The Zanussi Professional range of
jet grill salamanders is designed to
guarantee high productivity allowing
a quick toasting, grilling and cooking
of steaks, burgers and hot dogs.
Suitable for any busy kitchen, from
the small pub to the larger restaurant.
The model detailed in this sheet is a
gas jet grill salamander equipped
with gas high-powered burners and
a large grid that can be positioned
on different levels.

FEATURES
� Constructed entirely in 430 AISI
stainless steel.
� High-power burners with dual
controls ensuring pre-heat
temperature (300°C) can be reached
in 20 minutes.
� Flame failure device, pilot light
and piezo ignition.
� Flue designed to minimize the
escape of combustion gases during
operation. One couple of support
runners allows horizontal or angled
positioning of the grids.
� The top section and burners are
fully removable.
� Separate temperature control of
heating zones.
� Removable fat collection container.
� Equipped with n.1 cooking grid,
n.1 brander plate with n.1 support.
For use with LPG or natural gas
� Cooking grid can simultaneously
cook food on both sides without
turning.
� Grid can be manually moved in 5
different levels
� Grid equipped with anti-tilt runners
and heat-resistant plastic handles.
� All models comply with the
standards required by the main
international approval bodies and
are Hmarked.
