To complete the Outdoor Series, this Xtreme
DIY features a mini greenhouse that extends
your gardening season and gives you a
jump-start on your plants and owers. It
helps keep critters out while the twin wall
polycarbonate panel lets light in.
80/20 aluminum T-slot proles are weather-resistant and long-lasting.
You’ll nd the garden box is lightweight yet strong and durable to
protect your starters against the elements. The closed proles make it
easy to wipe down. Height, width, depth, and shape are all completely
customizable; design yours to t your area and space requirements.

To install lid onto
base, use hinges
(2) and fastener
DD (8) and EE (8).
Attach half of hinge
on lid and half on
back T-slot of base.

Hardware for Lid Arm Top
• ¼-20 x 1.00” SHCS x1
• ¼-20 Economy T-nut x1
• ¼-20 Washer x1
Hardware for Lid Arm Bottom
• 5/16-18 x 1.00” BHSCS x2
• 5/16-18 Drop-in T-nut x2
• 5/16-18 Washer x2

• 3/16 Hex Wrench
• 5/32 Hex Wrench
Attach prole A of
both assemblies
together using
prole G (2) and
fastener AA (4).
Assemble one side
of the garden box by
connecting prole
B (1) and prole
C (1) to opposite
ends of prole A (1)
using preassembled
hardware. Attach to
bottom T-slot of prole A. Repeat process with
prole A (1), prole D (1) and prole E (1).
Install panel B
(1) and panel C
(1) to assembly
and cap off using
prole H (2) and
fastener AA (4).
Slide panel A (2)
into subassemblies
and cap each one
off with prole F
(2) using fastener
AA (4). Be sure to
face tab of fastener
away from panel.
To build lid, connect
prole A (2) with
prole J (1) using
fastener AA (2).
Slide panel D (1)
into U-shape. Install
handle to second
prole J (1) using
fastener BB (2) and CC (2). Cap off lid using
fastener AA (2) to connect prole J with handle.
To connect the lid
arm, take panel E
and install half into
inside T-slot of base
and half to outside
access hole on lid.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Arm to Lid
Finish by installing panel gasket and using
fastener FF (8) to install end caps (8). Lastly, put
tread strip in T-slots where lid and base meet.
Tip: When assembling, all closed-faced sides
of proles should be facing outward.

and workmanship, provided any such defect be reported to 80/20 in

to replacing or repairing, at 80/20’s option, any part which, upon 80/20
inspection is found to have a defect in material and/or workmanship.
