Katja Arch Assembly Instructions
Requires 2 person assembly.All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded / Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit / Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit, Tape
Measure.

Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit,
Tape Measure.
Katja Arch is now complete.
1. Insert 3no. Dowel Rods B into Arch Section A (Fig 1a). Locate further Arch
Section A onto Dowel Rods B and tap into position (Figs 1b & 1c).
Repeat procedure for remaining Dowel Rods B & Arch SectionsA
2. Attach 1no. Board C to each end of arch assemblies using 16no. 50mm Screws –
4no per board (Fig 2a).
With arch assemblies positioned as shown in Fig 2b, fix together using 6no.
25mm screws (Fig 2b).
3. Ensuring correct orientation of Post Assembly D (see Fig 3a), position centrally to
underside of arch assembly and fix using 4no 50mm Screws –2no per post
(Figs.3a & 3b).
Repeat procedure for remaining Post Assembly D.
