Unplug the headset cable that is
currently connected to the left side or
underside of your telephone set (the
other end will remain connected to

These instructions assume that you
are using the ZMS20-UC with an

moving to step 2, please make sure
that your headset is both connected
to your telephone and functioning

Testing:
Now that the ZoomSwitch is set up, test it
by making regular phone calls, listening,
and talking on your headset through your

Setting up your PC Audio:
For help setting up your PC audio and
applications to work with the ZMS20-UC, go

If you are using a Cisco phone, make
sure the switch located on the right
side of the ZoomSwitch is set to

For all other phone models, make sure
