7. Do not block any of the ventilation openings. Install
in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or
grounding– type plug. A polarized plug has two blades
with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has
two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade
or the third prong are provided for your safety. When the
provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an
electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched

Plugging in the Unit
1. To remove AC Plug: Slide the AC Plug Release
Switch to the left and rotate counter-clockwise.
2. To assemble AC Plug: Slide the Plug Release
Switch to the left and rotate the plug clockwise
into the position shown. Release plug switch
and verify switch is locked (switch to the right).
3. Plug in the unit to a convenient AC jack. Make
sure the AC jack is secure so it can support this
unit's weight.

Turning the Soma™Sound Wall On and Off
1. Turn on the unit by pressing the Power button v;
a tone will sound and the LED will light red to
indicate the power is on, but not paired.
NOTE: If the unit has been paired previously and
the paired unit is close by, the LED will light blue to
indicate it has been paired.
2. Turn the unit off by pressing the Power button v
until the LED turns off.
Pairing a Bluetooth Device with the Speaker
1. Turn on the unit as described above.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button ufor
approximately two seconds until the LED starts
blinking blue.
3. Within five minutes, select Soma Sound Wall
from the Bluetooth List on the external device.
See external device’s owner’s manual for details.
When paired successfully, the Sound Wall's LED
will light solid blue.
NOTE: If the unit is not paired within five minutes,
the LED will stop blinking.
4. Audio played through the external device will
now be heard through the Sound Wall speaker.
5. While in the audio app on your external
device, press the Play/Pause button wto play,
press again to pause and press yet again to
resume play.

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
1. Lees deze instructies.

5. Gebruik dit apparaat niet in de buurt van water.
6. Reinig alleen met een droge doek.
7. Blokkeer geen enkele ventilatieopening. Installeer conform
de instructies van de fabrikant.
8. Installeer niet in de buurt van warmtebronnen zoals kachels,
warmte-uitlaten, fornuizen of andere apparaten (inclusief
versterkers) die hitte veroorzaken.
9. Negeer nooit de veiligheidsfunctie van de gepolariseerde
of geaarde stekker. Een gepolariseerde stekker heeft twee
pennen, waarvan er één breder is dan de ander. Een geaarde
stekker heeft twee pennen en een derde uitsteeksel voor de
aarding. De bredere pen of het derde uitsteeksel is bedoeld
voor uw veiligheid. Als de bijgeleverde stekker niet in uw
stopcontact past, raadpleeg dan een elektricien voor de
vervanging van het oude stopcontact.
10. Bescherm het netsnoer zodat er niet overheen kan
worden gelopen of het kan beknellen, vooral bij stekkers,
stopcontacten en het punt waarop het netsnoer uit het
apparaat komt.
11. Gebruik alleen hulpstukken/accessoires die worden
aanbevolen door de fabrikant.
12. Gebruik alleen met een karretje, statief, beugel of tafel die
wordt aanbevolen door de fabrikant of bij het apparaat
wordt verkocht. Wanneer u een karretje gebruikt, wees
dan voorzichtig bij het verplaatsen van de combinatie van
het karretje en het apparaat, om letsel door omvallen te
voorkomen.
13. Ontkoppel dit apparaat tijdens onweer of als het gedurende
langere tijd niet wordt gebruikt.
14. Laat al het onderhoud over aan gekwalificeerd
onderhoudspersoneel. Onderhoud is nodig wanneer het
apparaat is op enigerlei wijze is beschadigd, als bijvoorbeeld
het netsnoer of de stekker is beschadigd, als er vloeistof of
voorwerpen in het apparaat zijn gevallen, als het apparaat
is blootgesteld aan regen of vocht, als het apparaat niet
normaal functioneert of als het is gevallen.
15. WAARSCHUWING: stel dit apparaat niet bloot aan regen en
vocht, om elektrische schokken te voorkomen. Plaats geen
voorwerpen die gevuld zijn met water op het apparaat, zoals
een vaas.
16. De wisselstroomstekker wordt gebruikt om de stroom
van het apparaat los te koppelen. Deze stekker moet
tijdens het beoogde gebruik eenvoudig toegankelijk en
bereikbaar zijn. Om het apparaat los te koppelen van de
stroom, moet de stekker volledig worden verwijderd uit het
wisselstroomstopcontact.

Het apparaat aansluiten
1. Om de wisselstroomstekker te verwijderen:
schuif de ontkoppelingsschakelaar van de
wisselstroomstekker naar links en draai tegen
de klok in.
2. Om de wisselstroomstekker te monteren: schuif
de ontkoppelingsschakelaar naar links en draai
de stekker met de klok mee in de aangegeven
positie. Laat de schakelaar van de stekker los
en controleer of de schakelaar is vergrendeld
(schakel naar rechts).
3. Sluit het apparaat aan op een geschikte
wisselstroomaansluiting. Zorg ervoor dat de
wisselstroomaansluiting is beveiligd, zodat deze
het gewicht van het apparaat aankan.

De Soma™ Sound Wall in- en uitschakelen
1. Schakel het apparaat in door te drukken op
de aan/uit-knop v. U hoort een signaal en het
LED-lampje zal rood oplichten om aan te geven
dat de stroom is ingeschakeld, maar niet is
gekoppeld.
OPMERKING: Als het apparaat al eerder is
gekoppeld en het gekoppelde apparaat dichtbij
staat, licht het LED-lampje blauw op om aan te
geven dat de koppeling is gemaakt.
2. Schakel het apparaat uit door te drukken op de
aan/uit-knop vtotdat het LED-lampje uitgaat.
Een Bluetooth-apparaat koppelen aan de
luidspreker
1. Schakel het apparaat in zoals hierboven is
beschreven.
2. Druk op de Bluetooth-knop uen houd deze
gedurende ongeveer twee seconden ingedrukt
totdat het LED-lampje blauw begint te
knipperen.
3. Selecteer binnen vijf minuten de Soma Sound
Wall uit de Bluetooth-lijst op het externe
apparaat. Zie de handleiding van het externe
apparaat voor meer informatie.
Als het apparaat met succes is gekoppeld zal het
LED-lampje van de Sound Wall constant blauw
oplichten.
OPMERKING: als het apparaat niet binnen vijf
minuten wordt gekoppeld, zal het LED-lampje
stoppen met knipperen.
4. Geluid dat wordt afgespeeld via het externe
apparaat is nu te horen via de Sound Wall-
luidspreker.
5. Druk in de audio-app op uw externe apparaat op
de knop voor afspelen en pauzeren wom af te
spelen, druk nogmaals om te pauzeren en druk
nogmaals om het afspelen te hervatten.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES

5. N'utilisez pas cet appareil à proximité de l'eau.
6. Nettoyez seulement avec un chiffon propre sec.
7. Ne bloquez pas les grilles de ventilation. Installer selon les
instructions du fabricant.
8. Ne pas installer près d'une source de chaleur comme les
radiateurs, les accumulateurs de chaleur, les fours, ou
autres appareils (y compris amplis) étant des sources de

table spécifiés par le fabricant ou vendu séparément avec
l'appareil. Lorsqu'un chariot est utilisé, déplacer ce dernier
et l'équipement avec attention pour éviter tout dégât par un
renversement.
13. Débrancher cet appareil pendant les tempêtes électriques
ou en cas d'éclairs ou si celui-ci n'est pas utilisé pendant une
période prolongée.
14. Se référer à du personnel dûment qualifié pour effectuer
l'entretien. L'entretien s'avère nécessaire lorsque l'appareil
est endommagé d'une quelconque façon, si le cordon
électrique est endommagé, si du liquide a été renversé ou
