EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
Warm-up and cooling phase
1. Warm up phase
This stage helps to get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working
properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a
few stretching exercises as shown below. Each stretch should be held for
approximately 30 seconds, do not force or jerk your muscles into a stretch - if it hurts,
STOP.
2. Exercise phase
This is the stage where you put the effort in. After regular use, the muscles in your legs
will become more flexible. Work to your butt it is very important to maintain a steady
tempo throughout.
3. Cool down phase
This stage is to let your cardio vascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat
of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes.
The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk
your muscles into the stretch. As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder. It
is advisable to train at least three times a week, and if possible space your workouts
evenly throughout the week.
Muscle toning
To tone muscle while on your cross trainer you will need to have the resistance set quite high.
This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long as you
would like. If you are also trying to improve your fitness you need to alter your training program.
You should train as normal during the warm up and cool down phases, but towards the end of
the exercise phase you should increase resistance making your legs work harder. You will have
to reduce your speed to keep your heart rate in the target zone.
Weight loss
The important factor here is the amount of effort you put in. The harder and longer you work the
more calories you will burn. Effectively this is the same as if you were training to improve your
fitness, the difference is the goal.
Forward bends:
Slowly bend forward with your knees bent, letting your
shoulders and back relax as you try to touch your toes.
Go down as far as you can and hold the position for 15
seconds.

shoulder lift:
Lift your right shoulder up, towards your ear and hold
the position for a moment. Then repeat the exercise
with your left shoulder
Neck lateral flexion stretch:
one side, then the other
Harmstring Stretch:
commence with knee slightly bent, then push knee
straight as tension allows, push chest towards foot.
Adductor stretch:
push down with elbows on knees very gently, keep
back straight
Lateral stretching:
Stretch your arms upwards. Now try to stretch your
right arm up as far as you can, feeling your right side
stretch. Hold this position for a moment. Then repeat
the exercise with your left arm.
Gastrocnemius stretch:
keep knee straight and heel down, feet facing forward

MAINTENANCE AND CARE
WARNING:
To prevent electrical shocks, make sure the treadmill is disconnected from the power outlet before
care.
Deck-Lubrication:
For maximum life the treadmill needs lubrication as part of a general maintenance. The
maintenance procedure prevents damage to the belt:
USE: LUBRICATION:
0.8 ~ 6 km/h every 6 months
0.8~ 8.8 km/h every 3 months
This indication is a recommended application for a single user exercising up to 20 - 30 minutes a
day and 3 to 4 times a week.
Cleaning
After each workout, wipe the sweat of the console and belt surface.
Please only wipe the parts with a slightly damp cloth. Good silicone lubrication will also
improve the performance of your treadmill.
Storage conditions:
Store only in a clean and dry environment.
Switch off the treadmill and remove the plug from the socket.
Transportation:
The treadmill has transportation wheels, that you can use to move your treadmill. Please take
care, that you remove the power cable from the socket, before you transport your treadmill.
Lubricate treadmill:
The treadmill runs 50 KM cumulatively(about 3 months), maintenance is needed. Put the
lubricating oil (about one third each time) squeezed into the silicone oil valve and then the
running belt will be automatically maintained.
Do not unplug the plug as this may result in personal injury or property damage.

Proper maintenance is the only way to keep your treadmill at its best. Wrong maintenance
can hurt or shorten the life of the treadmill.
Running belt adjustment
Adjusting the running belt has two functions:
Tightening adjustment and the running belt center position adjustment.
The running belt has been adjusted at the factory. However, after use, the running belt will be
stretched, or deviation from the center plate causes damage to the running belt trim strip and
the rear cover by friction.
It is normal for the running belt to be stretched during use. When the running belt is slippery
or not smooth during use, you can improve it by adjusting the tightness of the belt.

How to adjust the running belt?
1) Adjusting the screw on the left side of the belt by Allen Key, turning 1/4 times clockwise to
adjust the rear roller to tight the belt .
2) Repeat step 1 to adjust the right screw. it must be confirmed that the left and the right screw
adjusting at the same distance so that the rear roller can be paralleled to the treadmill frame.
3) Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the running belt does not slip.
4) Note:The running belt can‘t be adjusted too tightly, which will break the running belt and
increase the pressure of the front and rear rollers, causing problems such as roller bearing
damage and abnormal noise. If you want to reduce the tension of the running belt, turn the wrench
counterclockwise. Note that the left and right sides are rotated at the same distance.
Do not use sandpaper or solvents to clean the treadmill. The controller part of
the treadmill should not be exposed directly to the sun or moisture to avoid
damage. Please check and tight all part accessories of the treadmill frequently.
Damaged parts must be replaced immediately.
