6.Daily maintenance
1. Adjust running belt
1.1 Adjusting the running has two functions: elastic adjustment and adjusting the
center position of the running belt. The running belt has been adjusted at the factory,
but after use, the running belt will be stretched and will deviate from the center
position plate causing the running belt to rub the decorative strip and The rear cover is
damaged, and it is normal for the running belt to be stretched during use. If the
running belt slips or is not smooth when you use the treadmill, you can adjust the
tightness of the running belt to improve it.
1.2 How to adjust the running belt?
1 Insert a 5mm Allen wrench into the adjustment screw on the left side of the walking
belt, and turn the wrench 1/4 turn clockwise to adjust the rear roller to tighten the
running belt
2 Repeat step 1 to adjust the right screw. Make sure that the adjustment screw
rotates the same distance, so that the rear roller will be adjusted parallel to the frame
) 。
3 Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the running belt does not slip
)
4 Note that the running belt cannot be adjusted too tightly, as this will damage the
running belt, increase the pressure of the front/rear rollers, cause damage to the roller
bearings, etc., produce abnormal sound or other problems, if you want to reduce the
tension of the running belt, please reverse Turn the wrench with the hour hand, and
Important reminder
.Do not use sandpaper and solvents to clean the treadmill.
.The controller part of the treadmill should not be directly exposed to sunlight or moisture to
avoid damage.
.Always check and lock all parts of the treadmill. Damaged parts must be replaced
immediately.
.The running belt is the most vulnerable part of the operation. Please replace it in time when
the operation wear is severe.

the left and right sides of the breath must rotate the same.
2.Adjust the running belt to the middle
2.1When you use a treadmill, due to the different forces used by the two feet when
running, the pressure on the running belt is unbalanced, causing the running belt to
deviate from the center. This deviation is normal when no one is running. When the
running belt runs up, it will return to the center. If it cannot return to the center, you
need to adjust the running belt back to the center.
2.2.How to adjust the running belt to the middle?
) 。
1 Run the treadmill without load and adjust the speed to 6KM/H
) 。
2 Observe the distance from the running belt to the left and right side bars
If deviating to the left, use an Allen wrench and turn the left screw 1/4 turn clockwise;
If deviating to the right, use an Allen wrench and turn the right screw 1/4 turn
clockwise;
If the walking belt is still not in the middle, repeat the above movements until it is
adjusted to the middle
3 After adjusting the running belt to the middle, adjust the speed to 1KM/H and
observe the deviation of the running belt and the smooth running situation. If there is a
deviation, repeat the running steps
4 Warning! Do not over tighten the drum! This will cause permanent bearing damage!
If the above steps do not work, you need to tighten the running belt again.

7.warm-up stretching
1. Points to note before exercise:
1.1 A successful exercise plan must include warm-up, aerobic and soothing exercises;
the number of exercises should be at least two to three times a week, exercise one
day off, and after a few months, you can increase the number of exercises to one
Thursday to five days .
1.2 Warm-up before exercise is a very important part of your fitness exercise. Warm
up before every exercise. Moderate warm-up can prepare your body for the next more
intense exercise, because warm-up can help muscles warm and stretch. Improve
blood circulation and pulse, and send more oxygen into the muscles.
1.3 The importance of stretching after exercise. Without stretching, muscle tension
and elasticity will decrease, local pressure will increase, local inflammatory factors
and metabolic waste will not be discharged in time, and fatigue recovery will slow
down. The body will always carry fatigue for the next training , This will easily cause
fatigue accumulation and cause pain.
2. Warm up before exercise:
2.1 Upright steps:
This action will make you feel stretched, with your back straight
at the beginning, with your arms on both sides of the body.
Step forward, lift the left and right knees in turn,
lift your arms upwards, take 20 steps
forward each time, and rest for 1 minute.
2.2 Dive forward and bend your elbows enough to your instep:
The left foot stepped forward with a single lunge, in the shape of

a large lunge, while keeping the right knee off the ground,
the right hand touched the ground, and the left elbow
moved to the left instep. Move your left hand
out of your left foot and touch the hips with both hands
on the ground. Then the right foot stepped forward to get up.
Do this 10 times for each leg.
2.3 Hip span:
Lie flat, with your knees bent, your feet on the ground,
your arms flat on both sides. Rotate to the left,
keeping your legs bent until the left knee
touches the ground, and then rotate to the right
until the right knee touches the ground.
Repeat 10 times on each side.
2.4 Stretch:
This action can stretch the torso and back muscles,
lying on the left side of the body, legs together,
knees bent at a 90-degree angle.Put a towel between
your knees and stretch your arms flat. Then,
keeping your knees and buttocks still,
rotate your torso and right arm
backwards and try to make your right shoulder touch
the ground.Exhale for 2 seconds, then return to
the initial position. Do 10 times on each side.

2.5 Walking with both hands:
Straighten your legs, bend over, and lay your hands flat on the floor.
Tuck your belly and move your hands forward. At this time,
the legs still can't be flexed, both hands are on the ground,
and some steps forward with the feet (knees can't be bent).
Do this for 1 minute. This exercise will exercise the
hamstrings, lower back, buttocks and calf muscles.
3. Stretching after exercise:
3.1 Scapular extension:
This is a simple and effective stretching exercise,
especially to stretch the muscles around the
shoulder joint. Practice: stand with your feet the
same width as your hips, bend your knees slightly,
move your left hand over your body, bend your
elbows slightly, and fix your right hand to your
left elbow Position, then lean your left arm towards
your body until you feel the muscles of your shoulders tighten, and then
repeat the same movements.
3.2 Triceps extension:
Action points: Bend the left arm behind the head, hold the left elbow
with the right palm, apply slight pressure, pull the left elbow to the right
as much as possible, and feel the stretch of the triceps behind the left arm.

3.3 Chest extension:
This action is mainly to stretch the muscles on the upper edge
of the chest, which can relax the muscles and increase softness.
Practice: Stand next to a stable upright support. After placing
one hand on the support, keep the upper arm and shoulder on
the same plane. Slowly push the body forward until the chest muscles feel stretched.
3.4 Calf extension:
How to do it: Take a stance about a big step in front of the wall,
push the wall with your hands, and stand with your fee
t as wide as your hips. Put the left leg forward in a knee-flexed
posture, and keep the left knee directly above the foot, without
tilting it to the side. Feeling that the right calf muscles are pulled,
the left calf is stretched by changing sides.
3.5 quadriceps stretch
Action essentials: The foot is indeed standing firm, hook the
other foot back. With the same hand, gently support the ankle,
slowly clamp the calf close to the thigh, gently touch the hip,
and change the foot to stretch after about 10 seconds. During
the process, the upper body is straightened, and the lower limb
is bent gently to avoid the knee from being stretched too violently.
3.6 Back muscle stretching
Action essentials: Feet close together, stand one meter

sh
according to the support surface, hip joint and shoulder
height, arms stretched over the head. Keep your arms
and legs straight, bend your hips, flatten your back, and
grasp the support surface with both hands. Exhale and pu
down on the support surface to form a back arch. Hold for 10 seconds and do 4 set.
