Connecting the Plug and Cord
IMPORTANT. The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE : NEUTRAL
BROWN : LIVE
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this apparatus may not correspond with the coloured markings identifying the terminals in
your plug proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured BLACK.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured RED.
Making sure that neither core is connected to the earth terminalof the three pin plug.

1. Headphone Hanger
(Time required : About 1 minute)
Remove the two (2) screws marked [8b]. The
headphone hanger can then be removed. (Fig. 1)
2. Music Rest Assembly
(Time required : About 2 minute
)
2-1 Remove the six (6) screws marked [13] and loosen
the two (2) screws marked [4A]. (Photo 1)
2-2 Slide the music rest assembly forward, and it can then
be removed by lifting up.
DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
■（分解手順）
1. ヘッドホンハンガー（所要時間：約 1 分）
[8b]のネジ2本を外し、ヘッドホンハンガーを外します。
（図 1）
2. 譜面板 Assy
（所要時間：約 2 分）
2-1 [13] のネジ 6 本を外し、[4A] のネジ 2 本を緩めます。

2-2 譜面板 Assy を前方へスライドした後、持ち上げて外
します。
Caution:
1. Be sure to attach the removed filament tape just as it
was before removal.
2. You may find a floppy disk drive installed on the left
underside of the CLP-340.
When removing the jack assembly, disconnect the
USB cable in advance.
When removing the front rail assembly or main unit,
remove the floppy disk drive in advance.
注意事項
1. フィラメントテープは、取り外す前と同じように取り付けてく
ださい。
2. 本体底面の左側にフロッピーディスクドライブが取り付けら
れている場 合 があります。
ジャックAssyを外すときは、先にUSBケーブルを外して
ください。
口棒Assyまたはメインユニットを外すときは、先にフロッ
ピーディスクドライブを外してください。
3. Top Board Assembly
(Time required : About 1 minute)
3-1 Close the key cover.
3-2 Remove the three (3) screws marked [S10]. (Fig. 2)
3-3 Slide the top board assembly forward, and it can then
be removed by lifting up.
4. Rear Panel Assembly
(Time required : About 1 minute)
4-1 Disconnect the AC cord and the PK cable. (Fig. 3)
4-2 Remove the four (4) screws marked [6a] and the two
(2) screws marked [6c]. The rear panel assembly can
then be removed. (Fig. 2)
3. 屋根 Assy

3-1 スライド蓋を閉じておきます。
3-2 [S10] のネジ 3 本を外します。（図 2）
3-3 屋根 Assyを前方へスライドした後、持ち上げて外し

4. 裏板 Assy

6. MA80S Circuit Board

6-1 Remove the top board assembly. (See procedure 3)
6-2 Remove the MA cover assembly. (See procedure 5)

6-3 Remove the MA80S assembly. (See procedure 5)
6-4 Remove the five (5) screws marked [1A], the three (3)
screws marked [2A] and the screw marked [3A]. The
MA80S circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 5)
7. FU80 Circuit Board
(Time required : About 3 minutes)
7-1 Remove the top board assembly. (See procedure 3)
7-2 Remove the FU cover. (See procedure 5)

9-4 Set the left end of the rod at the slits of the guide and

9-5 Lean slightly the key cover assembly so that the guide

* When removing, be sure not to nake scratches on the
side cover.
* When reinstalling the key cover assembly, apply a
