Getting started with your device.

1. Prepare
• Avalidnano-SIMcard.
• Viewthelabelonyourdevicetogetthedefaultinformation.

2. Insert the nano-SIM Card
Opentheslotcoveratthebottomofthedeviceandinsertthenano-SIM
card.

3. Power on Your Device
Connect the power adapter to your device and then your device will be
poweredonandconnecttotheInternetautomatically.

4. Access the Internet
• Wi-Fi:GetthedefaultSSIDandpasswordonthelabelandconnect
totheWi-Finetworkwithyourmobiledevice,andthenaccessthe
Internet.

• Network cable(RJ45):ConnectwiththecomputerviaLANports
andthenaccesstheInternet.

5. Change Your Device Settings
You can change the device settings by logging in to the 5G CPE
congurationwebpage.
1. ViewthelabelonyourdevicetogetthedefaultDevice Manager
Website IP address and Password.
2. LaunchtheInternetbrowserandentertheDevice Manager Website
IP address in the address bar.
3. InputthepasswordandthenclickLogin.
4. Afterthe5GCPEcongurationwebpageisopened,youcan
changetheWi-FiSSID,passwordorothersettings.

Bridge Mode
Yourdevicesupportsthebridgemodeandyoucanusethisservicefrom
yourserviceprovidertoaccesstheInternet.
1. ConnectyourdevicetotheInternetrst.
2. Logintothe5GCPEcongurationwebpage.
3. ChangetheoperationmodetoBridge Mode.
4. Connectthecomputerorothercable-connectedclienttotheLAN
port1andtheclientcanobtaintheIPaddressfromtheWANDHCP
hostandconnecttotheInternetdirectly.
NOTE:
Thecable-connectedclientconnectedtotheLANport2ortheWi-Fi
connectedclientscannotvisittheInternet,buttheycancommunicate
witheachother.Ifyouwanttochangetheoperationmode,youcanuse
thisclienttologintothecongurationpagetochangethemode.

Cable Broadband Mode
Yourdevicesupportsthecablebroadbandmodeandyoucanusethis
servicefromyourserviceprovidertoaccesstheInternet.
1. ConnecteitherofthetwoLANportsandthebroadbandservice
network port with a network cable.
2. Logintothe5GCPEcongurationwebpage.
3. ChangetheoperationmodetoCable Broadband Mode.
4. Setthedetailedparametersgivenbyyourserviceprovider.
5. UseyourclientstoaccesstheInternet.

1. SIGNAL
(Three lights)
On: Three lights show the signal strength. More
lightsonmeansbettersignals.
O:Thereisnosignalornonano-SIMcard
inserted.
2. NETWORK Red:Thedeviceispoweredonbutnotregistered
tothemobilenetwork.
Blue solid: The device is registered or connected
tothe3G/4Gmobilenetwork.
White solid: The device is registered or
connected to the 5G network.
3. WIFI On:WLAN(Wi-Fi)worksnormally.
Blinking: WPS is activating.
O:WLAN(Wi-Fi)iso.
4. POWER On: The device is powered on.
O:Thedeviceispoweredo.
5. WPS key PressthiskeytoactivatetheWPSfunction.
Pressandholdforabout10secondstopower
othedeviceandthenpressandholdforabout
2 seconds to power on the device.

Internet Related Problems
Symptoms Possible Problems / Solutions
IcannotaccesstheInternetat
all.
• Pleasecheckyourcongurationsettings.
• Pleasewait1~2minutesfortherouterto
initialize.
• Checkyournetworkindicators.
The download or upload speed
is very slow.
The speed is dependent on signal strength. Check
your signal strength and network type.
Icannotvisitthe5GCPE
congurationwebpage.
• EnterthecorrectIPaddress.Youcanview
thelabelonyourdevicetogetthedefaultIP
address.
• OnlyuseonenetworkadapterinyourPC.
• Donotuseanyproxyserver.
IcannotestablishtheWi-Fi
connectionbetweenmydevice
and the client.
• MakesuretheWi-Fifunctionisactive.
• Refreshnetworklistandselectthecorrect
SSID.
• ChecktheIPaddresstomakesureyourclient
canobtainanIPaddressautomaticallyinthe
Internetprotocol(TCP/IP)properties.
• Typethecorrectnetworkkey(Wi-Fipassword)
when you connect to the device.

• Ifyouchangedthepasswordsandforgot
them,youneedtorestorethedevicetothe
factorydefaultsettings.
