EN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ACQUEX LED-M luminaire is an LED explosion-proof luminaire design and ma-
nufactured with LED modules to provide a high flux light source. In addition, ACQUEX
LED-M EB luminaires provide emergency capacity with battery system for up to 3 hours.
The ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaries are design with increased safe-
tyand against dust ignition by enclosure protection mode.
ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaries design consist of a main housing of
fibre glass reinforced polyester GRP cover by a transparent diffuser made of high impact
resistant polycarbonate inside which are installed on a metallic tray electronic driver,
led modules, BMS and battery. Both housing and diffuser have UV and flammability re-
sistance characteristics.
Watertightness of the luminaires is made by a continuous polyurethane gasket and kept
close by 6 to 10 inox clips 2 of which are blocked in position by screws.
Luminary enclosure allowed up to 4 cable entries intended for mounting Ex certified
metric cable-glands or Ex certified metric plugs.
Electrical connection can be made inside the luminary on a 3x2.5 mm2 or 5x2.5mm2
terminal block (other option possible on demand)
The luminaire is fixed by fixing bracket, clips, or other accessories fitting to the ins-
tallation needs. Optionally the luminaire can be provided with two cable glands and
pass-through wires.

EN DIRECTIVES AND STANDARDS
The CE marking has been affixed under the following regulations:
Explosion-proof equipment – Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX)
Electromagnetic compatibility - Directive 2014/30/EU (EMC)
Restriction of hazardous substances – Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II)
The harmonised standards applied to demonstrate the compliance with the relevant di-
rective are detailed in the EU declaration of conformity supplied with the luminary.
EN INTENDED USE
ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaires are intended for use in
potentially explosive atmospheres such as industrial facilities and areas
classified as zone 2 or zone 22 in which explosive atmospheres caused by gases, va-
pours, mists, or air/dust mixtures are unlikely to occur or, if they do occur, are likely to
do so only infrequently and for a short period only.
It is also intended for ancillary rooms with likelihood of high dust concentration and of
water spills, such as: boiler rooms, pumping stations with monitoring wells, toilets, ga-
rages, sheds, warehouses in open and/or restricted areas, etc.
ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaires are also intended for indoor use or
under shelter and use in process lines in chemical, oil&gas and wood industries as well
as large-scale mining, building industry and food processing facilities.
Lighting fixtures must be suitable for ambient condition of the installation for which they
are intended.
EN SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before attempting any works related to the equipment, the provisions of this manual
should be read thoroughly.
Design and installation standards as well as good engineering practices and current
local legislation must be followed during the selection of the luminaire for a given
application, during installation and during operation.
The manufacturer disclaims any liability for damage to the luminaire or the installation
caused by any misuses, such as: Improper use, use by unqualified personnel, unautho-
rised installation, modifications, or interventions, use of unofficial spare parts, non-ob-
servance of the standards, the rules indicated in this manual or exceptional events, etc.
The safety rules of this type of equipment should be observed and following the guideli-
nes of the manual is a condition for warranty claims.
Never work when voltage is present on the luminaire.

EN INSTALATION INSTRUCTION
ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaires are designed to provide lighting in
a specific area and must be installed by suitably trained and qualified, authorised per-
sonnel only and in accordance with the requirements of current standards, specifically
EN 60079-14.
Before installation, ensure that information specified on the luminaire marking label, in
particular the equipment protection level, ingress protection, gas and dust group, am-
bient temperature and temperature class are suitable for the intended application.
The ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaires maximum ambient tempera-
ture (Ta), indicated in this manual and in the UE-declaration of conformity must not be
exceeded; Tmax must be checked on the marking label. Higher temperatures lead to
hazardous situation for the facilities, reduction in service life, and, in the extreme case,
premature failure.
ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaires must be installed away from drau-
ghty areas to avoid accumulation of electrostatic charges.
ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaires might be fix to the ceiling or the wall
surface using compatible accessories. It is the installer’s responsibility to check if the
selected support and fixing system is compatible with the application. Further informa-
tion is at the end of the manual.
Electrical connection to the ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaire is to be
made at the push wire terminal block inside the enclosure on push-in terminal block fo-
llowing instructions included in the luminaire. Connection must be made by single core
or multiwire cooper cable from 1mm2 to 2.5mm2 cross section.
Do not touch LED module during installation procedure to avoid ESD damages.
Before connecting the power line unsure that every entry is dully fitted with an Ex certi-
fied cable-gland or Ex certified plug.
WARNING – temporary transport plugs are not Ex certified plugs and must be remove
and replace by suitable entries before use.
Important Information Regarding Control gear (ECG)
Interference to the neutral conductor in a three-phase system may result in surge-rela-
ted damage in the lighting installation. Only open neutral conductor- disconnect termi-
nal when disconnected from power supply and close prior to switching back on.
Use mains cables for control inputs of dimmable ECG (DALI, etc.).
Once the luminaire closed lock the inox closing clips with the screws provided with the
luminaire.

EN MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION
The ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB maintenance must be carried on by autho-
rized and qualified persons in accordance with the requirements of current standards,
specifically EN 60079-17.
Due to potential electrostatic hazard ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminai-
res must be periodically cleaned using only a damp cloth to avoid formation of dust
layer.
Any maintenance work inside the luminary, at exception of battery replacement, is not
allowed and can only be carried out by the manufacturer.
For ET version once connected to an active power supply the luminary will start lightning
automatically.
For ET EB version with NiCd cells take in account the following steps:
The emergency light battery must be charged for 24 hrs. before commissioning the
emergency lighting system.
The LED integrated in the luminaire displays the load function.
If the stated emergency operating time is not reached, the emergency light battery must
be replaced.
The battery must be replaced at least every four years.
Only use original batteries obtained from the manufacturer
EN TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Storage and transport of ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaires must be
carried out in its original boxes, in closed places free of humidity and far from any heat
or light source. It is not allowed to store luminaires in an open space, even if the boxes
are protected with plastic sheeting or similar systems.
ACQUEX LED-M and ACQUEX LED-M EB luminaires should be stored horizontally in
closed areas at a temperature not lower than -5°C and not exceeding +40°C away from
heaters.

RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL
The symbol of a crossed-out waste container that appears on a product indicates that it is
subject to the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE) and any applicable local
legislation. The worn-out device together with a battery (if included) may not be disposed
of jointly with other waste. The worn-out equipment should be handed to the manufacturer
or to a point collecting discarded electronic and electric equipment to ensure its proper
disposal.

DE PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG
Die ACQUEX LED-M-Leuchte ist eine explosionsgeschützte LED-Leuchte, die mit
LED-Modulen hergestellt wird, um eine Lichtquelle mit hohem Lichtstrom zu liefern.
Darüber hinaus bieten die ACQUEX LED-M EB-Leuchten eine Notstromversorgung mit
Batteriesystem für bis zu 3 Stunden.
Sowohl ACQUEX LED-M als auch ACQUEX LED-M EB Leuchten sind mit erhöhter Si-
cherheit und gegen Staubzündung durch Schutzart konstruiert.
ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB Leuchten bestehen aus einem Hauptgehäu-
se aus glasfaserverstärktem Polyester-GFK, das von einem transparenten Diffusor aus
hochschlagfestem Polycarbonat abgedeckt wird, in dem auf einem Metallträger elektro-
nische Treiber, LED-Module, BMS und Batterie installiert sind. Sowohl das Gehäuse als
auch der Diffusor sind UV-beständig und schwer entflammbar.
Die Wasserdichtigkeit der Leuchten wird durch eine durchgehende Polyurethan-Dich-
tung hergestellt und durch 6 bis 10 Inox-Klammern gehalten, von denen 2 durch Schrau-
ben in ihrer Position blockiert werden.
Beleuchtungsgehäuse mit bis zu 4 Kabeleinführungen für die Montage von metrischen
Ex-zertifizierten Kabelverschraubungen oder metrischen Ex-zertifizierten Steckern.
Der elektrische Anschluss kann im Inneren der Leuchte an einer 3x2,5 mm2 oder
5x2,5mm2 Klemmleiste erfolgen (andere Optionen auf Anfrage möglich)
Die Leuchte wird mit Befestigungswinkeln, Clips oder anderem, den Installationserfor-
dernissen entsprechendem Zubehör befestigt. Optional kann die Leuchte mit zwei Ka-
belverschraubungen und Durchgangsdrähten ausgestattet werden.

DE RICHTLINIEN UND NORMEN
Die CE-Kennzeichnung wurde gemäß den folgenden Vorschriften angebracht:

Die harmonisierten Normen, die zum Nachweis der Konformität mit der einschlägigen
Richtlinie angewandt werden, sind in der mit der Leuchte gelieferten EU-Konformität-
serklärung aufgeführt.
DE VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Die Leuchten ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB sind für den Einsatz in explo-
sionsgefährdeten Bereichen vorgesehen, wie z. B. in Industrieanlagen und in Bereichen
der Zone 2 oder Zone 22, in denen nicht damit zu rechnen ist, dass eine explosionsfähige
Atmosphäre durch Gase, Dämpfe, Nebel oder aufgewirbelten Staub auftritt, aber wenn
sie dennoch auftritt, dann aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach nur selten und während eines
kurzen Zeitraums.
Außerdem sind sie für die Verwendung in Nebenräumen bestimmt, in denen mit ho-
her Staubkonzentration und Wasseraustritt zu rechnen ist, wie z. B. in Kesselräumen,
Pumpstationen mit Überwachungsschächten, Toiletten, Garagen, Schuppen, Lagerha-
llen in offenen und/oder geschlossenen Bereichen usw.
Die Leuchten ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB sind auch für den Einsatz in Inn-
enräumen oder unter Überdachungen und für die Verwendung in Fertigungsstraßen in
der Chemie-, Öl- und Gasindustrie, in der Holzindustrie sowie im Bergbau, in
der Bauindustrie und in der Lebensmittelindustrie vorgesehen.
Die Leuchten müssen für die Umgebungsbedingungen der Anlage, für die sie bestimmt
sind, geeignet sein.
DE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Vor der Durchführung jeglicher Arbeiten am Gerät ist die gesamte vorliegende Anlei-
tung sorgfältig zu lesen.
Bei der Auswahl der Leuchte für einen bestimmten Anwendungsbereich, bei der Ins-
tallation und während des Betriebs müssen die einschlägigen Bau- und Installations-
vorschriften sowie die anerkannten technischen Verfahrensweisen und die geltenden
örtlichen Vorschriften beachtet werden.
Der Hersteller übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für Schäden an der Leuchte oder der An-
lage, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch verursacht werden, wie z. B. durch:

unsachgemäße Verwendung, Verwendung durch nicht qualifiziertes Personal, nicht
genehmigte Installationen, Änderungen oder sonstige Eingriffe, Verwendung von nicht
zugelassenen Ersatzteilen, Nichtbeachtung der Normen, Nichtbeachtung der in der
vorliegenden Anleitung enthaltenen Hinweise, außergewöhnliche Ereignisse usw.
Die Sicherheitsvorschriften für diese Art von Geräten sind unbedingt zu beachten.
Die Einhaltung der in der vorliegenden Anleitung enthaltenen Anweisungen ist eine
Voraussetzung für Garantieansprüche.
Arbeiten Sie niemals, wenn an der Leuchte Spannung anliegt.

DE INSTALLATION
Die ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB Leuchten sind für die Beleuchtung in einem
bestimmten Bereich vorgesehen. Sie dürfen nur von entsprechend geschultem, qualifi-
ziertem und befugtem Personal und gemäß den Bestimmungen der geltenden Normen
(insbesondere EN 60079-14) installiert werden.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Installation, dass die auf der Leuchtenkennzeichnung
angegebenen Informationen – insbesondere Geräteschutzgrad, Schutzart, Gas- und
Staubgruppe, Umgebungstemperatur und Temperaturklasse – für die geplante Anwen-
dung geeignet sind.
Die in dieser Anleitung und in der EU-Konformitätserklärung für die Leuchten ACQUEX
LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB angegebene maximale Umgebungstemperatur darf ni-
cht überschritten werden; die maximale Temperatur (Tmax) muss auf der Leuchtenken-
nzeichnung überprüft werden. Höhere Temperaturen führen zu einer Gefährdung der
Anlagen, einer Verkürzung der Lebensdauer des Geräts und im Extremfall zu einem
vorzeitigen Ausfall.
Die Leuchten ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB sind fern von Bereichen mit Zu-
gluft zu installieren, um die Ansammlung elektrostatischer Ladungen zu vermeiden.
Die Leuchten ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB können mit kompatiblem Zubehör
an der Decke oder an der Wand befestigt werden. Der Installateur ist dafür verantwort-
lich, zu prüfen, ob das gewählte Halterungs- und Befestigungssystem mit der jeweiligen
Anwendung kompatibel ist. Weitere Informationen finden Sie am Ende dieser Anleitung.
Der elektrische Anschluss der Leuchten ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB erfolgt
an der Klemmleiste im Inneren des Gehäuses (an der Steckklemme gemäß der Anlei-
tung für die jeweilige Leuchte). Der Anschluss ist mit einem einadrigen oder mehradri-
gen Kupferkabel mit einem Querschnitt von 1 bis 2,5 mm2 vorzunehmen.
Das LED-Modul darf während des Installationsvorgangs nicht berührt werden, um Schä-
den durch elektrostatische Entladung zu vermeiden.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Anschluss der Stromversorgung, dass jeder Eingang ord-
nungsgemäß mit einer Ex-zertifizierten Kabelverschraubung bzw. einem Ex-zertifizier-
ten Stecker ausgestattet ist.

WARNUNG – Vorübergehende Transportstecker sind keine Ex-zertifizierten Stecker. Sie
müssen vor der Inbetriebnahme entfernt und durch geeignete Eingänge ersetzt werden.
Wichtige Informationen zu Vorschaltgeräten (EVG)
Eine Störung des Neutralleiters in einem Drehstromnetz kann zu Überspannungsschä-
den in der Beleuchtungsanlage führen. Neutralleiter-Trennklemme nur im spannungs-
losen Zustand öffnen und vor dem erneuten Einschalten schließen.
Für Steuereingänge von dimmbaren EVG (DALI etc.) Netzkabel verwenden.
Nach dem Schließen der Leuchte die Edelstahlklammern mit den mitgelieferten Schrau-
ben verriegeln.
DE WARTUNG UND BETRIEB
Die Wartung der Leuchten ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB muss von entspre-
chend befugten und qualifizierten Personen gemäß den Bestimmungen der geltenden
Normen (insbesondere EN 60079-17) durchgeführt werden.
Aufgrund der potentiellen Zündgefahr durch elektrostatische Aufladungen müssen die
Leuchten ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB regelmäßig und ausschließlich mit
einem feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden, um die Bildung einer Staubschicht zu vermeiden.
Wartungsarbeiten im Inneren der Leuchte, mit Ausnahme des Akkuaustausches, sind
nicht erlaubt und dürfen nur vom Hersteller vorgenommen werden.
Bei der Version ET schaltet sich die Leuchte automatisch ein, sobald sie an ein aktives
Stromnetz angeschlossen wird.
Bei der Version ET EB mit NiCd-Zellen sind die folgenden Schritte zu beachten:
Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Notlichtsystems muss der Notlicht-Akku 24 Std. lang ge-
laden werden.
Die in der Leuchte integrierte LED zeigt die Ladefunktion an.
Wird die angegebene Notbetriebsdauer nicht erreicht, muss der Notlicht-Akku ausge-
tauscht werden.
Der Akku muss mindestens alle vier Jahre ausgetauscht werden.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich vom Hersteller bezogene Originalakkus.
DE TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG
Die Lagerung und der Transport der Leuchten ACQUEX LED-M und ACQUEX LED-M EB

der Nähe von Heizkörpern gelagert werden.

den Bestimmungen der europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU (WEEE-Richtlinie) und alle

ES DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
La luminaria ACQUEX LED-M es una luminaria a prueba de explosiones diseñada y fabri-
cada con módulos LED para proporcionar una fuente de luz de alto rendimiento. Además,
las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M EB proporcionan una capacidad de emergencia con siste-
ma de baterías de hasta 3 horas.
Las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX LED-M EB están diseñadas con mayor seguri-
dad y contra la ignición por polvo mediante protección por envolvente.
El diseño de las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX LED-M EB consiste en una carcasa
principal de PRFV de poliéster reforzado con fibra de vidrio cubierta por un difusor transpa-
rente de policarbonato de alta resistencia a los impactos en cuyo interior se instalan sobre
una bandeja metálica el driver electrónico, los módulos led, el BMS y la batería. Tanto la car-
casa como el difusor tienen características de resistencia a los rayos UV y a la inflamabilidad.
La estanqueidad de las luminarias se realiza mediante una junta continua de poliuretano
y se mantiene cerrada por medio de 6 a 10 clips de inox, 2 de los cuales se bloquean en
posición mediante tornillos.
La envolvente de la luminaria permite hasta 4 entradas de cable destinadas a montar
prensaestopas métricos certificados Ex o tapones métricos certificados Ex.
La conexión eléctrica puede realizarse en el interior de la luminaria en un bornero de
3x2,5 mm2 o 5x2,5mm2 (otra opción posible bajo demanda)
La fijación de la luminaria se realiza mediante soportes de fijación, clips u otros acce-
sorios que se adapten a las necesidades de la instalación. Opcionalmente, la luminaria
puede estar provista de dos prensaestopas y cables pasantes.

El marcado CE se ha colocado de acuerdo con la siguiente normativa:

Restricción de sustancias peligrosas - Directiva 2011/65/UE (RoHS II)
Las normas armonizadas aplicadas para demostrar el cumplimiento de la directiva co-
rrespondiente se detallan en la declaración de conformidad de la UE suministrada con
la luminaria.
ES USO PREVISTO
Las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX LED-M EB están destinadas para uso en at-
mósferas potencialmente explosivas, como instalaciones industriales y áreas clasifica-
das como zona 2 o zona 22, en las que sea poco probable la formación de atmósferas ex-
plosivas debidas a gases, vapores, nieblas o polvo en suspensión y en el que, con arreglo
a toda probabilidad, su formación sea infrecuente y su presencia sea de corta duración.
También está destinado a espacios auxiliares con probabilidad de alta concentración de
polvo y de derrames de agua, como: salas de calderas, estaciones de bombeo con pozos
de control, aseos, garajes, cobertizos, almacenes en zonas abiertas y/o restringidas, etc.
Las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX LED-M EB también están pensadas para su
uso en interiores o bajo techo y su utilización en líneas de proceso en las industrias
química, del petróleo y del gas y de la madera, así como en la minería a gran escala, la
industria de la construcción y las instalaciones de procesamiento de alimentos.
Las luminarias deben ser adecuadas a las condiciones ambientales de la instalación a
la que están destinadas.
ES INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Antes de realizar cualquier trabajo relacionado con el equipo, es necesario leer deteni-
damente las disposiciones de este manual.
Las normas de diseño e instalación, así como las buenas prácticas de ingeniería y la
legislación local vigente, deben seguirse durante la selección de la luminaria para una
aplicación determinada, durante la instalación y durante el funcionamiento.
El fabricante declina toda responsabilidad por daños en la luminaria o en la instala-
ción causados por usos indebidos, tales como: Uso inadecuado, uso por personal no
cualificado, instalación, modificaciones o intervenciones no autorizadas, uso de piezas
de recambio no oficiales, inobservancia de las normas, de las reglas indicadas en este
manual o de acontecimientos excepcionales, etc.
Las normas de seguridad de este tipo de equipos deben ser observadas y seguir las
directrices del manual es una condición para las reclamaciones de garantía.

ES INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN
Las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX LED-M EB están diseñadas para iluminar una
zona específica y deben ser instaladas únicamente por personal debidamente formado y
cualificado y autorizado y de acuerdo con los requisitos de las normas vigentes, concre-
tamente la EN 60079-14.
Antes de la instalación, asegúrese de que la información especificada en la etiqueta de
marcado de la luminaria, en particular el nivel de protección del equipo, la protección
contra el ingreso, el grupo de gas y polvo, la temperatura ambiente y la clase de tempe-
ratura son adecuados para la aplicación prevista.
La temperatura ambiente máxima (Ta) de las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX
LED-M EB, indicada en este manual y en la declaración de conformidad de la UE, no
debe ser superada; la Tmax debe comprobarse en la etiqueta de marcado. Las tem-
peraturas más elevadas provocan una situación peligrosa para las instalaciones, una
reducción de la vida útil y, en el caso extremo, un fallo prematuro.
Las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX LED-M EB deben instalarse lejos de zonas
con corrientes de aire para evitar la acumulación de cargas electrostáticas.
Las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX LED-M EB pueden fijarse al techo o a la su-
perficie de la pared utilizando accesorios compatibles. Es responsabilidad del instalador
comprobar si el sistema de soporte y fijación seleccionado es compatible con la aplica-
ción. Encontrará más información al final del manual.
La conexión eléctrica a la luminaria ACQUEX LED-M y ACQUEX LED-M EB se debe realizar
en el bloque de terminales de cableado de empuje dentro de la caja en el bloque de termi-
nales de empuje siguiendo las instrucciones incluidas en la luminaria. La conexión debe
realizarse con un cable de cobre monofilar o multifilar de 1mm2 a 2,5mm2 de sección.
No toque el módulo LED durante el procedimiento de instalación para evitar daños por ESD.
Antes de conectar la línea de alimentación, asegúrese de que cada entrada esté debida-
mente equipada con un pasacables o un enchufe con certificación Ex.
ADVERTENCIA - los tapones de transporte temporal no son tapones certificados Ex y
deben ser retirados y sustituidos por entradas adecuadas antes de su uso.
Información importante sobre el equipo de control (ECG)
Las interferencias en el conductor neutro de un sistema trifásico pueden provocar da-
ños por sobretensión en la instalación de iluminación. Abra el borne de desconexión del
conductor neutro sólo cuando esté desconectado de la red eléctrica y ciérrelo antes de
volver a conectarlo.
Utilice cables de red para las entradas de control de los balastos electrónicos regulables
(DALI, etc.).

Una vez cerrada la luminaria, bloquee los clips de cierre de inox con los tornillos sumi-
nistrados con la luminaria.
ES MANTENIMIENTO Y FUNCIONAMIENTO
El mantenimiento del ACQUEX LED-M y del ACQUEX LED-M EB debe ser llevado a cabo
por personas autorizadas y cualificadas de acuerdo con los requisitos de las normas
vigentes, en concreto la EN 60079-17.
Debido al potencial riesgo electrostático, las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y del ACQUEX
LED-M EB deben limpiarse periódicamente utilizando sólo un paño húmedo para evitar
la formación de una capa de polvo.
Cualquier trabajo de mantenimiento en el interior de la luminaria, a excepción del cam-
bio de pilas, no está permitido y sólo puede ser realizado por el fabricante.
En el caso de la versión ET, una vez conectada a una fuente de alimentación activa, la
luminaria se iluminará automáticamente.
Para la versión ET EB con pilas de NiCd tenga en cuenta los siguientes pasos:
La batería de la luz de emergencia debe cargarse durante 24 horas antes de poner en
marcha el sistema de iluminación de emergencia.
El LED integrado en la luminaria muestra la función de carga.
Si no se alcanza el tiempo de funcionamiento de emergencia indicado, debe sustituirse
la batería de la luz de emergencia.
La batería debe sustituirse al menos cada cuatro años.
Utilice únicamente baterías originales del fabricante
ES TRANSPORTE Y ALMACENAMIENTO
El almacenamiento y transporte de las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y del ACQUEX LED-M
EB debe realizarse en sus cajas originales, en lugares cerrados, libres de humedad y le-
jos de cualquier fuente de calor o luz. No está permitido almacenar las luminarias en un
espacio abierto, aunque las cajas estén protegidas con láminas de plástico o sistemas
similares.
Las luminarias ACQUEX LED-M y del ACQUEX LED-M EB deben almacenarse horizon-
talmente en espacios cerrados a una temperatura no inferior a -5°C y no superior a
+40°C, lejos de los calentadores.

RECICLAJE Y ELIMINACIÓN
El símbolo de un contenedor de residuos tachado que aparece en un producto indica que
está sujeto a las disposiciones de la Directiva Europea 2012/19/UE (RAEE) y cualquier le-
gislación local aplicable. El aparato desgastado junto con una batería (si se incluye) no
puede eliminarse conjuntamente con otros residuos. El aparato gastado debe entregarse al
fabricante o a un punto de recogida de aparatos electrónicos y eléctricos desechados para
garantizar su correcta eliminación.
Para obtener información más detallada sobre el reciclaje de productos, póngase en con-
tacto con el fabricante, con una unidad gubernamental local o con los servicios de gestión
de residuos.
