To avoid the risk of fire or shock, do not expose the product to rain or direct and excessive
humidity. If the environment is much colder than the temperature of this product, wait for
it to adjust to the ambient temperature before turning it on. Connect the product only to
grounded and protected circuits. Always unplug it from the power source before cleaning
or replacing the fuse. Replace the fuse with one of the same type and rated voltage.
Do not clean the product with solvents or aggressive cleaners. Use a soft, clean cloth.
Before connecting the product to the power supply, make sure that the power cable is not
damaged.
Make sure that the voltage of the electrical outlet is within the range indicated on the
product (on the case or on a sticker).
Never unplug the product from the outlet by pulling on the cord.
Always ensure that the product is used in a well ventilated location with at least 50cm
clearance from adjacent surfaces. Make sure that none of the ventilation openings are
blocked.
Do not use the product in temperatures above 104°F / 40°C.
Keep flammable materials away from the product during use.
If you experience serious problems while using the product, stop using it immediately.
Do not open the product housing. Contains parts that cannot be repaired by the user and
opening it will void the warranty.

These instructions are intended for users without specific technical knowledge. Please
read the instructions carefully prior to operating the unit and keep them for later reference.
The stereo amplifier ZZONE200SA is suitable for a wide range of applications, e. g. in
bars, function rooms and offices. It provides connections for a microphone and two audio
sources with line signal level (e. g. mixer, CD / MP3 player) and also features an MP3
player with USB port and memory card slot, a Bluetooth receiver and an FM radio.
The amplifier is designed for installation into a rack (482 mm /19”); however, it can also be
placed on a table. In order to ensure sufficient cooling of the amplifier, air must always be
able to flow freely through all air vents.
For rack installation, the amplifier requires 1 RS (1 rack space = 44.45 mm). The front
plate is not sufficient for fixing the amplifier safely;
additionally use lateral rails or a bottom plate to secure the amplifier.
The hot air given off by the amplifier must be dissipated from the rack; otherwise, heat
will accumulate in the rack which may not only damage the amplifier but also other units
inthe rack. In case of insufficient heat dissipation, install a ventilation unit into the rack.

CONNECTION
– 3.5 mm jack AUX (3); when this jack is connected, the combination “MP3 player / FM
radio / Bluetooth receiver” will be muted.
– RCA jacks LINE IN (10); L (white) = left, R (red) = right
a) Remove the two jumpers (one each for the left channel and the right channel) that
interconnect the output PRE OUT and the input AMP IN.
b) Connect the input of the unit to be inserted to the output PRE OUT.
c) Connect the output of the unit to be inserted to the input AMP IN.
Prior to connecting /disconnecting, switch off all units concerned.
1. For the connection of a microphone, use the jack MIC (2): connect the microphone via a
6.3 mm plug or an XLR plug.
2. For the connection of stereo audio sources with line signal level (e. g. CD / MP3 player,
tape deck, radio, mixer, PC), two inputs are available:
3. The stereo connections PRE OUT and AMP IN (11) can be used to insert an audio
processing unit (e. g. equalizer, effect unit): The signal, after the control VOLUME (8), will
be routed to the audio processing unit via the output PRE OUT and returned to the power
amplifier of the ZZONE200SA via the input AMP IN.
4. Connect two speakers (minimum impedance: 4 Ω) to the terminals SPEAKER OUT (12):
Connect one speaker to the channel RIGHT and the other to the channel LEFT. Observe
the polarity (connect the marked core of the respective speaker cable to “+”). Use
either the screw terminals or the banana jacks to make the connections. Note: When
connecting more than two speakers, make sure that the total speaker impedance per
channel is at least 4 Ω; otherwise, the amplifier may be damaged. Contact an expert if
you have any questions.
5. When the integrated FM radio is used, connect an FM antenna to the jack FM ANTENNA
(14).
6. For power supply, connect the mains cable provided to the mains jack (13) first and then
to a mains socket (230 V/ 50 Hz).

OPERATION
MP3 PLAYER / FM RADIO / BLUETOOTH RECEIVER
Never adjust the amplifier to a very high volume. Permanent high volumes may damage
your hearing!
Your ear will get accustomed to high volumes which do not seem to be that high after some
time. Therefore, do not further increase a high volume after getting used to it.
To prevent switching noise, always switch on the units connected before switching on the
amplifier and always switch off the amplifier before switching off the other units.
When the ZZONE200SA is switched on, the combination “MP3 player / FM radio / Bluetooth
receiver” will automatically be activated and go to the mode “Player”. When no storage
medium is connected, NO SOURCE will appear on the display (16). When a storage medium
is already connected, it will be read and then reproduced. When two storage media are
connected, the USB medium will be selected after the ZZONE200SA has been switched on.
The infrared remote control provided with the amplifier includes the battery required.
Remove the protective film from the battery holder prior to initial operation. When pressing
a button, always point the remote control to the infrared sensor (15). Make sure that there
are no obstacles between the remote control and the sensor.
If the remote control is not used for a longer period of time, remove the battery as a
precaution so that the remote control will not be damaged in case the battery should leak.
Replacing the battery:
– control MIC LEVEL (5) for the microphone connected to the input MIC (2)
– control LINE LEVEL (7) for the unit connected to the input LINE IN (10)
– control AUX / MP3 LEVEL (6) for the unit connected to the input AUX (3) or, when the
input AUX is not used, for the combination “MP3 player / FM radio / Bluetooth receiver” (4)
Note: The basic volume of the combination “MP3 player / FM radio / Bluetooth receiver”
can be additionally adjusted
1. Before switching on the amplifier for the first time, turn the total volume control VOLUME
(8) to the left stop.
2. Use the POWER switch (1) to switch on the amplifier.
3. Turn up the control VOLUME (8) to adjust the total volume desired; for each audio source
to be heard, adjust the volume by means of the appropriate control:
1. Push the latch of the battery holder to the right and pull out the holder
2. Remove the discharged battery and insert the new battery (3 V button cell, type CR 2025)
in the holder, positive pole facing upwards.
3. Push the holder back into the remote control.
4. Use the controls TREBLE and BASS (9) to adjust the tone.

Stand by:
To set the combination “MP3 player / FM radio / Bluetooth receiver” to the standby mode
and to switch it on again, either use the button (26) on the remote control or keep the
button MODE (21) at the unit pressed for more than a second. After switch-on, the mode
“Player” will be active.
Selecting the operating mode
Use the button MODE (21) to switch over between the operating modes:
“Player”Ò“Bluetooth” Ò“Radio”O
When two storage media are connected in the mode “Player”: The first press of the button
MODE will switch to the storage medium currently not selected; the next press of the button
will switch to the mode “Bluetooth”.
Adjusting the basic volume / Muting
To adjust the basic volume (adjustment range 00 to 31), use the buttons xand y(28) on the
remote control or keep the button or (24) at the unit pressed.
To mute the sound, press the button (27); MUTE will appear on the display. To unmute the
sound, press the button again.
Note: When the mute function is activated, it will be deactivated after the next switch-on or
when the operating mode is changed
Operating mode “Player”
The player can be used to reproduce MP3 files from SD / SDHC memory cards and USB
storage media (USB flash drive or USB hard disk with separate power supply). The
reproduction of WMA files and WAV files is also supported.
– Connect a USB storage medium to the USB port (17).
– Insert a memory card (FAT16 / FAT32, 32 GB max.), notched corner facing to the right and
towards the unit, into the card slot (18) until it engages. To remove the card, push the card
into the slot until it disengages.
Note: Due to the large number of storage device manufacturers and device drivers, it cannot
be guaranteed that all storage media are compatible with the player.
Selecting the storage medium:
Once a storage medium is connected, it will be selected and reproduced (even when the
mode “Bluetooth” or “Radio” has been activated). If two media are connected in the mode
“Player” and the medium selected is then removed, the player will automatically switch to
the medium still connected. To switch over between the media, the button MODE (21) can
also be used.
The display will show:
– U for USB medium, S for memory card the letter is preceded by the respective symbol for
replay, pause or stop
– the time already played of the title
– the replay mode (ALL, FOLDER, SINGLE or RANDOM): see below
– the number of the title and the file name

To set the replay to pause, press the button (22); to stop the replay and to return to the
beginning of the title, press the button (23) at the unit or STOP (23) on the
remotecontrol. To continue the replay, press the button .
To select a title, either use the buttons and (24) or enter the title number by
means of the numeric keys (29).
Note: In the replay mode RANDOM, it is not possible to go back to the previous title or to
select titles by means of the numeric keys. In the replay mode FOLDER, only the titles of the
current folder can be selected.
To select a folder, use the buttons F− and F+ (25). To select a title in the folder by means of
the button or ,first wait for the name of the folder to disappear from the
display; otherwise, you will go to the previous / next folder when you press or
For fast reverse and fast forward (functions only available during replay), keep the button
or (24) on the remote control pressed. Fast forward will go beyond the current title;
fast reverse will stop at the beginning of the current title.
Use the button EQ (20) to select the equalizer setting desired (function only available during
replay). It is possible to switch over between:
NORMAL, ROCK, POP, CLASSIC, JAZZ, COUNTRY.
Note: After each switch-on or change to the mode “Player”, the equalizer setting will be
reset to NORMAL.
To select the replay mode (function only available during replay), use the button NO(19)
at the unit or the button O(19) on the remote control. It is possible to switch over between:
ALL = all titles continuously replayed one after the other
FOLDER = all titles of the current folder continuously replayed one after the other
SINGLE = current title continuously replayed
RANDOM = all titles continuously replayed in random order
Note: After each switch-on or change to the mode “Player”, the replay mode will be reset to
ALL. This reset will also be made when the button F− or F+ (25) is pressed to select a folder.

BLUETOOTH
RADIO FM
The Bluetooth receiver can be used to establish a wireless connection to a Bluetooth signal
source (e. g. smartphone, tablet PC, notebook) and thus to replay the audio files stored on
the signal source via the ZZONE200SA
Use the button MODE (21) to select the operating mode “Radio”. The display will show:
– the FM frequency adjusted (in MHz)
– FM: 01 … the station number under which the FM frequency has been stored by means of
the scan function
– the basic volume adjusted (VOL)
To store stations, press the button (22):
The station scan will start. The transmission frequencies found will be automatically stored
as station numbers. When the station scan is completed, the frequency of station number 1
will be selected. To cancel the scan function at any time, press the button again.
To call up a stored station, either select the appropriate station number with the buttons
and (24) or enter it by means of the numeric keys (29).
To manually set a station (in steps of 0.1 MHz), use the buttons F− and F+ (25).
Notes with regard to station number indication:
After manual frequency setting, the display will show FM: 00
– when the frequency set has not been stored as a station number
– when the frequency set has already been stored as a station number via station scan and
the reception quality is poor
The next time you switch to the mode “Radio”, the display will not show FM: 00, but the
station number whose frequency is close to the frequency set, or, if no station number is
found, station number 1.
Establishing a Bluetooth connection:
1. Use the button MODE (21) to select the operating mode “Bluetooth” (Bluetooth shown on
the display): The display will show Initializing. . . and then Disconnected! to indicate that
no Bluetooth connection is established
2. At the Bluetooth source, switch on the Bluetooth function.
3. On the display of the Bluetooth source, the Bluetooth receiver will be indicated as
“Bluetooth”. Pair the Bluetooth source with the Bluetooth receiver (please refer to the
Instruction manual of the Bluetooth source, if required).
4. Once the Bluetooth connection has been established, the display will show Connected!
5. Use the buttons of the Bluetooth source for operation (replay, pause, title selection) or
the button (22) for replay / pause and the buttons and (24) on the
remote Control for title selection.

L’amplificatore stereo ZZONE200SA è adatto per un’ampia gamma di applicazioni, ad es.
in bar, sale riunioni e uffici. Fornisce collegamenti per un microfono e due sorgenti audio
con livello di segnale di linea (ad esempio mixer, lettore CD / MP3) e dispone anche di un
lettore MP3 con porta USB e slot per memory card, un ricevitore Bluetooth e una radio FM.
L’amplificatore è progettato per l’installazione in un rack (482 mm /19”); tuttavia, può anche
essere posto su un tavolo. Per garantire un raffreddamento sufficiente dell’amplificatore,
l’aria deve sempre poter fluire liberamente attraverso tutte le prese d’aria.
Per l’installazione a rack, l’amplificatore richiede 1 RS (1 spazio rack = 44,45 mm). La
piastra frontale non è sufficiente per fissare l’amplificatore in modo sicuro;
utilizzare inoltre guide laterali o una piastra inferiore per fissare l’amplificatore.

Prima di collegare/scollegare, spegnere tutte le unità interessate.
1. Per il collegamento di un microfono, utilizzare la presa MIC (2): collegare il microfono
tramite una spina da 6,3 mm o una spina XLR.
2. Per il collegamento di sorgenti audio stereo con livello di segnale Line (ad es. lettore CD/
MP3, registratore a cassette, radio, mixer, PC) sono disponibili due ingressi:
3. I collegamenti stereo PRE OUT e AMP IN (11) possono essere utilizzati per inserire
un’unità di elaborazione audio (ad es. equalizzatore, unità di effetti): il segnale, dopo il
controllo VOLUME (8), viene indirizzato all’unità di elaborazione audio tramite l’uscita
PRE OUT e restituito all’amplificatore di potenza dello ZZONE200SA tramite l’ingresso
AMP IN.
4. Collegare due altoparlanti (impedenza minima: 4 Ω) ai terminali SPEAKER OUT (12):
Collegare un altoparlante al canale DESTRO e l’altro al canale SINISTRO. Rispettare
la polarità (collegare il nucleo contrassegnato del rispettivo cavo dell’altoparlante a
“+”). Utilizzare i terminali a vite o le prese a banana per effettuare i collegamenti. Nota:
quando si collegano più di due diffusori, accertarsi che l’impedenza totale dei diffusori
per canale sia di almeno 4 Ω; in caso contrario, l’amplificatore potrebbe danneggiarsi.
Contatta un esperto in caso di domande.
5. Quando si utilizza la radio FM integrata, collegare un’antenna FM alla presa FM
ANTENNA (14).
6. Per l’alimentazione, collegare il cavo di rete in dotazione prima alla presa di rete (13) e
poi a una presa di rete (230 V/ 50 Hz).

Non regolare mai l’amplificatore a un volume molto alto. Un volume permanentemente
elevato può danneggiare l’udito!
Per evitare rumori di commutazione, accendere sempre le unità collegate prima di accendere
l’amplificatore e spegnere sempre l’amplificatore prima di spegnere le altre unità.
Quando ZZONE200SA è acceso, la combinazione “lettore MP3 / radio FM / ricevitore
Bluetooth” si attiverà automaticamente e passerà alla modalità “Player”. Quando non
è collegato alcun supporto di memorizzazione, sul display (16) apparirà NO SOURCE.
Quando un supporto di memorizzazione è già connesso, verrà letto e poi riprodotto. Quando
sono collegati due supporti di memorizzazione, il supporto USB verrà selezionato dopo
l’accensione dello ZZONE200SA.
Il telecomando a infrarossi fornito con l’amplificatore include la batteria. Rimuovere la
pellicola protettiva dal portabatteria prima della prima messa in funzione. Quando si preme
un pulsante, puntare sempre il telecomando verso il sensore a infrarossi (15). Assicurarsi
che non ci siano ostacoli tra il telecomando e il sensore.
Se il telecomando non viene utilizzato per un lungo periodo di tempo, rimuovere la batteria
per precauzione in modo che il telecomando non venga danneggiato in caso di perdita della
batteria.
Sostituzione della batteria:
– controllo MIC LEVEL (5) per il microfono collegato all’ingresso MIC (2)
– controllo LINE LEVEL (7) per l’unità collegata all’ingresso LINE IN (10)

1. Prima di accendere l’amplificatore per la prima volta, ruotare il controllo del volume
totale VOLUME (8) completamente a sinistra.
2. Utilizzare l’interruttore POWER (1) per accendere l’amplificatore.
3. Alzare il comando VOLUME (8) per regolare il volume totale desiderato; per ogni sorgente
audio da ascoltare regolare il volume tramite l’apposito comando:
1. Spingere il fermo del portabatteria verso destra ed estrarre il portabatteria
2. Rimuovere la batteria scarica e inserire la nuova batteria (batteria a bottone da 3 V, tipo
CR 2025) nel supporto, con il polo positivo rivolto verso l’alto.
3. Reinserire il supporto nel telecomando.
4. Utilizzare i controlli TREBLE e BASS (9) per regolare il tono.

Stand by:
Per impostare la combinazione “lettore MP3 / radio FM / ricevitore Bluetooth” in modalità
standby e riaccenderla, utilizzare il tasto (26) sul telecomando o tenere premuto il
tasto MODE (21) sull’unità per più di un secondo. Dopo l’accensione sarà attiva la modalità
“Player”.
Selezione della modalità operativa
Utilizzare il pulsante MODE (21) per passare da una modalità operativa all’altra:
“Player”Ò“Bluetooth” Ò“Radio”O
Quando due supporti di memorizzazione sono collegati in modalità “Player”: La prima
pressione del pulsante MODE passerà al supporto di memorizzazione attualmente non
selezionato; alla successiva pressione del pulsante passerà alla modalità “Bluetooth”.
Regolazione del volume di base / Muting
Per regolare il volume di base (campo di regolazione da 00 a 31), utilizzare i pulsanti xe
y(28) sul telecomando o tenere premuto il pulsante o (24).
Per disattivare l’audio, premere il pulsante (27); MUTE apparirà sul display. Per riattivare
l’audio, premere nuovamente il pulsante.
Nota: quando la funzione mute è attivata, verrà disattivata alla successiva accensione o al
cambio della modalità di funzionamento
Modalità di funzionamento “Player”
Il lettore può essere utilizzato per riprodurre file MP3 da schede di memoria SD / SDHC e
supporti di memorizzazione USB (unità flash USB o disco rigido USB con alimentazione
separata). È supportata anche la riproduzione di file WMA e file WAV.
– Collegare un supporto di memoria USB alla porta USB (17).
– Inserire una scheda di memoria (FAT16 / FAT32, 32 GB max.), con l’angolo dentellato rivolto
verso destra e verso l’unità, nello slot della scheda (18) finché non si innesta. Per rimuovere
la scheda, spingere la scheda nello slot finché non si sblocca.
Nota: a causa dell’elevato numero di produttori di dispositivi di archiviazione e driver di
dispositivi, non è possibile garantire che tutti i supporti di archiviazione siano compatibili
con il lettore.
Selezione del supporto di memorizzazione:
Una volta collegato un supporto di memorizzazione, verrà selezionato e riprodotto (anche
quando è stata attivata la modalità “Bluetooth” o “Radio”). Se due supporti sono collegati
in modalità “Player” e il supporto selezionato viene quindi rimosso, il lettore passerà
automaticamente al supporto ancora collegato. Per passare da un supporto all’altro è
possibile utilizzare anche il tasto MODE (21).
Il display mostrerà:
– U per supporto USB, S per memory card la lettera è preceduta dal rispettivo simbolo per
replay, pausa o stop
– il tempo già giocato del titolo
– la modalità di riproduzione (ALL, FOLDER, SINGLE o RANDOM): vedi sotto
– il numero del titolo e il nome del file

Per mettere in pausa il replay, premere il tasto_ (22); per interrompere la riproduzione e
tornare all’inizio del titolo, premere il tasto_ (23) sull’unità o STOP (23) sul telecomando.

mediante i tasti numerici (29).

Per il riavvolgimento e l’avanzamento rapido (funzioni disponibili solo durante il replay),
tenere premuto il tasto_ o_ (24) sul telecomando. L’avanzamento veloce andrà oltre il
titolo attuale; il riavvolgimento rapido si fermerà all’inizio del titolo corrente.
Utilizzare il pulsante EQ (20) per selezionare l’impostazione dell’equalizzatore desiderata
(funzione disponibile solo durante ripetizione).
È possibile passare da:
NORMALE, ROCK, POP, CLASSICO, JAZZ, COUNTRY.
Nota: dopo ogni accensione o passaggio alla modalità “Player”, l’impostazione
dell’equalizzatore verrà reimpostata su NORMAL.
Per selezionare la modalità di riproduzione (funzione disponibile solo durante la
riproduzione), utilizzare il pulsanteNO(19) o il tasto O(19) sul telecomando. È possibile
passare da:

RADIO FM
Il ricevitore Bluetooth può essere utilizzato per stabilire una connessione wireless a un
segnale Bluetooth sorgente (es. smartphone, tablet PC, notebook) e quindi riprodurre i file
audio memorizzati sulla sorgente del segnale tramite lo ZZONE200SA
Utilizzare il tasto MODE (21) per selezionare la modalità operativa “Radio”. Il display
mostrerà:
– la frequenza FM regolata (in MHz)
– FM: 01 … il numero della stazione sotto il quale è stata memorizzata la frequenza FM
mediante la funzione di scansione
– il volume di base regolato (VOL)
Per memorizzare le stazioni, premere il tasto_ (22):
Verrà avviata la scansione delle stazioni. Le frequenze di trasmissione trovate verranno
automaticamente memorizzate come numeri di stazione. Quando la scansione della
stazione è completata, la frequenza della stazione numero 1 verrà selezionata. Per annullare
la funzione di scansione in qualsiasi momento, premere nuovamente il pulsante_.
Per richiamare una stazione memorizzata, selezionare il numero di stazione appropriato
con i pulsanti e_ (24) oppure inserirlo tramite i tasti numerici (29).
Per impostare manualmente una stazione (a intervalli di 0,1 MHz), utilizzare i pulsanti F− e
F+ (25).
Note relative all’indicazione del numero di stazione:
Dopo l’impostazione manuale della frequenza, il display mostrerà FM: 00
– quando la frequenza impostata non è stata memorizzata come numero di stazione
– quando la frequenza impostata è già stata memorizzata come numero di stazione tramite
la scansione delle stazioni e la qualità di ricezione è scadente
La prossima volta che si passa alla modalità “Radio”, il display non mostrerà FM: 00, ma
il numero della stazione la cui frequenza è vicina alla frequenza impostata o, se non viene
trovato alcun numero di stazione, la stazione numero 1.
Stabilire una connessione Bluetooth:
1. Utilizzare il pulsante MODE (21) per selezionare la modalità di funzionamento
“Bluetooth” (Bluetooth visualizzato sul display): Il display visualizzerà Initializing. . . e
poi Disconnesso! per indicare che non è stata stabilita alcuna connessione Bluetooth
2. Alla sorgente Bluetooth, attivare la funzione Bluetooth.
3. Sul display della sorgente Bluetooth, il ricevitore Bluetooth sarà indicato come
“Bluetooth”. Accoppiare la sorgente Bluetooth con il ricevitore Bluetooth (fare
riferimento al manuale di istruzioni della sorgente Bluetooth, se necessario).
4. Una volta stabilita la connessione Bluetooth, il display visualizzerà Connesso!
5. Utilizzare i pulsanti della sorgente Bluetooth per il funzionamento (replay, pausa,
selezione del titolo) o il pulsante_ (22) per la riproduzione/pausa e i pulsanti_ e_
(24) sul telecomando per la selezione del titolo.

El amplificador estéreo ZZONE200SA es adecuado para una amplia gama de aplicaciones,
p. en bares, salas de reuniones y oficinas. Proporciona conexiones para un micrófono y
dos fuentes de audio de nivel de línea (por ejemplo, mezclador, reproductor de CD/MP3)
y también cuenta con un reproductor de MP3 con puerto USB y ranura para tarjeta de
memoria, un receptor Bluetooth y una radio FM.
El amplificador está diseñado para su instalación en rack (482 mm /19”); sin embargo,
también se puede colocar sobre una mesa. Para garantizar una refrigeración suficiente
del amplificador, el aire siempre debe poder fluir libremente a través de todas las rejillas
de ventilación. Para la instalación en rack, el amplificador requiere 1 RS (1 espacio de rack
= 44,45 mm). La placa frontal no es suficiente para fijar el amplificador de forma segura;
también use rieles laterales o una placa inferior para asegurar el amplificador.
El aire caliente que suelta el amplificador debe ser disipado del rack; de lo contrario, calor
se acumularán en el bastidor, lo que no solo podría dañar el amplificador sino también
