• Arbeiten Sie mit dem Gerät nie mit nassen Händen und in sehr feuchten Räumen.

in den staubigen Räumen.

BESTIMMUNG DES GERÄTS
Der Ozon-Desinfektor „4CR“ ist zur Reinigung und Desinfektion der Luft, der Oberächen
und der Teile der Autos, Kastenwagen, Transporter und der Räume mit einem Volumen von
50m3vor unangenehmen Gerüchen, Viren, Bakterien, Schimmel, Pilzen, Allergenen durch die
Ozongeneration und die nachfolgende beschleunigte Umwandlung von Ozon in Sauersto
bestimmt.
Der Ozon-Desinfektor „4CR“ ist ein vollautomatisches Gerät. Zur Ausführung der Arbeiten
hat der Bediener eines von drei angebotenen Programmen auszuwählen und auf die Taste
START (10) zu drücken, um das Programm zu starten und den Raum zu behandeln. Der Ozon-
Desinfektor„4CR“ erzeugt eine notwendige Menge Ozon zur Behandlung des Raums mittels
Koronaentladung.
Bei einer Raumtemperatur von über 38°С kann kein Ozon erzeugt werden. In diesem Fall ist
die Temperatur vor der Ozonbehandlung mit einer Klimaanlage zu senken.

Nach der Ozonbehandlung schaltet das Gerät in den Modus der Umwandlung von Restozon
in Sauersto durch die UV-Bestrahlung der Luft auf einer bestimmten Wellenlänge um.
Die rote Anzeige (11) signalisiert, dass Ozon erzeugt wird oder die UV-Lampe eingeschaltet ist.
Solange die rote Anzeige (11) eingeschaltet ist, darf sich niemand im Raum mit dem Gerät
aufhalten.
INFORMATIONEN ÜBER OZON
Ozon – О3– ist eine dreiatomige allotrope Modikation des Sauerstos. Es hat ein Eigenaroma
(Gewitter). Ozon ist das beste Desinfektionsmittel zur Beseitigung von Keimen, Bakterien
und Viren. Sein hohes Oxydationsvermögen macht es ezienter (nach Fluor, das toxisch ist)
und stärker als herkömmliche Reinigungsmittel. Ozon ndet eine breite Anwendung zur
Entkeimung der medizinischen Erzeugnisse, zur Desinfektion der Räume und der Kleidung,
zur Wasser- und Luftreinigung vor den Mikroorganismen.
Vorteile der Ozonierung
Ozon vernichtet alle bekannten Mikroorganismen: Viren, Bakterien, Pilze, Algen,
ihreSporen,BalgeEinzeller usw.
Es gibt keine Formen der Keime, die gegen Ozon beständig sind.
Ozon vernichtet bekannte Mikroorganismen ums 300-Fache – 3000-Fache schneller als alle
anderen bekannten Desinfektoren.
Ozon wirkt sehr schnell, innerhalb von Sekunden.
Ozon hat ein maximales Durchdringungsvermögen.
Restozon verwandelt sich schnell in Sauersto.
Die einzige Methode, die Gerüche ein für alle Mal zu beseitigen, ist die Desinfektion des
Innenraums mit Ozon.
HANDHABUNG VOM GERÄT
1. Schließen Sie das Stromkabel an die Steckstelle (2).
2. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Steckdose mit einem automatischen Schalter geschützt ist
und eine zuverlässige unabhängige Erdung hat. Verbinden Sie den Stecker des Stromkabels
mit der Steckdose.
3. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem Schalter (1) ein.
4. Nach dem Einschalten diagnostiziert das Gerät die Einheiten und bereitet sie auf die Arbeit
vor.
5. Das Display (6) informiert konsequent über den Namen des Geräts, seine Seriennummer, die
Zahl der Zyklen und die Gesamtbetriebsdauer.
6. Nach Ablauf der inneren Diagnostik schlägt das Display (6) vor, das Behandlungsprogramm
zu wählen.
7. Das Gerät hat drei vorinstallierte Behandlungsprogramme. Je nach dem Volumen des zu
behandelnden Raums ist das vorgeschlagene Programm durch Drücken auf die Tasten (7, 8, 9)
zu wählen. Gehen Sie dabei von folgenden Regeln aus:
• Das Programm„CAR“: Autos und Räume mit einem Volumen von bis 10 m3.

• Das Programm„VAN“: große Geländewagen und Räume mit einem Volumen von bis 25m3.
• Das Programm„TRAILER“: große Kastenwagen, Minibusse,Transporter und Räume mit einem
Volumen von bis 50m3.
8. Drücken Sie danach auf die Taste START (10). Das Gerät beginnt, Ozon zu erzeugen, wovon
die brennende rote Anzeige (11) signalisiert. Das Display zeigt das gewählte Programm und
die Abwärtszählung der Behandlungszeit.
9. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem Schalter (1) nach Ablauf des Programms aus.
Infolge eines hohen Durchdringungsvermögens von Ozon spielt die Lage des Geräts im Raum
keine wesentliche Rolle. Trotzdem ist das Gerät so konstruiert, dass es am besten ist, das Gerät
auf den Beifahrersitz zu stellen, wobei die Lüfter (5) aufs Instrumentenbrett des Fahrzeugs
gerichtet sind.
Wenn das Lüftungssystem des Fahrzeugs mit einem Kohlenlter ausgestattet ist, muss
er vor der Ozonbehandlung des Fahrzeugs entfernt werden, weil Kohle des Filters die
Ozonkonzentration reduziert und dadurch die Ezienz der Behandlung beeinträchtigt.
Steigen Sie nicht ins Fahrzeug oder betreten Sie nicht den Raum, wenn das Gerät läuft und
die rote Anzeige (11) brennt. Falls möglich, lüften Sie das Fahrzeug und den Raum vor der
Nutzung.

die Reizung der Nase und der Kehle, auch Schwindel und Kopfschmerzen verursachen.
Gehen Sie mit dem Ozon-Desinfektor„4CR“ pegend um. Vermeiden Sie Abstürzen und starke
Schläge. Das kann die inneren Baugruppen des Geräts beschädigen. Lagern Sie das Gerät
immer in senkrechter Lage auf 4 Füße gestützt.
Nutzen Sie das Gerät nur in einem Temperaturbereich von +4°С bis +38 °С und bei einer
relativen Luftfeuchte von höchstens 90 %.

SICHERHEIT
Die höchst zulässige Konzentration von Ozon beim günstigen Aufenthalt des Menschen in
der Atmosphäre mit Ozon beträgt 0,03 mg/m3(durchschnittlich pro Tag) oder 0,015 ppm.
Beim Aufenthalt im Arbeitsraum (Achtstundenarbeitstag) beträgt die höchst zulässige
Konzentration 0,1 mg/m3oder 0,05 ppm. Beim kurzzeitigen Einatmen beträgt die höchst
zulässige Konzentration 0,16–0,2mg/m3oder 0,08–0,1 ppm. Die höheren Konzentrationen
können die Reizung der Atemwege, Schwindel, Übelkeit und Müdigkeit verursachen.
Es wird nicht empfohlen, sich im Raum aufzuhalten, wenn ein scharfer Ozongeruch spürbar
ist. Der Aufenthalt im Raum mit einer hohen Ozonkonzentration kann die Gesundheit des

Menschen gefährden.
Wenn Ozon Kopfschmerzen oder Luftnot verursacht hat, muss man sofort an die frische Luft
gehen. Bei längerer Exposition ist medizinische Hilfe sofort aufzusuchen.
WARTUNG DES GERÄTS
Im Betrieb erfordert das Gerät keine Wartung.
Die Reparaturen, der Austausch der Teile des Geräts und die Wartung dürfen nur von
qualizierten Fachkräften durchgeführt werden, die vom Hersteller des Geräts autorisiert
worden sind.
Der Ozon-Desinfektor „4CR“ hat ein eingebautes Verschleißkontrollsystem. Wenn die
Grenzwerte erreicht werden, sendet das Gerät ein Signal, dass die Wartung des Geräts
notwendig ist. Die blinkende Zahl der Betriebszyklen (während des Netzeinschaltungstestes)
und die blinkende Anzeige (11) nach dem Drücken der Taste START (11) senden ein Signal, das
die Wartung des Geräts notwendig ist.
Im Fall der oben beschriebenen Signale wird es nicht empfohlen, das Gerät ohne Wartung zu
nutzen, weil der Wirkungsgrad des Geräts dabei sinkt. Das kann auch ein Versagen des Geräts
verursachen.
Nach der Wartung werden Warnsignale deaktiviert.
GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Die Garantiefrist für den Ozon-Desinfektor„4CR“ beträgt ein Jahr ab der Übergabe des Geräts
an den Käufer gemäß Liefervertrag. Während dieser Zeit hat der Besitzer das Recht auf die
kostenlose Reparatur des Geräts infolge der Defekte, die durch Herstellungsfehler entstanden
sind.
Die Garantiereparaturen dürfen nur von Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden, das vom
Hersteller des Geräts geschult und autorisiert wurde.
Während der Garantiefrist wird der Ozon-Desinfektor „4CR“ unter Einhaltung von folgenden
Bedingungen kostenlos repariert:
• Betrieb, Lagerung undTransport des Geräts gemäß der vorliegenden Bedienungsanweisung;
• Fehlende mechanische Beschädigungen;
• Betrieb des Geräts von geschulten qualizierten Mitarbeitern gemäß der vorliegenden
Bedienungsanweisung;
• Lieferung des fehlerhaften Geräts ans autorisierte Service-Zentrum;
Das Recht auf die kostenlose Reparatur während der Garantiefrist erlischt in folgenden Fällen:
• Mechanische Beschädigungen des Geräts infolge von Naturkatastrophen, hineingeratenen
Gegenständen, Tieren, Insekten und Flüssigkeiten;
• Zerlegung des Geräts durch unautorisierte Personen oder Organisationen;
• Nicht zweckgemäßer Gebrauch des Geräts;
• Gebrauch von nicht originalen Teilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien;
• Vornahme der Änderungen an der Konstruktion des Geräts, die vom Hersteller nicht
reglementiert sind;

• Betrieb des Geräts mit den Störungen, die festgelegt und nicht beseitigt wurden;
• Versagen infolgedernichtangemessenenWartungund der Reparatur durch nicht autorisierte
Personen oder Organisationen;
• Versagen des Geräts infolge des natürlichen Verschleißes der Baugruppen des Geräts;
• Andere Gründe außer Kontrolle des Verkäufers oder des Herstellers, zum Beispiel:
Versorgungsspannungsabfälle;
• Andere Fälle, die im Liefervertrag vorgesehen sind.
• Auf die Liste der Arbeiten, die während der Garantiefrist kostenlos durchgeführt werden,
kommen folgende Leistungen nicht:
• Einstellung und Reinigung des Geräts, Austausch von Verbrauchsmaterialien und andere
Wartungsarbeiten, die in der Bedienungsanweisung erwähnt werden;
• Besuch des Fachmanns am Ort, wo das Gerät betrieben wird. Die Lieferung des Geräts ans
Service-Zentrum (gegebenenfalls) und die Absendung der Ersatzteile erfolgen durch den
Käufer und auf seine Kosten.
Die Gewährleistung des Lieferanten beinhaltet nicht den Ersatz des Schadens, den der
Käufer im Zusammenhang mit der Einstellung der Produktion, dem entgangenen Gewinn,
den erhöhten oder umsonst reservierten Betriebskosten erlitten hat. Diese Einschränkung
bezieht sich auf Verluste und Schäden im folgenden Zusammenhang: die Kapazität des Geräts
ist beschränkt oder es ist unmöglich, das Gerät oder die daran angeschlossenen Erzeugnisse
infolge der entstandenen Defekte oder des Aufenthalts des Geräts beim Verkäufer zu
betreiben, was die Arbeitsunterbrechung, den Zeitverlust oder die Unterbrechung der
Wirtschaftstätigkeit verursacht hat.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read this instruction manual carefully before you start using 4CR Ozone Sanitizer.
• Use 4CR Ozone Sanitizer in strict accordance with the instructions described in this operation
manual.
• Ensure that the power outlet is protected by an automatic circuit breaker and has a reliable,
independent ground connection.
• To prevent the risk of electric shock, always turn the power switch (1) to the o position
before using the device, as well as at the end of the work.
• Do not use 4CR Ozone Sanitizer if the air temperature in a room to be treated is above 38 °C
or humidity is above 90 %.
• It is forbidden for anyone to be in the room where 4CR Ozone Sanitizer is working,
because ozone concentration can exceed the maximum permissible level and exert a
negative impact on human health.
• Avoid eye contact with the UV radiation produced by the device as it can burn your eyes.
• Avoid ingress of any objects into the vents of the device.
• Do not store or use the device outdoors. The device is intended for indoor use only.
• Do not block any ventilation openings while the unit is operating as this may cause damage
to the device.
• Store 4CR Ozone Sanitizer in a dry, dust free place.
• Never disassemble 4CR Ozone Sanitizer.
• Never operate the device with wet hands, as well as in high humidity and damp conditions.
• Never use 4CR Ozone Sanitizer near ammable liquids and in a dusty environment.
• 4CR Ozone disinfector is meant for professional use only.
PURPOSE
4CR Ozone Sanitizer is designed to clean and disinfect air, surfaces and parts of cars, vans, trucks
and trailers, as well as premises up to 50 m3 from unpleasant odors, viruses, bacteria, mold,
fungi, allergens through the generation of ozone and subsequent accelerated decomposition
of ozone into oxygen.
4CR Ozone Sanitizer - fully automatic device. The operator only needs to select one of the
three programs and press the START (10) button to start the program and begin the processing
of the room. 4CR Ozone Sanitizer uses a corona discharge device to produce the amount of
ozone needed to treat the room.
When the air temperature in the room to be treated is above 38°C, ozone generation is
not physically possible. In this case, before ozone treatment, it is necessary to lower the
temperature by turning on the air conditioner.
After the ozone treatment is completed, the device automatically switches to the mode of
converting residual ozone into oxygen by exposing the air with UV radiation of a certain
wavelength.
The red indicator (11) indicates that ozone is being produced, or a UV lamp is on.

ABOUT OZONE
Ozone - О3, triatomic allotropic modication of oxygen. It has a characteristic smell (after
storm air). Ozone is the best disinfectant among all widely used means in the world for
removal of germs, bacteria and viruses. Its high oxidizing ability makes it the most eective
(after uorine, which is toxic) and stronger than traditional cleaning agents. Ozone is widely
used for sterilization of medical items, for disinfecting premises and clothing, for purifying
water and air of microorganisms.

Advantages of ozonation:
• Ozone destroys all known microorganisms: viruses, bacteria, fungi, algae, their spores,
protozoa cysts, etc.
• There are no ozone-resistant forms of microbes.

OPERATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the power cable to the connector (2).
2. Connect the power cable to an electrical outlet, making sure that this outlet is protected by
a circuit breaker and has a reliable independent grounding.
3. Turn on the device using the power switch (1).
4. After the power is turned on, the device performs self-diagnostics and preparation for work.
5. The display (6) sequentially informs about the device name, its serial number, as well as the
number of cycles performed and the total operating time.
6. After the end of the internal diagnostics, the display (6) will oer to select a treatment
program.
7. The device has three treatment programs. Depending on the volume of the room being
processed, it is necessary to choose one of the proposed programs by pressing the buttons
(7, 8, 9):
• CAR program - cars and rooms up to 10 m3.
• VAN program - large SUVs, vans and rooms up to 25 m3.
• TRAILER program - large vans, minibuses, trailers and rooms up to 50 m3.
8. Then press START button (10). The device begins to produce ozone, as indicated by a
glowing red indicator (11).The display shows the selected program and the countdown of the
treatment time.
9. Turn o the device using the power switch (1) after the treatment program is completed.

Due to the fact that ozone has a high penetrating ability, the method of positioning the device
in the space of the room to be treated is not signicant. However, the device is designed in
such a way that the best way to place it in a car is in the front passenger seat with the fans (5)
oriented towards the car dashboard.
If the ventilation system of the vehicle is equipped with a carbon lter, then it is necessary to
remove this lter before ozone treatment, as the lter coal will lower the ozone concentration
and thereby reduce the treatment eciency.
Never come into the treated vehicle or room during operation of the device, when the red
indicator is on (11) and, if possible, ventilate the vehicle or room before using again.
Attention! Inhalation of air with an obvious smell of ozone for a long time can cause
irritation of nose and throat, as well as cause dizziness and headache.
Handle 4CR Ozone Sanitizer with care. Do not allow the device to fall and protect it from
impacts as it may damage the internal components of the device. Keep the device always
upright resting on its 4 legs.
Use the device only indoors at the temperature from +4 °С to + 38 °С and relative air humidity
not more than 90 %.

SAFETY NOTES
MPC (maximum permissible concentration) for a person with twenty-four-hour safe presence
in the atmosphere with the addition of ozone is equal to 0.03 mg/m3(daily average), or 0.015
ppm. MPC value people in the working area (8-hour working day) is 0.1 mg/m3or 0.05ppm.
MPC value for short-term inhalation is 0.16 - 0.2 mg/m3or 0.08-0.1ppm. The concentrations
above may cause irritation of the respiratory tract, dizziness, nausea, fatigue.
It is not recommended to be in the room when there is clearly a strong smell of ozone. Being
in a room with a high concentration of ozone can be harmful to human health.
If ozone caused a headache or dicult breathing, one must immediately go out into the fresh
unpolluted air. In case of severe exposure one should immediately seek medical attention.
MAINTENANCE
The device does not require any specic maintenance.
Repair and replacement of any parts of the device, as well as its maintenance, should be
carried out only by the trained technical personnel authorized by the device manufacturer.

4CR Ozone Sanitizer has a built-in wear monitoring system, and when limit values are reached,
the device will signal to the user that the device needs maintenance.The need for maintenance
is shown to the user by ashing number of working cycles performed (during the device self-
diagnostics after turning on), and also by the red indicator (11) ashing after pressing the start
button (10).
In the case the above indication presents, the use of the device without maintenance is not
recommended, since at the same time, the eciency of the treatment decreases, and it may
cause damage to the device.
The warning deactivates after maintenance.
WARRANTY
The warranty period for 4CR Ozone Sanitizer is 1 year from the moment the device is delivered
to the buyer in accordance with the terms of the supply agreement, during which the owner
of the device is entitled to free repair of the device due to malfunctions resulting from
manufacturing defects.
Warranty repair is carried out only by the technical personnel trained and authorized by the
device manufacturer.
Free repair of 4CR Ozone Sanitizer during the warranty period is performed upon the following
conditions:
• operation, storage and transportation of the device were performed in accordance with the
requirements of the instruction manual;
• there are no mechanical damages;
• operation of the device was performed by specially trained, qualied personnel and in
accordance with the requirements of the present instruction manual;
• the faulty device was delivired to an authorized service center.
The right to free repair during the warranty period is lost in the following cases:
• the device is mechanically damaged due to natural disasters, internal contamination by
foreign objects and liquids, behavior of animals and insects;
• disassembly of the device by unauthorized persons or companies;
• misuse of the device;
• use of non-original spare parts and consumables;
• Modication of the device not regulated by the manufacturer;
• conscious operation of the faulty device;
• occurrence of defects caused by inadequate maintenance, as well as repairs by unauthorized
persons or companies;
• device malfunction due to natural wear of the device components;
• other reasons beyond the control of the seller or manufacturer, for example: power supply
voltage drops;
• other cases stipulated in a device supply contract.
The list of free works performed during the warranty period does not include:

• cleaning and adjustment of the device, replacing consumables and other maintenance
activities, specied in the instruction manual;
• specialist travel to the place of use of the device. Delivery of the device to the service center
(if necessary) and shipment of spare parts is made by and at the expense of the buyer.
The supplier’s warranty obligations do not include compensation for any losses incurred
by the purchaser in connection with production interruption, lost prots, overestimated or
vainly reserved production costs. This restriction applies to losses and damages related to the
following: limited performance or inability to operate the device or related products due to
defects, or device staying with the seller, leading to interruption in work, loss of user time or
interruption in economic activity.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTES
• Lea con atención esta instrucción de explotación antes de empezar a usar 4CR Desinfectante
con ozono.
• El empleo de 4CR Desinfectante con ozono debe realizarse en conformidad estricta con las
disposiciones descritas en esta instrucción de explotación.
• Asegúrese de que el tomacorriente de alimentación esté protegido con un interruptor
automático y tenga una puesta a tierra independiente y segura.
• Para prevenir el riesgo de choque eléctrico siempre traslade el interruptor de alimentación
(1) a la posición de“apagado“ antes de usar el dispositivo y al terminar los trabajos ejecutados.
• No use 4CR Desinfectante con ozono con la temperatura de aire en el local tratado mayor a
38 °C, así como con la humedad mayor al 90 %.
• Se prohíbe estar presente en el local donde funciona 4CR Desinfenctante con ozono, ya
que la concentración de ozono puede superar el nivel máximo admisible y puede ejercer
un impacto negativo al individuo.
• Evite el impacto de la radiación UV producida por el dispositivo a los ojos, ya que esto puede
quemar sus ojos.
• Evite la entrada de cualesquiera objetos en los agujeros de ventilación del dispositivo.
• No almacene y no use el dispositivo en el exterior. El dispositivo está diseñado sólo para el
uso interior.
• No cierre los agujeros de ventilación con nada durante el funcionamiento del dispositivo.
Esto puede causar el daño del dispositivo.
• Almacene 4CR Desinfectante con ozono en un lugar seco no empolvado.
• Nunca desensamble 4CR Desinfectante con ozono.
• Nunca trabaje con el desinfectante con manos húmedas ni en condiciones de alga aguosidad
y humedad.
• Nunca emplee 4CR Desinfectante con ozono cerca de líquidos fácilmente inamables y en el
entorno empolvado.
• 4CR Desinfectante con ozono está diseñado sólo para uso profesional.
DESTINO DEL DISPOSITIVO
4CR Desinfectante con ozono está diseñado para limpiar y desinfectar el aire, las supercies y
partes de automóviles, camionetas, trailers y locales menores a 50 m3de olores desagradables,
virus, bacterias, mohos, hongos, alérgenos por generación del gas de ozono y conversión
acelerada posterior del ozono en el oxígeno.
4CR Desinfectante con ozono es un dispositivo completamente automático. Para realizar los
trabajos el operador no debe hacer más que elegir uno de los tres programas ofrecidos y
pulsar el botón START (10) para arrancar el programa y empezar el proceso de tratamiento del
local. 4CR Desinfectante con ozono produce la cantidad de ozono necesaria para tratar el local
usando el cargador de corona.
Con la temperatura de aire en el local tratado mayor a 38 °С la producción de ozono es
físicamente imposible. En este caso antes del tratamiento con ozono es necesario bajar la

temperatura encendiendo un acondicionador.
Después de terminar el tratamiento con ozono el dispositivo se permutará de manera
automática al modo de conversión del ozono residual en el oxígeno exponiendo el aire con la
radiación UV de longitud de onda determinada.
El indicador rojo (11) señala que se está produciendo el ozono y que está activada la lámpara UV.
Mientras está encendido el indicador rojo (11), nadie debe estar en el local donde está
instalado el dispositivo.
INFORMACIÓN DE OZONO
El ozono es O3, una modicación alotrópica de tres átomos de oxígeno. Tiene un olor
característico (del aire después de la tormenta). El ozono es uno de los mejores desinfectantes
ampliamente difundidos en el mundo para eliminar microbios, bacterias y virus. Su alta
capacidad oxidante lo hace más efectivo (después del úor, que es tóxico) y más fuerte que
otros productos de limpieza. El ozono se usa ampliamente para esterilizar los artículos de uso
médico, para desinfectar locales y la ropa, para limpiar el agua y el aire de microorganismos.
Ventajas de ozonización:
• El ozono elimina todos los microorganismos conocidos: virus, bacterias, hongos, algas, sus
esporas, cistas de los protozoarios etc.
• No existen formas de microbios resistentes al ozono.
• El ozono elimina los microorganismos conocidos 300-3000 veces más rápido que todos los
demás desinfectantes.
• El ozono actúa muy rápido – durante algunos segundos.
• El ozono tiene la máxima capacidad penetrante.
• El ozono residual se convierte rápidamente en el oxígeno.
El único método de liberarse de todos los olores de una vez por todas es desinfectar el
salón con ozono.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE TRABAJO CON EL DISPOSITIVO
1. Una el cordón de línea al conector (2).
2. Una el enchufe del cordón de línea con el tomacorriente eléctrico al asegurarse de que
este tomacorriente esté protegido con un interruptor automático y tenga una puesta a tierra
independiente y segura.
3. Active la alimentación del dispositivo con el interruptor (1).
4. Después de activar la alimentación el dispositivo hace el diagnóstico de los bloques del
dispositivo y los prepara para el comienzo del trabajo.
5. La pantalla (6) informa consecutivamente el nombre del dispositivo, su número de serie, la
cantidad de los ciclos realizados y el tiempo total de funcionamiento.
6. Después de terminar el diagnóstico interior la pantalla (6) ofrecerá elegir el programa de
tratamiento.
7. El dispositivo tiene tres programas de tratamiento predeterminados. En función del volumen
del local tratado es necesario elegir uno de los programas ofrecidos pulsando los botones (7, 8,
9), guiándose de las siguientes reglas:

• Programa CAR – automóviles y locales de volumen menor a 10 m3.
• Programa VAN – todoterrenos grandes, camionetas y locales de volumen menor a 25 m3.
• Programa TRAILER – camionetas grandes, microbuses, trailers y locales de volumen menor
a 50 m3.
8. Luego pulse el botón START (10). El dispositivo empieza a producir ozono, lo que evidencia
el indicador rojo brillante (11). La pantalla reeja el programa elegido y la cuenta regresiva del
tiempo de tratamiento.
9. Al terminar el programa de tratamiento apague el dispositivo con el interruptor (1).
Puesto que el ozono tiene una alta capacidad de penetración el modo de localización del
dispositivo en el espacio del local tratado no tiene mucha importancia. Sin embargo, el
dispositivo está construido de manera que el mejor modo de su localización en el automóvil
sea en el asiento delantero de pasajeros con los ventiladores (5) orientados al lado del cuadro
de instrumentos del automóvil.
Si el sistema de ventilación del automóvil está equipado con un ltro de carbón, antes del
tratamiento de este automóvil con ozono es necesario extraer este ltro ya que el carbón del
ltro reducirá la concentración del ozono y así reducirá la efectividad del tratamiento.
Nunca penetre en el automóvil o local tratado durante el funcionamiento del dispositivo
cuando brilla el indicador rojo (11) y, de ser posible, airee el automóvil o el local antes de
usarlo.
¡Atención! Aspirar el aire con olor evidente de ozono durante mucho tiempo puede
provocar la irritación de la nariz y de la gartanta, así como el mareo y el dolor de cabeza.
Trate 4CR Desinfectante con ozono con cuidado. No admita su caída ni choques bruscos. Esto
puede dañar los componentes interiores del dispositivo. Siempre almacene el dispositivo en
posición vertical apoyado en las 4 patas del dispositivo.
Use el dispositivo dentro de los locales con el rango de temperaturas de +4 °С a +38 °С y con
la humedad relativa del aire no mayor al 90 %.

SEGURIDAD
La CMP (concentración máxima permitida) para un individuo para estar en condiciones
favorables durante veinticuatro horas en la atmósfera con ozono añadido es igual a 0,03 mg/
m3(concentración diaria media) o 0,015 ppm. Para estar en la zona operativa (día de trabajo
de 8 horas) el valor de CMP es igual a 0,1 mg/m3o 0,05 ppm. Concentraciones mayores a las
indicadas pueden provocar irritación de vías respiratorias, mareo, náuseas, fatiga.

No se recomienda estar en un local cuando se siente evidentemente un olor brusco del ozono.
Estar en un local con alta concentración de ozono puede dañar la salud humana.
Si el ozono ha provocado dolor de cabeza o dicultad al respirar, es necesario salir
inmediatamente al aire fresco no contaminado. En caso de impacto serio es necesario solicitar
inmediatamente la asistencia médica.
MANTENIMIENTO DEL DISPOSITIVO
En el proceso de explotación el dispositivo no requiere mantenimiento alguno.
La reparación y el cambio de algunas partes del dispositivo, así como su mantenimiento
técnico deben ser realizados sólo por el personal técnico capacitado y autorizado por el
fabricante del dispositivo.
4CR Desinfectante con ozono tiene el sistema integrado de control de desgaste, y al lograr los
valores máximos el dispositivo señalará al usuario la necesidad de realizar el mantenimiento
técnico del dispositivo. El dispositivo señala al usuario la necesidad de realizar el
mantenimiento técnico haciendo parpadear el número de los ciclos realizados (en el proceso
de autodiagnóstico del dispositivo después de activar la alimentación eléctrica) y haciendo
parpadear el indicador rojo (11) después de pulsar el botón START (10).
En caso de haber indicación arriba descrita no se recomienda usar el dispositivo sin realizar el
mantenimiento técnico, ya que en este caso la efectividad del dispositivo se reduce; además,
esto puede provocar el fallo del dispositivo.
Después del mantenimiento técnico la indicación preventiva se desactiva.
OBLIGACIONES DE GARANTÍA
El plazo de garantía para 4CR Desinfectante con ozono es 1 año a partir de la entrega del
dispositivo al comprador de acuerdo con las condiciones del contrato de suministro, durante
el cual el propietario del dispositivo tiene derecho a la reparación gratuita del dispositivo por
fallos provocados por los defectos de producción.
La reparación de garantía se realiza sólo por el personal técnico capacitado y autorizado por
el fabricante del dispositivo.
La reparación gratuita de 4CR Desinfectante con ozono durante el plazo de garantía se realiza
a condición de:
• explotación, almacenamiento y transportación del dispositivo de acuerdo con los requisitos
de la instrucción de explotación;
• ausencia de daños mecánicos;
• explotación del dispositivo por empleados calicados, especialmente capacitados y de
acuerdo con los requisitos de esta instrucción de explotación;
• entrega del dispositivo fallado al SAT autorizado.
El derecho a la reparación gratuita durante el plazo de garantía se pierde en los siguientes
casos:
• daño mecánico del dispositivo como consecuencia de calamidades, entrada dentro del
dispositivo de objetos ajenos, animales, insectos y líquidos;
• desensamble del dispositivo por personas o entidades desautorizadas;

• uso del dispositivo contrario a su uso predeterminado;
• uso de piezas de repuesto y materiales consumibles no auténticos;
• introducción en la estructura del dispositivo de cambios no reglamentados por el fabricante;
• explotación del dispositivo con defectos antes detectados y no liquidados;
• surgimiento de defectos provocados por el mantenimiento indebido y la reparación por
cuenta de personas o entidades desautorizadas;
• fallos del dispositivo provocados por el desgaste natural de los elementos del dispositivo;
• otras causas que están fuera de control del vendedor o fabricante, por ejemplo: diferencias
de tensión de alimentación;
• otros casos previstos por el contrato de suministro del dispositivo.
No forman parte de la lista de trabajos gratuitos cumplidos durante el plazo de garantía:
• trabajos de ajuste, limpieza del dispositivo, cambio de materiales consumibles y otro cuidado
del dispositivo mencionado en la instrucción de explotación;
• salida del especialista al lugar de explotación del dispositivo. La entraga del dispositivo al SAT
(de ser necesario) y el envío de las piezas de repuesto se realiza con fuerzas y por cuenta del
comprador.
Las obligaciones de garantía del proveedor no incluyen la indemnización de cualesquiera
pérdidas del fabricante vinculadas con el paro de la producción, lucro cesante, gastos de
producción aumentados o vanamente reservados. La presente limitación se difunde a daños
y pérdidas vinculados con lo siguiente: producción limitada o imposibilidad de explotar el
dispositivo y los artículos relacionados a causa de los defectos surgidos o de estar el dispositivo
en posesión del vendedor, lo que haya provocado la suspensión del funcionamiento, la
pérdida del tiempo del usuario o la interrupción de la actividad económica.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES

• N’utilisez jamais l’ozonateur-désinfecteur 4CR à des températures ambiantes supérieures à
38°C ni à une humidité relative supérieure à 90% (à l’intérieur de l’espace clos à traiter).
• Il est strictement interdit de se trouver à l’intérieur d’un espace clos avec l’appareil en
marche, car la concentration de l’ozone dans l’air peut y dépasser le niveau maximum
autorisé et avoir un impact négatif sur la santé.
• Évitez tout contact avec les rayons ultraviolets (UV) produits par l’appareil, au risque de vous
brûler les yeux.
• Prenez soin qu’aucun objet ou liquide ne pénètre dans l’appareil par les orices de ventilation.
• Ne pas ranger ou utiliser l’appareil à l’extérieur. L’appareil est conçu pour une utilisation en
intérieur uniquement.
• Veillez à ne jamais obstruer les orices de ventilation lorsque l’appareil est en marche. Cela
risque d’endommager l’appareil.
• Conservez l’appareil dans un endroit sec et sans poussière.
• Ne démontez jamais votre ozonateur-désinfecteur 4CR.
• Ne manipulez jamais l’appareil avec les mains mouillées ou dans des conditions d’humidité
élevée.

USAGE DE L’APPAREIL
L’ozonateur-désinfecteur 4CR est conçu pour purier (nettoyer) et désinfecter l’air, les surfaces
et les éléments de voitures, camionnettes, remorques, caravanes ou de locaux jusqu’à 50m3
de volume en éliminant les odeurs désagréables, virus, bactéries, moisissures, champignons et
allergènes par l’ozone d’abord généré puis décomposé rapidement en oxygène diatomique.
L’ozonateur-désinfecteur 4CR est un appareil entièrement automatique. L’opérateur n’a qu’à
sélectionner l’un des trois régimes proposés et à appuyer sur la touche START (10) pour lancer
le programme et commencer le traitement. À l’aide d’un déchargeur corona, l’ozonateur-
désinfecteur 4CR produit la quantité d’ozone nécessaire et susante pour traiter un espace
clos à volume prédéni.
Lorsque la température de l’air ambiant dans l’espace à traiter est supérieure à 38 °C, la
génération d’ozone est physiquement impossible. Dans ce cas, avant de procéder au traitement
à l’ozone, il est nécessaire de refroidir l’air ambiant en mettant en marche un climatiseur.

Une fois le traitement à l’ozone terminé, l’appareil passe automatiquement en mode de
reconversion accélérée de l’ozone résiduel en oxygène diatomique en exposant l’air au
rayonnement ultraviolet d’une certaine longueur d’onde.
L’indicateur rouge (11) allumé indique le fonctionnement soit du déchargeur corona, soit de
la lampe UV.
Tant que le voyant rouge (11) est allumé, personne ne devrait se trouver à l’intérieur de l’espace
clos où l’appareil est installé.
INFORMATIONS SUR L’OZONE
L’ozone (O3) est une variété allotropique triatomique de l’oxygène ayant une odeur
caractéristique de l’air après l’orage. L’ozone est l’un des meilleurs désinfectants existants
pour éliminer les germes, les bactéries et les virus. Son pouvoir oxydant élevé le rend plus
ecace (après le uor, qui est toxique) et plus fort que les produits de nettoyage traditionnels.
L’ozone est largement utilisé pour stériliser les dispositifs médicaux, désinfecter les locaux et
les vêtements ou purier l’eau ou l’air.
Avantages de l’ozonation:
• L’ozone détruit tous les microorganismes connus: virus, bactéries, champignons, algues,
leurs spores, kystes de protozoaires, etc.
• Il n’existe pas de microbe résistant à l’ozone.
• L’ozone détruit les microorganismes connus 300 à 3000 fois plus rapidement que tout autre
désinfectant.
• L’ozone agit très rapidement: en quelques secondes.
• L’ozone a un pouvoir de pénétration maximum.
• L’ozone résiduel est instable et se transforme rapidement en oxygène.
Le seul moyen de se débarrasser des odeurs une fois pour toutes est de désinfecter
l’habitacle à l’ozone.
MODE OPÉRATOIRE
1. Branchez le cordon d’alimentation sur la prise (2).
2. Branchez le cordon d’alimentation sur la prise secteur en vous assurant que celle-ci est
protégée par un disjoncteur et dispose d’une mise à la terre indépendante et able.
3. Mettez l’appareil sous tension à l’aide de l’interrupteur Marche / Arrêt (1).
4. Après la mise sous tension, l’appareil eectue un diagnostic de ses systèmes et les prépare
au fonctionnement.
5. L’acheur (6) indique successivement le nom de l’appareil, son numéro de série, le nombre
de cycles réalisés et la durée totale de fonctionnement.
6. Une fois l’autodiagnostic terminé, l’acheur (6) propose de sélectionner un programme de
traitement.
7. L’appareil dispose de trois programmes de traitement prédénis. En fonction du volume
de l’espace clos à traiter, il est nécessaire de choisir l’un des trois programmes proposés en
appuyant sur l’un des trois boutons (7, 8 ou 9):
• Programme CAR: habitacle de voiture ou local de volume inférieur à 10m3.

• Programme VAN: grand SUV, tout-terrain, fourgonnette ou local de volume inférieur à 25m3.
• Programme TRAILER: grande fourgonnette, minibus, remorque, caravane ou local de volume
inférieur à 50m3.
8. Ensuite, appuyez sur le bouton START (10). L’appareil commence à générer de l’ozone, comme
en témoigne l’indicateur rouge (11) allumé, tandis que l’acheur indique le programme
sélectionné et le temps restant jusqu’à la n du cycle.
9. À la n du programme de traitement, éteignez l’appareil à l’aide de l’interrupteur Marche /
Arrêt (1).
Étant donné que l’ozone a une grande capacité de pénétration, la disposition spatiale de
l’appareil dans l’espace clos à traiter n’a pas beaucoup d’importance. Cependant, le dispositif
est conçu de telle sorte que le meilleur endroit pour le placer dans un véhicule est le siège
passager avant, les ventilateurs (5) orientés vers le tableau de bord.
Si le système de ventilation du véhicule est équipé d’un ltre à charbon, avant de procéder au
traitement, il faut retirer ce ltre, car le charbon ltrant fait diminuer la concentration d’ozone
dans l’air et, par cela même, l’ecacité du traitement.
Ne pénétrez jamais dans le véhicule ou le local traité à l’ozone pendant le fonctionnement de
l’appareil, à savoir lorsque le voyant rouge (11) est allumé, et, si possible, ventilez l’intérieur du
véhicule ou du local avant de les réutiliser.
Attention ! L’inhalation prolongée d’un air ayant une odeur évidente d’ozone peut
provoquer une irritation du nez et de la gorge, des vertiges ou des maux de tête.
Prenez bien soin de votre ozonateur-désinfecteur 4CR. Ne le laissez pas tomber ou frapper
trop fort. Cela risque d’endommager ses composants internes. Gardez l’appareil toujours en
position verticale, posé sur ses quatre pieds.
Utilisez l’appareil uniquement à l’intérieur, à des températures comprises entre +4°C à +38°C
et avec une humidité de l’air relative ne dépassant pas 90%.
