2.Safety Instructions
1.When you start training with this product, please consider your physical condition,
training properly and regularly to ensure that you have enough physical strength to
train. Wrong or excessive training will not help your health.
2.This product is not suitable for children. Physical discomfort or mental deficiency or
lack of common sense users are prohibited. Unless they are supervised or guided by
the person who responsible for their safety. Children need to be used under the
guardianship of adults and make sure that they will not play with equipment at
random.
3.This product is suitable for home use , not suitable for professional training and
testing, nor for medical purposes.
This product considers many safety issues in the design and manufacture, but to prevent
safety matters, please follow the instructions below, we will not bear any consequences
caused by abnormal operation.
In order to ensure your safety and avoid accidents, please read the instruction manual
carefully before use.

4.If the power line is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified
service person in order to avoid danger.
5.Please check all parts before use. And make sure the screws and nuts are tighten.
6.When running on a treadmill, wear comfortable tight clothes to avoid clothes being
caught by the machines. Do not let children or pets play around the treadmill to avoid
accidents.
7.Place the treadmill on a smooth, clean, level surface. Make sure there are no sharp
objects nearby. Please do not use it near water and heat sources.
8.When the product is not used for a long time, please place the product properly,
store and store it, pay attention to sunscreen, moisture and safe placement.
9.When the treadmill is running, it is for one person only.
10.If the product has a heart rate display, the heart rate is displayed as a simulated
parameter for reference only and cannot be used as clinical medical data.
11. The safety lock is an emergency stop device, which acts as an emergency stop
when an emergency occurs when using the product.
When the treadmill is not in use, please place the safety lock to prevent children and
people who are not suitable for using the treadmill from causing danger. .
12. When an emergency situation such as wrong speed or too fast occurs when
using the treadmill, you should quickly pull down the rope connected to the safety
lock of the machine, hold the handrail and jump off the running belt, step on the left
and right of the treadmill Above the side strip.
13. Before using the treadmill, please ensure a safe distance of 2000mmx1000mm
behind the equipment.
14. Please use the original accessories provided by the manufacturer, and it is

Special Notice:
1.Place the treadmill in a place where the plug can be plugged into the socket.
2.Plug the power line directly into the socket and do not allow looseness.
3.Please use qualified socket to avoid the danger.
4.If the plug and socket are not compatible, please do not change the plug and ask
the electrician to handle it.
5.Please use a power supply with a voltage of 220-240V.
6.Please do not let the power cord touch the running belt roller, do not put the power
supply on the running belt, do not use the
damaged plug.
7.Unplug the plug from the socket before cleaning and maintenance.
8.WARNING: if the plug is not pulled out, it may lead to personal injury and
equipment damage.
9.Please check each part carefully before use.
10.Please do not use this product outdoors, in high humidity and in the sun.

Single function installation instructions
1) Lift the treadmill out of the packing box (Figure 1), then lift the instrument and
the column (Figure 2), and fix the M8*40 screws and M8*15 screws on both sides of
the left and right columns (Figure 2) .

2. Fold up the meter (figure 3), fix the meter on the column with M8*15 screws,
tighten all the screws installed with an Allen wrench, and fix the left and right side
covers on the column with 4.2*16 screws , The assembly is complete (Figure 4).

Basic operating instructions
When use the treadmill, you must use a power socket with grounding wires
for your safety
1)Place the treadmill on the horizontal open ground.
2)Plug in the power, turn on the switch, the power switch indicator lights on, and the
buzzer will sound once.
3)Check if there is any abnormal data on the screen. Stand on the anti-skid board
before clicking start button to prevent accidental falls.
4)Attach the safety lock to the safety lock position on the panel, clip the safety clip on
your clothes,and then enter the manual normal mode.
2.Screen
operating instructions

Start/Stop key: the treadmill can be start or stop at any time by move the but
ton up or down with the power on and the safety lock engaged If it is started
in the manual mode, the treadmill starts at the lowest speed.
Speed +/-:Increase or decrease the speed of treadmill by move the button up or
down.
Precautions
◎
IMPORTANT! To ensure the normal use of the device, please do
not download APP or update APP in the system.
◎ Please cleanup operation on the device periodically.
◎ Please try not to use third-party apps. When exiting a third-party app,
please use the return key firstly.
◎ WIFI restrictions, this product can not link WIFI that requires WIFI
webpage verification.
◆ Operation during exercise:
◎ Treadmill will decelerate to stop running after press the “stop”button
during exercise.
◎ Treadmill will display heart pulse data in about 5 seconds after the a
thlete holds the handle pulse with both hands.
◎ The key of exercise to athletes is to do relaxation exercise before ru
nning and slow stop after the exercise.
◎ Usually, the athlete walks slowly for 5 minutes and then fast walk or
running, and finally runs slowly for 5 minutes before stop.
Explanation: When start to running, set the speed slowly and walk for 5
minutes. This is roughly equivalent to the state of walking, and then gr
adually increase the speed of the treadmill. When the speed increases t
o "5" or "6", you are walking or jogging. Based on this state, the body
has been basically adapted, you can maintain or increase the speed an
d slope according to your own needs, then officially run for about 20 m
inutes, and finally set to a slower speed, slow down for 5 minutes as a

relaxation, let The body gradually adapts during exercise. This takes a
bout 30 minutes at a time.
Usually about 30 minutes of exercise has a better exercise effect, for o
rdinary exercisers, each run time should not exceed 60 minutes,too long
exercise time may cause excessive fatigue.
Heart rate monitoring while running
Please don't get down from the treadmill immediately after running. Wh
en running, the body's blood is mainly concentrated in the lower limbs.
The rhythmic contraction of the muscles can help the blood of the lowe
r limbs to return to the heart. However, if you stop immediately after ru
nning, the effect of this squeeze suddenly disappears, and the speed of
blood returning to the heart slows down, which may cause in-sufficient
blood supply o the brain. In serious situation,it may also cause shock s
ymptoms.
Treadmill has a heart rate monitoring function:
You can assess whether to stop running by measuring the heart rate.
Hold the hand pulse with both hands and display the heart pulse data i
n about 5 seconds. The treadmill will automatically calculate the heart p
ulse of your exercise. Generally, the heart pulse rate drops below 120,
and it is basically OK.
