Product features: The product can achieve remote control up to 1,500 meters when used in
open and unobstructed areas and can reach as far as 50 to 500 meters even when there are
obstacles or walls. In addition to remotely-controlled vibration and beep, it also has an upgraded
voice call function which enables you to send real-time voice commands to and recall your pet
even if you cannot see where the pet is. It allows one remote controller to control up to three pets
respectively as long as they have worn a receiver (for this function, you shall purchase the receiver
combination package). As a waterproof device, the receiver can resist rain or water splash, but it
cannot be immersed in water.
Instructions for the power supply of the transmitter:
1. The unit comes with a built-in rechargeable polymer battery, a charging port on the right
side (the waterproof silica gel plug shall be removed when the port is used for charging), and a
USB charging cable (all DC 5V phone chargers with a USB port are compatible with the cable)
when leaving the factory.
2. The unit must be fully charged when used for the first time. It runs in an automatic
power-saving sleep mode. Without a power button, it starts when any key is pressed and enters the
sleep mode (power-off) automatically when there is no operation for five seconds.
3. The unit shall be charged timely when its display prompts low battery. Long-time
under-voltage operating will cause damage to the battery.

1. The unit comes with a built-in rechargeable battery, a charging port under a waterproof
silica gel plug (as shown in the functional diagram), and a USB charging cable (the transmitter
and the receiver share one charging cable).
2. The unit must be fully charged when used for the first time. As the unit is waterproof, the
waterproof silica gel plug shall be lifted gently for charging (be sure not to break off the
waterproof silica gel plug) and restored to a state free of any gap immediately after the charging is
completed. The charging indicator light is red when the charging is ongoing and turns green after
it is completed.
3. The unit has a power button (as shown in the figure). It powers on (the red channel
indicator light is on) when the power button is pressed and powers off (the indicator light goes off
as well) when the button is pressed and held for 1.5 seconds. It must be turned off when not in use.
If left on standby for a long time, the battery will run out quickly.
4. The unit shall be charged timely when the red indicator light flickers to prompt low battery.
Long-time under-voltage operating will cause damage to the battery.
Wearing the receiver:
When leaving the factory, the receiver comes with a collar (the collar is adjustable up to
67cm and suitable for all pets; a part of it may be cut off if it looks too long). For the wearing of
the receiver, the belt of the collar shall be passed through the collar holders at both ends of the
receiver (as shown in the figure) and placed around the neck of the pet. Make sure to put the
channel and charging indicator light in front of the pet so that it is convenient to observe the
channel and power indication. Once again, the receiver shall be turned off timely when not in use.
Function indication of the display screen:
Channel selection icon: Three channels are selectable (for remote control, the selected
channel shall agree with the frequency band of the receiver), with CH1 corresponding
to the red light of the receiver, CH2 corresponding to the green light of the receiver, and CH3
corresponding to the blue right of the receiver.
Battery power icon: It displays the power of the battery in real time.
Call icon: It shows up when the transmitter is used to talk to the pet in real time.
During a call, the call button must be pressed and held down.
Vibration icon: It shows up when the vibration button is pressed. Ten levels of
vibration (00 is the invalid state) are selectable by pressing the “+” and “-” buttons.

Warning beep icon: It shows up when the warning beep button is pressed. Ten
levels of beep sound (00 is the invalid state) are selectable by pressing the “+” and “-” buttons.
Level digital display icon: It shows up when the level of vibration or beep sound
is adjusted.
Operating instructions for the transmitter: Without a power button, the unit
starts when any key is pressed and enters the sleep mode (power-off) automatically when there is
no operation for five seconds.
1. Channel selection button: The transmitter has three channels available for choice. One
transmitter can control up to three receivers, which can be achieved by adjusting the three pet
receivers to three different channels. In case of such a need, you shall select and purchase the
three-receiver combination package. To switch to the next channel, you shall press and hold
down the channel selection button for three seconds, and so on. For the first time of use, you
shall check whether the receiver corresponds to the selected channel of the transmitter, with CH1
corresponding to the red light of the receiver, CH2 corresponding to the green light of the
receiver, and CH3 corresponding to the blue right of the receiver. Such one-to-one
correspondence is a precondition for the remote control of the unit. When power-off or in a sleep
mode, the channel setting will be retained automatically so that no adjustment is needed for the
next use.
2. Call button: This button can be used when the pet has run too far away to see or merely
when you cannot find it. To use the button, you shall make sure that the receiver agrees with the
selected channel and is power-on first. Then, you can hold down the call button and speak into the
microphone, and the receiver will hear the voice command synchronously. (Such a function can
bring a better interactive experience between you and the pet. It can make the pet execute your
voice commands or recall the pet even when you cannot see it. When used together with the beep
sound or the vibration mode, it will present an even better effect.) The transmitter allows you to
talk to your pet up to 1500 meters when used in open and unobstructed areas and as far as 50 to
500 meters (the sound volume of the receiver is not adjustable) even when there are obstacles or
walls. If you release the call button, the call will be finished. Where two or three receivers are used
at the same time, you will have to switch to the corresponding channels before sending different
commands. Remember this!
3. Warning beep button: The level of the warning beep can be set as 0-10 by the “+” and “-”
buttons, among which level 0 is the static mode, which can prevent the warning beep from being
triggered accidentally, level 1 is the minimum level, and level 10 is the maximum level. When the
button is pressed once, the receiver will make a beep sound once. If the button is pressed and held
down all the time, the receiver will keep beeping.
4. Vibration button: The level of vibration frequency can be set as 0-10 by the “+” and “-”
buttons, among which level 0 is the static mode, which can prevent the vibration from being
triggered accidentally, level 1 is the minimum level, and level 10 is the maximum level. When the
button is pressed once, the receiver will vibrate once. If the button is pressed and held down all the

time, the receiver will keep vibrating.
5. Up and Down buttons: These two keys can be used to adjust the sounding and vibration
frequencies of the beep and vibration buttons, with level 00 being the static mode, level 1 being
the minimum level, and level 10 being the maximum level.
6. Flashlight button: This button is used to light up or turn off the headlight.
Operating instructions for the receiver:
1. Power button: The receiver powers on (the red indicator light is on) when the button is
pressed and powers off (the indicator light goes off as well) when the button is pressed and held
down for 1.5 seconds. The receiver must be turned off when not in use. If left on standby for a
long time, the battery will run out quickly, and its service life will also be affected.
2. Channel selection: The three channels of the receiver are distinguished by three different
light colors, with CH1 corresponding to the red light of the receiver, CH2 corresponding to the
green light of the receiver, and CH3 corresponding to the blue right of the receiver. To switch to
the next channel, you shall press and hold down the channel selection button for three seconds,
and so on.
3. Charging port: The waterproof silica gel plug shall be lifted gently so that the charging
cable can be inserted for charging (be sure not to break off the waterproof silica gel plug). After
the charging is completed, the plug shall be restored immediately to prevent water from entering
and causing a short circuit.
4. Collar installation: The collar belt shall be passed through the collar holders at both ends of
the receiver and stretched to an appropriate size (see the diagram).
Suggestions for use of the trainer:
1. This product is used for pet training and recalling a pet back from a distance by voice
commands when the pet cannot be seen. Through appropriate training with the trainer, your pet
will be able to understand and obey your commands. Voice commands allow your pet to quickly
develop good habits based on your daily language habits. However, the vibration mode and beep
sound function can only see good effects after a period of time. Please follow the instructions to
use the functions one by one.
2. Before training with the transmitter, you shall place the receiver together with the collar
around the neck of the pet. No electronic function shall be used at the beginning so that the pet can
adapt and accept the collar.
3. In the early days of using the trainer, a pet may look irritable and upset as it has never
experienced such stimulation before. For this reason, we recommend using a leash to take control
of the pet and keep away from people and other animals during the period to avoid accidents.
4. We recommend you start with voice command training first so that the pet can get used to,
accept, and execute your commands. Then, you can use the beep mode to warn or stop the pet’s
misbehaviors and, through combined use with the voice command function for repeated training,
make the pet understand what behaviors are not allowed. The vibration function is used to stop
more serious or incorrigible misbehaviors and give reminders. During use of the vibration and
beep sound functions, you may custom how to use the trainer according to your own habits. You
are recommended to start with the minimum vibration and beep sound levels in the initial period
and turn them up over the training time so that good effects can be presented. If during the use a

pet suddenly cries out or feels panic, it may be caused by the high level of the vibration or beep
sound. In this case, the vibration or beep sound shall be turned off or turned down immediately.
5. During the training process, please use language reward or food reward to cooperate with
the training, so that you can quickly and accurately correct some improper habits and actions of
the pet. When the pet does not make mistakes or is resting, please stop using the trainer and turn
off the power supply of the receiver. If the pet does not accept any intensive training or any
command, you shall conduct intensive training for a period with the help of a leash to correct this
condition.
6. The training shall be conducted in stages with 15 minutes for each stage. A too-long
continuous training may make your pet fatigued, antagonistic, and upset. If your pet shows any
aggressive or biting behaviors during the training, please stop training immediately and consult a
professional pet trainer to find out the reason for such behaviors.

Check whether the pressure of the vibration contacts is too large before using the collar, and
change the contact positions every one to two hours if possible. 3. Do not connect the leash to the
collar directly as this will cause too large a pressure of the contacts to injure the pet’s skin. When
wearing a leash collar, be sure to avoid pressing on the collar of the trainer. 4. During the initial
period of use, check the contact area daily for rash or ulcers. If any, please stop using the trainer
immediately until the skin returns to normal. 5. As a waterproof device, the receiver can resist rain
or water splash, but it cannot be immersed in water. The transmitter is not waterproof and must be
kept away from water. 6. When operating the transmitter, do not touch the antenna, as it will affect
the remote control distance and the call quality. 7. Without a power button, the transmitter starts
when any key is pressed and enters the sleep mode (power-off) automatically when there is no
operation for five seconds. 8. Upon use of the receiver’s charging port, make sure to restore the
