Introduction
Thank you for purchasing Zeggo Wireless Gateway. This device acts as a centralized sensor data
receiver. It collects wireless signal from nearby sensor transmitter and repeaters, processes them and
uploads data to Zeggo’s portal for monitoring data and triggering notifications. It must install at very
first to create a secure wireless network and allow other devices to join. It requires stable internet
access to send data over to the portal.
In this package you will find:

•One Power Adapter
•One User Manual
This device is the most important devices in the system. It establishes a unique secure network which
enable wireless communication takes place.
The gateway features:
•Various internet access options, WIFI, ethernet, 3G/4G (USB Dongle)
•Established Unique Network ID protected with AES-128 key
•Process up to 80 incoming signals per minute
•Automatic Backup Data during Internet down (USB Memory Storage Stick must Insert)

Product Introduction
GWA_12Z1 Gateway functions as a centralized signal processing device. It established network to
allow remote devices to join. It is ideal to install near area with internet access and locate near to
centre of multiple transmitter/repeaters. It must install very first prior to any other remote devices.
The compatible models of remote device with this gateway are:
•Zeggo Transmitter (TTA Series, TTX Series, FTA Series)
•Zeggo Repeater (RPA Series)
Mounting
Avoid placing the device close to a metal object that may affect the transmission range. Depends on
installation location, devices can be installed by using screw (nominative diameter which is less than
5mm and not smaller than 3mm are recommended) on both flange of the enclosure. For surface
mounting, surface shall be cleaned to ensure free of grease, water and dust.

Operation
Power gateway with 12V adapter and system will boot up after about 3 minutes. Observe the heart
LED, it will blink for 5 seconds immediate after successful boot up. Gateway must configured to allow
internet access either via ethernet, WIFI or 3G/4G to upload data to Zeggo’s portal. LEDs on top of
devices indicates:

Configuration to Send Sensor Data
Important: To setup connection from gateway to cloud for the first time, user must connect computer
to gateway LAN Port via network cable. Open link https://10.130.1.1 and add exception of the site
if face invalid security certificate issue. Login the interface using username “Zeggo” and
password is “password”. From left manual bar, under the Tool option, click to enter the Gateway
API Key and paste the API key in the API key input column. API key could obtain under client info page
from Zeggocloud Platform. Click on ‘Save & Apply’ button. Observe sensor data update on cloud
platform.
Firmware Setting
Before deployment of the gateway in the job site, check the following things to ensure the gateway
running in the best conditions:

>> Check the System Local Time under Status Section
>> Display Net Connection in 8.8.8.8 under Network >> Internet Access
>> Disable the WiFi AP mode under Network >> Access Point
Limited Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Innoflex Pte Ltd warrants that the hardware of product will be free from material defects in
workmanship and materials under normal use in accordance with Innoflex instructions and directions
from the purchase date of the product, for the period (“Warranty Period”), except as otherwise stated
herein.
• Hardware: One (1) year
At its option, Innoflex will repair or replace at no charge the product which proves to be defective
within such warranty period. The warranty extends only to the original buyer or end-user customer of
a Innoflex authorized reseller, and does not apply to fuses, disposable batteries or to any other
product which, in Innoflex’s opinion, has been misused, altered, neglected, or damaged by accident
or abnormal conditions of operation or handling. Any replaced or repaired products or parts carry a
ninety (90) day warranty or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer.
INNOFLEX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THIS MANUAL
AND, IN NO EVENT SHALL INNOFLEX BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY
OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCONVENIENCE
OR DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, WHETHER DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
(INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT,
FAILURE OF OTHER EQUIPMENT TO WHICH PRODUCT IS CONNECTED WITH) RESULTING FROM THE
SUE OF PRODUCT, RELATING TO WARRANTY SERVICE, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BEACH OF THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY, EVEN IF INNOFLEX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE SOLE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT
OR REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE OR NONCONFORMING PRODUCT. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF
INNOFLEX UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT COVERED
BY THE WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE
AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
