Precaution for Extended Use:Yourdevicemaybecomehotwhenusedforalongtimeor
whilecharging,especiallyinhightemperatures.Prolongedcontactwithskinmaycauselow-
temperatureburninjuries.
Charge Using the AC Adapter
FollowtheseinstructionstochargeyourhotspotusingtheincludedACadapter.
1. PlugtheUSBconnectorintothecharging/micro-USBjackonthebottomofyourhotspot.
2. PlugtheotherendoftheUSBcableintotheACadapter.
3. PlugtheACadapterintoanelectricaloutlet.
4. Aftercharging,disconnectthehotspotfromthecharger.
lUnplugtheACadapterfromtheoutlet,andremovetheUSBcablefromthehotspotandthe
ACadapter.
ZTE Warp Connect and AC Adapter Becoming Warm or Hot
YourhotspotandtheACadaptermaybecomewarmwhilecharging.Thisisnotamalfunction.
However,stopusingthemimmediatelyiftheybecomeextremelyhot;thiscouldindicatea
malfunction.

Charge Using a PC Connection
BeforeusingaPCconnectiontochargeyourhotspot,ensurethatthecomputeristurnedon.
1. InsertthesmallendoftheUSBcordintothecharging/micro-USBjackonthebottomofyour
hotspot.
2. InsertthelargeendoftheUSBcordintoanexternalUSBportonyourcomputer.
3. Aftercharging,removetheUSBcablefromboththehotspotandthecomputer.
nano-SIM Card
Thenano-SIMcardisanICcardcontainingthephonenumberassociatedwiththehotspotand
othercustomerinformation.Yourhotspot’snano-SIMcardispreinstalledandshouldonlybe
accessedifdirectedbyacustomerservicerepresentative.
Handling a nano-SIM Card
Keepthefollowinginmindwhenhandlinganano-SIMcard.
nYouareresponsibleforanydamagecausedbyinsertingthenano-SIMcardinanother-brandIC
cardreader,etc.Sprintisnotresponsibleinsuchacase.
nAlwayskeeptheICchipclean.
nWipecleanwithadry,softcloth.
nAvoidapplyinglabels.Maydamagenano-SIMcard.
nSeeinstructionsincludedwithnano-SIMcardforhandling.
nTheSIMcardisthepropertyofSprint.
nTheSIMcardisreplaceable(atcost)incaseofloss/damage.
nReturnthenano-SIMcardtoSprintwhencancelingsubscription.

inserted)islostorstolen.Fordetails,contactCustomerService.
nAlwayspoweroffthehotspotbeforeinserting/removingthenano-SIMcard.
Insert nano-SIM Card

1. Inserttheendofasmallpapercliporotherejecttoolintotheholebesidethenano-SIMcardslot.

Wi-Fiforwirelessdatatransfers.
nYourdevicesupportsWi-FiProtectedSetup(WPS),whichallowsWi-Ficonnectionsettingsto
beeasilyconfiguredonanyWPS-compliantdevice.
nEntertheWi-Firouter'sSSIDandWPAkeystoconnectnon-WPS-compliantWi-Fidevices.
lThesesettingsshouldbeperformedwhenthedeviceisconnectedthefirsttimetoanother
Wi-Fidevice.Thereafter,simplyactivateWi-Fi(WLAN)toautomaticallyconnectyour
hotspottotheWi-Fi(WLAN)device.

1. TurnonyourZTEWarpConnectandyourWi-Fienableddevice.
2. OpentheWi-FiapplicationorcontrolsonthecomputerorWi-Fienableddevicethatyouwantto
connecttoyourZTEWarpConnectandfindtheWi-Finame‘SprintHotspot_xxx’.
3. Whenprompted,enteryourWi-Fipassword.
4. YourWi-FienableddeviceisnowconnectedtotheInternet.
Note:YoucanviewthelabelonthedevicetogetthedefaultWi-FiSSIDandpassword.
Web UI Overview
UsethedeviceWebUIinabrowsertocheckorchangeyourhotspotsettingsfromadevice
connectedeitherviaWi-FiorbydirectUSBconnection.

1. Makesuretheconnectionbetweenyourdeviceandtheclientiscorrect.
2. LaunchtheInternetbrowserandenterhttp://192.168.128.1orhttp://myhotspotintheaddress
bar.Theloginpageappearsasfollows.Thefollowingfigureisonlyforyourreference.

passwordispassword).

abilityoflisteddevicestoaccessWi-Fifromthisdevice,eveniftheyhavethepassword.

lWi-Fi Password:EntertheWi-Fipassword.(Thedefaultpasswordispassword.)
lDisplay Wi-Fi Name: AllowWi-Finametobedisplayedonthedevice.

lHide SSID:Enableordisablethisfunction.IfONisselected,theWi-Finamewillnotbe
broadcast.
