Xtreme DIY®in-home series we’ll
take a look at how to build a custom
entertainment stand. This stand matches the coffee and
end tables, bookshelf, and drawing table and bench from prior episodes.

and slide in open
T-slot of each
U-shape with panel

Space two prole B
(2) evenly onto prole
A (1) and fasten with
central connector (2).
Center prole B (2)
onto prole C (2) and
fasten with central
connector (2).
Drop prole D (4)
into corners of
prole A and prole
C and secure with
anchor fasteners.
Attach panel A (1)
to top of prole B
(4) using FHSCS
(4). Finish off top
portion with end
caps.
Install a SHCS and
drop-in T-nut into
inside T-slot of top
shelf for added
support. Drop panel
B (2) into place
on inside corner
* The maximum weight capacity for
the entertainment center top shelf is
120 pounds, bottom shelf 150 pounds
and inside the cabinet is 25 pounds.
TIP: Ensure all closed faced T-slots face upward.

center top shelf is 120 pounds, bottom shelf 150 pounds and inside the
cabinet is 25 pounds. The entertainment center is not meant to sit or
stand on.
Typical concerns when designing this type of application may include,
but are not limited to, maximum weight load, weight distribution, and
tipping avoidance. 80/20 expresses no guaranty as to the fitness of this
design related to any of the above or any omitted concerns typical of
this type of product.
80/20 LIMITED WARRANTY
All 80/20 products are guaranteed to be free of actual defects in material
and workmanship, provided any such defect be reported to 80/20 in
writing within one (1) year of date of purchase. This warranty is limited
to replacing or repairing, at 80/20’s option, any part which, upon 80/20
inspection is found to have a defect in material and/or workmanship.
