II. Create A New Screen
1. First, double clicking to open the software, it will pops up a window to creating a new
screen. Choose the suitable model type ZH-EBOX300 in “ Screen Type ”. Adjust the width and
height of the screen, then click “OK ”.

III. Screen Set
The default resolution of ZH-EBOX300 is 1280*1024. When the width of screen is less than or
equal to 1280, and the height is less than or equal to 1024, can enter into the next step without any
modification; when the width is larger than 1280 or the height is larger than 1024, the resolution
needs to be modified. The modification steps are as follows:
1. Click “ Setting”--- “Display settings”

2. After the device information refreshed, click the setting button and enter the password 168.

3. Choose the appropriate resolution (The resolution must be larger than the actual points of the
screen ), then click “ Set ”.
Note: After changing the resolution, the device will automatically restart, and the software will
automatically close this interface. after the device restart, can enter into the page for other settings.
4. Click “ Scan Board ”, select the suitable model type.

5. Click “ Screen Connection ”, configure the connection relation of the corresponding receiving
card, and send to the hardware.
Note: The ZH-EBOX300 own double Network ports, when the loading area bigger than 650,000
points, it need use double Network port. It need to select the Network port serial number when
setting, then configure the connection relationship, and then send it to the hardware, the last is save
to hardware.
After the above steps are completed, the display screen will display normally.

IV. Edit Content
Click “ New ” to add file window, and add materials.
V. Upload Content

①U disk export: click the “Export” button in the top right corner of the software.
②Enter the export interface, if you have add time, please click “Time correction”, then click
“Export”.

③After back up is finished, click “ok”, then unplug U disk.
2. LAN Cable Send Content
①Click the “Send” button in the top right corner of the software.

②After the transcoding is completed, the sending interface will pop up, select the corresponding
device, and click “ Send ” to send the content.
3. WiFi Send Content
Due to information security issues, the factory default WiFi is closed. Therefore, customers need
to connect the network cable to manually turn on WiFi. The steps are as follows:
⑴.Using Ethernet cable line to open WiFi:
①Click “Control--Asynchronous Management”.

②Choose the device, and click “ Network setting ”.

③Choose “WiFi Setting”, and “Enable”, make sure the WiFi name and password, then click
“setting”.
④After link this WiFi can send content.

VI. ZH-EBOX-300 Single Device Sync/Async
Switching Operate Instruction
1. Switch this button to “sync” position, show as the figure:
2. Software setting: this software is together with Synchronous and Asynchronous, it needs to be
switched to synchronization first.

3. Click “Settings” --- “Display Settings”, select send mode of “Network”, to achieve synchronous
display.

Note: Only port “OUT1” support ZH-EBOX-300 Sync/Async switching.
VII. ZH-EBOX-200 Multiple Device Synchronous
Operate Instruction
1. Multiple Device Synchronous Cluster Diagram
Connection as the figure: The receiving card under each EBox-200 forms a loop, and
the asynchronous/synchronous switch always in synchronous state.
2.In software setting, select “Network” to send, to achieve Multiple device
synchronous function.
