BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSERGEBRAUCH
Verwenden Sie das Kabel ausschließlich zum Laden
von Elektro-und Hybridfahrzeugen mit Wechselstrom
(AC) an Ladestationen.Das Kabel darf nur zusammen
mit normgerechten und dafür vorgesehenen Fahrzeug-
Inlets nach IEC 62196-2 (Typ 2Stecker) eingesetzt
werden.
Die Einhaltung aller Angaben in dieser Bedienungs-
anleitung gehören ebenso zur bestimmungsgemäßen
Verwendung.Jede darüberhinausgehende oder
andersartige Benutzung gilt als Fehlgebrauch und kann
zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.Für Schäden bei
nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung haftet der
Benutzer.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
•Ein unsachgemäßer Umgang mit dem Ladekabel
kann Explosionen, Stromschläge und Kurzschlüsse
verursachen.Beachten Sie die allgemein gültigen
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und die Hinweise.
•Prüfen Sie vor jeder Benutzung das Ladekabel und
die Kontakte auf Schäden und Verschmutzung.
•Laden Sie niemals mit einem beschädigten Lade-
kabel oder beschädigtem Fahrzeug-Inlet.
•Laden Sie niemals mit Kontakten, die verschmutzt
oder feucht geworden sind.
•Ziehen Sie die Stecker niemals mit Gewalt ab.
Gefährliche Lichtbögen können zum Tod oder
schweren Verletzungen führen.
•Schließen Sie das Ladekabel nur an Fahrzeug-Inlets
und Infrastruktur-Ladedosen an, die vor Wasser,
direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, Feuchtigkeit und an-
deren Flüssigkeiten geschützt sind.
•Es gibt Elektrofahrzeuge, die ein Starten des Fahr-
zeugs mit gestecktem Ladekabel erlauben. Achten
Sie immer darauf, das Ladekabel vor dem Losfahren
zu lösen.
•Verwenden Sie das Ladekabel niemals mit einem
Verlängerungskabel oder einem Adapter.Modifi-
kationen oder Veränderungen sind lebensgefährlich
und führen zum sofortigen Ausschluss der Gewähr-
leistung.

nicht zugänglich ist.Nur Personen mit einer gültigen
Fahrerlaubnis für Kraftfahrzeuge dürfen das Lade-
kabel bedienen.

BEDIENUNG
Beachten Sie die Bedienungshinweise der Ladestation
und des Elektrofahrzeuges.
1. Schalten Sie das Fahrzeug aus und stellen Sie den
Schalthebel auf Parken.
2. Nehmen Sie die Schutzkappen der Ladestecker ab
und verbinden Sie den Infrastruktur-Ladestecker in
die Infrastruktur-Ladedose und den Fahrzeug-
Ladestecker in das Fahrzeug-Inlet.Achten Sie auf
die richtige Zuordnung und prüfen Sie, ob die
Steckverbindung richtig und vollständig gesteckt
sind.
3. Starten Sie den Ladevorgang an der Ladestation.
Die Ladestecker werden automatisch verriegelt.
4. Um den Ladevorgang vorzeitig zu beenden, be-
achten Sie die Bedienhinweise der Ladestation.
5. Nach Beendigung des Ladevorgangs werden die
Ladestecker automatisch entriegelt.
6. Ziehen Sie die Ladestecker aus der Ladestation
und dem Elektrofahrzeug (Fahrzeug muss
entriegelt sein).
7. Stecken Sie die Schutzkappen auf die Ladestecker
und rollen Sie das Kabel knickfrei auf.

LADEDAUER
Die Dauer des Ladevorgangs ist abhängig von der
Kapazität,vom Ladezustand der Hochvoltbatterie Ihres
Fahrzeugs und von der zulässigen Ladeleistung des
Ladekabels.Der Ladestrom (max.16A) wird durch das
Fahrzeug reguliert.Bei sehr niedrigen und sehr hohen
Temperaturen kann die Ladeleistung beeinträchtigt
werden.
REINIGUNG UND LAGERUNG
Reinigen Sie das Kabel nur, wenn es nicht am Fahrzeug
oder der Steckdose angeschlossen ist.Reinigen Sie
das Ladekabel und die verschmutzten Kontakte nur
mit einem trockenen Tuch.Verwenden Sie niemals
scharfe Reinigungsmittel, Wasser-oder Dampfstrahl-
reiniger.Tauchen Sie den Artikel niemals in Flüssig-
keiten ein.Bewahren Sie das Ladekabel mit aufge-
steckten Schutzkappen an einem trockenen und
sauberen Ort auf.
HINWEISE ZUM UMWELTSCHUTZ
Informationen nach dem Elektrogesetz (ElektroG):
Seit dem 24.März 2006 dürfen alte Elektrogeräte nicht
über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden.Diese Elektro-
und Elektronikgeräte sind durch die durchgestrichene
Mülltonne gekennzeichnet.Besitzer von Altgeräten aus
privaten Haushalten können diese bei den Sammel-
stellen der öffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger
oder bei den von Herstellern oder Vertreibern im Sinne
des ElektroG eingerichteten Rücknahmestellen abgeb-

INTENDED USE
Only use the cable for charging electric and hybrid
vehicles with alternating current (AC) at charging
stations.The cable may only be used together with
standard-compliant and designated vehicle inlets
according to IEC 62196-2 (type 2plug).
Compliance with all the information in these operating
instructions is also part of the intended use.Any other
use or use beyond this is considered misuse and can
lead to dangerous situations.The user is liable for any
damage caused by improper use.
SAFETY INFORMATION
•Improper handling of the charging cable can cause
explosions,electric shocks and short circuits.
Observe the generally applicable safety precautions
and the instructions.
•Before each use,check the charging cable and the
contacts for damage and dirt.
•Never charge with adamaged charging cable or
damaged vehicle inlet.
•Never charge with contacts that have become dirty
or damp.
•Never pull off the plugs with force.Dangerous
electric arcs can cause death or serious injury.
•Only connect the charging cable to vehicle inlets and
infrastructure charging sockets that are protected
from water,direct sunlight,moisture and other
liquids.
•There are electric vehicles that allow the vehicle to
be started with the charging cable plugged in.
Always make sure to disconnect the charging cable
before driving off.
•Never use the charging cable with an extension
cable or an adapter.Modifications or alterations are
dangerous to life and lead to the immediate
exclusion of the warranty.
•Make sure that the charging cable is not accessible
to children.Only persons with avalid driving licence
for motor vehicles may operate the charging cable.

OPERATION
Observe the operating instructions for the charging
station and the electric vehicle.
1. Switch off the vehicle.Go to parking mode.
2. Remove the protective caps from the charging
plugs and connect the infrastructure charging plug
to the infrastructure charging socket and the
vehicle charging plug to the vehicle inlet.Ensure
the correct assignment and check that the plug
connections are correctly and completely plugged
in.
3. Start the charging process at the charging station.
The charging plugs are automatically locked.
4. To end the charging process prematurely,follow
the operating instructions for the charging station.
5. After the charging process is finished,the
charging plugs are automatically unlocked.
6. Disconnect the charging plugs from the charging
station and the electric vehicle (EV must be
unlocked).
7. Put the protective caps on the charging plugs and
roll up the cable without kinks.

TECHNICAL DATA CHARGING TIME
The duration of the charging process depends on the
capacity,the state of charge of the high-voltage
battery of your vehicle and the permissible charging
power of the charging cable.The charging current
(max.16A) is regulated by the EV.At very low and very
high temperatures,the charging performance may be
impaired.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Only clean the cable when it is not connected to the
vehicle or the socket.Clean the charging cable and the
dirty contacts only with adry cloth.Never use harsh
detergents,water or steam cleaners.Never immerse
the item in liquids.Store the charging cable with the
protective caps on in adry and clean place.
NOTES ON ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION
Information according to the Electrical and Electronic
Equipment Act (ElektroG):
Since 24 March 2006,old electrical appliances may not
be disposed of with household waste.These electrical
and electronic appliances are marked with acrossed-
out dustbin.Owners of old appliances from private
households can take them to the collection points of
the public waste management authorities or to the
collection points set up by manufacturers or
distributors in accordance with the ElektroG.
