8. Heart rate control program:
1. Run at the lowest speed after startup
2. The first 1 minute is a warm-up exercise, you can manually adjust the speed and lift
3. After warming up, calculate the heart rate difference (target heart rate-user's heart rate)
as follows:
A. (Target heart rate-user's heart rate)>0, the speed increases by 0.5KM/H.
B. (Target heart rate-user's heart rate) <0, the speed will be reduced by 0.5KM/H, and will
not drop after reaching the lowest speed.
4. Repeat step 3 every 10 seconds
5. When there is no heart rate for more than 30 seconds, the speed will be reduced by
0.5KMH, and will not drop after reaching the lowest speed; repeat this step every 10
seconds until the lowest speed.
6. When two HRCs are used, the highest speed is 10.0, 12.0KMH
7. Age adjustment range: 15-80, default 30.

In the standby state, continuously press the "Program" button to enter the
human body mass index (FAT) detection function, press the "Mode" button to
enter the F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4, F-5 interface (F -1--Gender, F-2—Age, F-3—Height,
F-4—Weight, F-5-Physique Test), press the "speed+" and "speed-" keys to
adjust the parameters of 01-04 Set up (parameters as shown in the table below),
and then press the "mode" key to enter the F-5 physical fitness testing interface
after setting. At this time, hold the heart rate board with both hands for 5-6
seconds and then your body mass index will be displayed, and you can check
your weight Is it commensurate with height? Body Mass Index (FAT) is a
measure of the relationship between a person's height and weight, not body
proportions. FAT is suitable for any male and female, and together with other
health indicators, it provides a basis for people to adjust their weight. The ideal
FAT should be between 20-24. If it is less than 19, it means too thin, if it is
between 25 and 29, it is overweight, and if it exceeds 30, it is considered obese.
