1. Introduction
This is a single phase meter with communication RS485 and RF. Protocol for RS485 is DTL645.
Meter with inside relay support for connect and disconnect functions.
2. Features and Technical Parameters
2.1 Features
●LCD display show voltage, current, power, and kWh.
●Measuring total energy consumption, support both active and reactive energy measurement.
●Meter with inside relay 80A which support on and off function through communication program
●Meter support both RF and RS485 communication, protocol for RS485 is DTL645, protocol for
RF is self defined.
RS485 communication: baud rate 9600 (fixed), eight data bits, even parity check, one stop bit
RF communication: baud rate 9600 (fixed), eight data bits, without parity check, one stop bit
●RF only used for communication with IHD (in home display)
●address for in home display and meter should corresponding and same
●It can received meter returned data when press ”SEND” on IHD
●IHD will ask meter every 1 minute for get data in case of with power supply

7. Software
Connect the meter correctly with power according to connection diagram, includes RS485 wire;
then power on

7.1 RS485 communication：
7.1.1 Open the software (see following interface)：
7.1.2 Choose the serial port, baud rate and open the serial port (see following interface)

7.1.3 Input the correct meter address (Factory Default 000000000000), and choose the object
which need to be operated, then click send data,as following:
7.1.4 When use broadcast address operate meter needs press button on the meter
7.1.5 This meter without load curve and RTC

9. Installation Instruction
*Choose 35mm standard Din-Rail ( the length is confirmed by yourself ), fixed them in the
location which are waiting for installation;
*Push down the clip under the bottom of the meter for a gear, see fig. 1;

*Put the meter into the Din-rail as per Fig. 2, then push up the clip for a gear, install meter to
the Din-rail, see Fig. 3;
