.
• Para rechazar o ignorar una llamada presiona y mantén oprimido el botón
multifunción .
• Si deseas marcar el último número discado, oprime dos veces el botón
multifunción mientras los audífonos se encuentran en modo de
pausa.
2. Reproducción de música
• Presiona brevemente el botón multifunción para iniciar y poner en
pausa la reproducción de música.
• Presiona brevemente el botón para subir el volumen. Presiona y
mantén oprimido este botón para reproducir la próxima pista.
• Presiona brevemente el botón para bajar el volumen. Presiona y
mantén oprimido para reproducir la pista anterior.
• Si escuchas música con tu teléfono inteligente, la reproducción quedará
en pausa para que pueda ingresar la llamada.
• Tan pronto como concluyas la llamada, la reproducción de música se
reanudará automáticamente.
Nota: Puede haber pérdida de audio en el audífono izquierdo o derecho
debido a acumulación de suciedad o de cera. Revisa las instrucciones de
Limpieza y mantenimiento en la página 13 para referencia.

*El cálculo de alcance se basa en un área libre de obstáculos e interferencias y dentro
de la línea de visión entre los dispositivos.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Utiliza un cepillo o un hilo de cera limpio, seco y pequeño para remover la
acumulación de cera o suciedad en cada punta o en la malla interna de los
audífonos. Otra alternativa es usar un cepillo de dientes limpio y seco. Si la
suciedad o cera acumulada en las puntas o en la malla interna de los
audífonos está un poco dura humedece un copito de algodón en una
pequeña cantidad de agua oxigenada y limpia cuidadosamente la malla o
las puntas de los audífonos con el copito.
