Safety precautions on using saws
• Keep hands away from cutting area and the blade. Keep your second hand on
auxiliary handle, or motor housing.
• If both hands are holding the saw, they cannot be cut by the blade.
• Do not reach underneath the workpiece.
• The guard cannot protect you from the blade below the workpiece.
• Ajust the cutting depth to the thickness of the workpiece.
• Less than a full tooth of the blade teeth should be visible below the workpiece.
• Never hold piece being cut in your hands or across your leg. Secure the workpiece to
a stable platform.
• It is important to support the work properly to minimize body exposure, blade
binding, or loss of control.
• Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation where
the cutting tool may contact hidden wiring or its own cord.
• Contact with a «live» wire will also make exposed metal parts of the power tool
«live» and shock the operator.
• When ripping always use a rip fence or straight edge guide. This improves the
accuracy of cut and reduces the chance of blade binding.
• Always use blades with correct size and shape (diamond versus round) arbour holes.
• Blades that do not match the mounting hardware of the saw will run eccentrically,
causing loss of control.
• Never use damaged or incorrect blade washers or bolt.
• The blade washers and bolt were specially designed for your saw, for optimum
performance and safety of operation.
• Do not use any abrasive wheels.
• Abrasive wheel breakage can cause serious injury.
Additional safety precautions on using saws
Causes and operator prevention of kickback:
• Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched, bound or misaligned saw blade, causing

5
an uncontrolled saw to lift up and out of the workpiece toward the operator; when the
blade is pinched or bound tightly by the kerf closing down, the blade stalls and the
motor reaction drives the unit rapidly back toward the operator;
• If the blade becomes twisted or misaligned in the cut, the teeth at the back edge of
the blade can dig into the top surface of the wood causing the blade to climb out of the
kerf and jump back toward the operator.
Kickback is the result of saw misuse and/or incorrect operating procedures or
conditions and can be avoided by taking proper precautions as given below.
• Maintain a rm grip with both hands on the saw and position your arms to resist
kickback forces.
• Position your body to either side of the blade, but not in line with the blade.
• Kickback could cause the saw to jump backwards, but kickback forces can be
controlled by the operator, if proper precautions are taken.
• When blade is binding, or when interrupting a cut for any reason, release the trigger
and hold the saw motionless in the material until the blade comes to a complete stop.
• Never attempt to remove the saw from the work or pull the saw backward while the
blade is in motion or kickback occur.
• Investigate and take corrective actions to eliminate the cause of blade binding.
• When restarting a saw in the workpiece, center the saw blade in the kerf and check
that saw teeth are not engaged into the material.
• If the blade is binding, it may walk up or kickback from the workpiece as the saw is
restarted.
• Support large panels to minimize the risk of blade pinching and kickback.
• Large panels tend to sag under their own weight. Supports must be placed under the
panel on both sides, near the line of cut and near the edge of the panel.
• Do not use dull or damaged blades.
• Unsharpened or improperly set blades produce narrow kerf causing excessive
friction, blade binding and kickback.
• Blade depth and bevel adjusting locking levers must be tight and secure before
making cut.
• If blade adjustment shifts while cutting, it may cause binding and kickback.
• Use extra caution when making a «plunge cut» into existing walls or other blind
areas.
• The protruding blade may cut objects that can cause kickback.
Safety precautions on using circular saw
1. Never use damaged saw blades.
2. Never use saw blades made from high speed steel.
3. Never use cutting wheels with properties which do not comply with the
specications indicated in this manual.
4. Never stop saw blades by pressing on the side.
5. Always keep saw blades sharpened.
6. Ensure that the lower guard smoothly performs to cover the saw blade.
7. Never operate the saw if lower guard is tied into the open position.
8. Ensure that dust extraction device function correctly.
9. Never operate the saw if saw blade is turned upwards or sideways.
10. Ensure the material has no alien objects e.g. nails.

6
11. Unplug socket from the receptacle before adjustments, maintenance or repair.

specied on the product nameplate.
2. «On\Off» switch.
Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position. If
the plug is connected to a receptacle while the power switch is in the ON position, the
power tool will start operating immediately, inviting serious accident.
3. Extension cord.
When the work area is removed from the power source. Use an extension cord of
sufcient thickness and rated capacity. The extension cord should be kept as short as
practicable.
4. Prepare a wooden workbench.
Since the saw blade will extend beyond the lower surface of the work piece, place the
work piece on a workbench when cutting. If a square block is utilized as a workbench,
select level ground to ensure it is properly stabilized. An unstable workbench will
result in hazardous operation.
CAUTION
To avoid possible accident, always ensure that the portion of work piece remaining
after cutting is securely anchored or held in positionчастного
Adjusting the saw prior to operation
1. Adjusting the cutting depth
To adjust the cutting depth loosen the lever and, while holding the base with one hand,
move the main body up and down.
WARNING! If the lever is loose, injury can result. Tighten it securely after
adjustment.
2. Adjusting the level of inclination
By loosening the lever the saw blade may be inclined to an angle of 45° in relation to
the base.
3. Regulating the guide
Position of the guide can be moved left and right. The guide can be installed either
from the left or the right side of the main body.
4. Fine adjustment of parallelism
For ne adjustment of saw blade parallelism in relation to base use the adjusting
screw. The adjustment will be performed by the manufacturer. Perform the following
actions.
• Unscrew mounting screws of the cover only. Do not unscrew the sleeve screws.
• Pull the protecting cover into the blade cover.
• Insert a thin piece of wood into the back end of the saw blade base and mark the
position on the base.
• Move the wood with the mark to the front of the base and turn the adjusting screw so
that the mark would correspond the base side.
• After adjusting tighten all mounting screws.
NOTE

8
Parallelism may be disturb if cutting depth will be adjusted after adjusting parallelism.
Never unscrew the sleeve screws.
cuttinG proceDures
1. Place the saw body (base) on the work piece, and align the intended line of cut with
the saw blade, using the notch at the front of the base. This relationship of base to
work pieces should remain unchanged regardless of the inclination of the base.
2. The switch should be turned to the ON position before the saw blade comes into
contact with the work piece. The switch is turned ON when the trigger is pulled by
one’s nger, and is turned OFF when the trigger is released.
CAUTION
Before cutting check the material to be cut.
Before starting to saw, ensure that the saw blade has reached full speed revolution.
Should the saw blade be stopped or make an abnormal noise during operation, turn off
the switch immediately.
Always take care in preventing the power cord from coming near the revolving saw
blade. Wear eye protection. After operation disconnect the plug from the receptacle.
Mounting and dismounting the saw blade
WARNING! To avoid serious accident ensure the switch is in the OFF position,
and disconnect the plug from the receptacle.
1. Dismounting the saw blade
• Set the cutting volume at maximum, and place the Circular Saw.
• Depress the lock lever, lock the spindle, and remove the hexagonal-ange bolt and
washer with the wrench.
• While holding the lever to keep the lower guard fully retracted into the blade cover,
remove the saw blade.
2. Mounting the saw blade
• Thoroughly remove any sawdust which has accumulated on the spindle, bolt and
washers.
• For mounting saw blade, the concave sides of both washers (A) and (B) must be
tted to the saw blade sides. Mount the saw blade on the spindle, and nally afx
washer
• To assure proper rotation direction of the saw blade, the arrow direction on the saw
blade must coincide with the arrow direction on the blade cover.
• Using the ngers, tighten the hexagonal bolt retaining the saw blade as much as
possible. Then depress the lock lever, lock the spindle, and thoroughly tighten the bolt.
• Conrm that the lock lever is in the original position.
Maintenance anD inspection
1. Inspecting the saw blade
Since use of a dull saw blade will degrade efciency and cause possible motor

9
malfunction, sharpen or replace the saw blade as soon as abrasion is noted.
2. Inspecting the mounting screws.
Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure that they are properly tightened.
Should any of the screws be loose, retighten them immediately. Failure to do so could
result in serious hazard.
3. Maintenance of the motor.
The motor unit winding is the very “heart” of the power tool. Exercise due care to
ensure the winding does not become damaged and/or wet with oil or water.
4. Inspecting the carbon brushes.
The motor is equipped with carbon brushes, which wear with time. When a brush
reaches the wear limit, the motor may malfunction. If the engine is equipped with
a disengaging brush, it will automatically turn off. In this case replace both carbon
brushes. Keep the brushes clean and ensure that brushes move freely within the brush
holders.
CAUTION
When using the drill follow these rules:
• continuous use of the drill should not exceed 15 minutes;
• do not allow mechanic damage (strikes, falls etc.);
• protect the drill from external sources of heat and chemically active substances, as
well as liquid and objects penetration;
• provide effective cooling and drilling wastes withdrawal from the tool working zone;
• before disconnecting the tool from the power source turn off the On/Off switch;
• check the engine temperature, do not allow overheating;
• change the rotation direction only after switching off the tool and complete stop of
rotating parts;
• do not use bits not intended for concrete and brick drilling in impact mode.
Inobservance of these rules will make warranty void!
