COMPOSITION
The range consists of 2 models of 1200 litre
refrigeration cabinets that offer the highest
standards in performance and efficiency.
Models are available in fan assisted negative
or freezer versions with full doors.
FUNCTIONAL AND
CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES
� Internal and external structure in 430 AISI
stainless steel, external base, top and back
in 430 AISI stainless steel. 2"
height-adjustable 304 AISI stainless steel
feet (-10 to +80 mm).
� Digital control panel featuring temperature
display and thermostat to view and adjust the
internal temperature. Button to adjust the
humidity level to ensure excellent
conservation of foods (negative model only).
� Completely automatic defrosting and
automatic evaporation of defrost water
obtained by hot gas.
� High standards of hygiene and ease of
cleaning are guaranteed by the rounded
internal corners of the cabinet, internal side
panels made of only two metal sheets,
bottom panel in only one pressed piece with
water drain, and easily removable runners
and grids (without the use of tools).
� The refrigeration system consists of a
single unit (compressor, condenser and
evaporator) which can be accessed by lifting
up the upper front panel at the top. The
refrigeration unit can operate in tropical
climates (+43°C ambient temperature for
stainless steel doors).
� Easy access to the main components
thanks to the openable top front panel.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
� Excellent forced air cooling system with
hidden evaporator which provides a higher
storage capacity and ensures the utmost
uniformity of the temperature in the cabinet
and guarantees a perfect storage quality of
the goods.
� High-density expanded polyurethane
insulating foam, 75 mm in thickness, with
cyclopenthane injection, guarantees
exceptional, long-term insulation and notable
energy savings.
� The rational use of the internal space of
the refrigerator guarantees a large storage
area suitable to contain 530x530 mm grids.
� Reversible self-closing door, in positions
less than 90°, with a stop at 95° and a
maximum opening at 180°, equipped with a
magnetic door seal to guarantee perfect
closure. The pressed stainless steel
recessed door handle without joints makes
opening the cabinet extremely easy. All the
doors are fitted as standard with locks and
keys and a microswitch to switch off the fan
when the door is opened.
� Internal lighting standard on all models.
� On request, each refrigerator can be
supplied with a remote condenser unit, which
can be installed up to a distance of 15 m
from the cabinet. Remote units are ideal for
use in critical ambient conditions (over 43°C
or in areas with insufficient ventilation) or for
connection to centralized refrigeration plants.
Glass door versions are also available on
request.
� A wide range of optional accessories are
available.
� CFC and HCFC free.
� All models comply with the standards
required by the main international approval
bodies and are CE marked.
