BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSERGEBRAUCH
Verwenden Sie das Kabel ausschließlich zum Laden
von Elektro-und Hybridfahrzeugen mit Wechselstrom
(AC) an haushaltsüblichen Netzsteckdosen mit 16A
Belastbarkeit.Das Kabel darf nur zusammen mit
normgerechten und dafür vorgesehenen Fahrzeug-
Inlets nach IEC 62196-2 (Typ 2Stecker) eingesetzt
werden.
Die Einhaltung aller Angaben in dieser Bedienungs-
anleitung gehören ebenso zur bestimmungsgemäßen
Verwendung.Jede darüberhinausgehende oder
andersartige Benutzung gilt als Fehlgebrauch und kann
zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.Für Schäden bei
nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung haftet der
Benutzer.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
•Nur an fehlerfreie und geeignete Infrastruktur an-
schließen (Netzsteckdose 16A).Im Zweifelsfall durch
eine Fachkraft auf Tauglichkeit prüfen lassen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Sicherung nicht
überlastet wird und keine anderen Verbraucher auf
diese Sicherung geschaltet sind.
•Ein unsachgemäßer Umgang mit dem Ladekabel
kann Explosionen, Stromschläge und Kurzschlüsse
verursachen.Beachten Sie die allgemein gültigen
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und die Hinweise.
•Prüfen Sie vor jeder Benutzung das Ladekabel und
die Kontakte auf Schäden und Verschmutzung.
•Laden Sie niemals mit einem beschädigten Lade-
kabel, einem Fahrzeug-Inlet,einer Kontrollbox oder
einer beschädigten Haushaltssteckdose.
•Laden Sie niemals mit Kontakten, die verschmutzt
oder feucht geworden sind.
•Ziehen Sie die Stecker niemals mit Gewalt ab.
Gefährliche Lichtbögen können zum Tod oder
schweren Verletzungen führen.

•Schließen Sie das Ladekabel nur an Fahrzeug-Inlets
und Haushaltssteckdosen an, die vor Wasser,
direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, Feuchtigkeit und
anderen Flüssigkeiten geschützt sind.
•Es gibt Elektrofahrzeuge, die ein Starten des
Fahrzeugs mit gestecktem Ladekabel erlauben.
Achten Sie immer darauf, das Ladekabel vor dem
Losfahren zu lösen.
•Verwenden Sie das Ladekabel nicht mit einem
Verlängerungskabel oder einem Adapter.Modifi-
kationen oder Veränderungen sind lebensgefährlich
und führen zum sofortigen Ausschluss der Gewähr-
leistung.
•Falls die Steckverbindung raucht oder schmilzt,
fassen Sie niemals das Ladekabel an.Wenn möglich,
brechen Sie den Ladevorgang ab.Schalten Sie die
betreffende Netzsteckdose stromlos (Sicherung, FI,
Schalter).
•Achten Sie darauf, dass das Ladekabel für Kinder
nicht zugänglich ist.Nur Personen mit einer gültigen
Fahrerlaubnis für Kraftfahrzeuge dürfen das Lade-
kabel bedienen.

BEDIENUNG
1. Lesen Sie die Anleitung des Ladekabels und Ihres
Fahrzeugs vollständig und sorgfältig durch.
2. Stellen Sie den Fahrzeugmotor ab und stellen Sie
den Schalthebel auf Parken.
3. Verbinden Sie den Netzstecker des Ladekabels an
einer geeigneten Steckdose (230V16A).
4. Das Ladekabel führt einen Selbsttest durch, bei
dem alle LEDs kurz leuchten.
5. Das Leuchten der POWER LED signalisiert die
Ladebereitschaft.
6. Ziehen Sie die Schutzkappe vom Ladestecker und
verbinden Sie den Stecker mit der Ladebuchse
Ihres Fahrzeuges.
7. Der Ladevorgang startet automatisch, sobald die
CHARGE LED anfängt, grün zu blinken.
8. Der Ladevorgang ist beendet, wenn die CHARGE
LED dauerhaft grün leuchtet.
9. Bei Beendung des Ladevorgangs ziehen Sie den
den Ladestecker des Ladekabels aus der Lade-
buchse Ihres Fahrzeuges und anschließend den
Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose (Fahrzeug
muss entriegelt sein).
10. Stecken Sie die Schutzkappe auf den Ladestecker
und rollen Sie das Kabel knickfrei auf.

Beschreibung Erklärung
Initialisierung Nach Netzkontakt führt die Kontrollbox eine Initialisierung mit Selbsttest durch.
Standby Ruhemodus.
Ladevorgang Akku wird aufgeladen.
Ladevorgang beendet Akku ist voll aufgeladen.
Selbsttest Fehler Interner Fehler in der Kontrollbox. Senden Sie das Ladekabel zur Überprüfung an den
Hersteller.
Kommunikation
Fehler
Die Kontrollbox kann keine Kommunikation mit dem Fahrzeug aufbauen. Überprüfen
Sie die Steckverbinder auf korrekten Sitz und im stromlosen Zustand auf
Verschmutzung. Kann der Fehler nicht behoben werden, senden Sie das Ladekabel
zur Überprüfung an den Hersteller.
Über-/Unterspannung Die Versorgungsspannung liegt außerhalb des Toleranzbereiches. Bitte überprüfen
Sie die Netzspannung.
PE Fehler Die Kontrollbox erkennt einen Fehler in der PE Leitung. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre
Netzsteckdose / Netzanschluss.
Überstrom Der Ladestrom liegt über dem Maximalwert. Brechen Sie den Ladevorgang ab und
überprüfen Sie die Kompatibilität des Ladekabels.
Fehlerstrom
Die Kontrollbox erkennt einen Fehlerstrom. Brechen Sie den Ladevorgang ab, trennen
Sie das Ladekabel vom Fahrzeug und überprüfen Sie Ihre Verkabelung / Fahrzeug.
Suchen Sie eine Fachwerkstatt auf.
Überhitzung
Die Kontrollbox ist überhitzt. Dies kann z.B. durch direkte Sonneneinstrahlung
während des Ladevorganges entstehen. Der Ladevorgang wird unterbrochen. Nach
Abkühlung startet der Ladevorgang automatisch.

LADEDAUER
Die Dauer des Ladevorgangs ist abhängig von der
Kapazität,vom Ladezustand der Hochvoltbatterie Ihres
Fahrzeugs und von der zulässigen Ladeleistung des
Ladekabels und der Netzsteckdose.Der Ladestrom
(max.16A) wird durch das Fahrzeug reguliert (Lade-
leistung kann variieren ≥16A).Bei sehr niedrigen und
sehr hohen Temperaturen kann die Ladeleistung be-
einträchtigt werden.
REINIGUNG UND LAGERUNG
Reinigen Sie das Kabel nur, wenn es nicht am Fahrzeug
und nicht an der der Steckdose angeschlossen ist.
Reinigen Sie das Ladekabel und die verschmutzten
Kontakte nur mit einem trockenen Tuch.Verwenden
Sie niemals scharfe Reinigungsmittel, Wasser-oder
Dampfstrahlreiniger.Tauchen Sie den Artikel niemals
in Flüssigkeiten ein.Bewahren Sie das Ladekabel mit
aufgesteckten Schutzkappen an einem trockenen und
sauberen Ort auf.
HINWEISE ZUM UMWELTSCHUTZ

Seit dem 24.März 2006 dürfen alte Elektrogeräte nicht
über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden.Diese Elektro-

hybrid vehicles with alternating current (AC) at standard
household mains sockets with 16Aload capacity.The
article may only be used together with standard-
compliant vehicle inlets intended for this purpose
according to IEC 62196-2 (type 2plug).
Compliance with all the information in these operating
instructions is also part of the intended use.Any other
use or use beyond this is considered misuse and can
lead to dangerous situations.The user is liable for any
damage caused by improper use.

•Never charge with adamaged charging cable,
control box, vehicle inlet or household socket.

•Only connect the charging cable to vehicle inlets and
household sockets that are protected from water,
direct sunlight,moisture and other liquids.
•There are electric vehicles that allow the vehicle to be
started with the charging cable plugged in.Always
make sure to disconnect the charging cable before
driving off.
•Do not use the charging cable with an extension cable
or an adapter.Modifications or alterations are
dangerous to life and lead to the immediate exclusion
of the warranty.
•If the plug connection smokes or melts,never touch
the charging cable.If possible,stop the charging
process.Switch off the power to the relevant mains
socket (fuse,FI, switch).
•Make sure that the charging cable is not accessible
to children.Only persons with avalid driving
licence for motor vehicles may operate the
charging cable.

OPERATION
1. Read the instructions for the charging cable and
your vehicle completely and carefully.
2. Switch off the vehicle engine.Go to parking mode.
3. Connect the mains plug of the charging cable to a
suitable socket (230V16A).
4. The charging cable performs aself-test during
which all LEDs light up briefly.
5. The POWER LED lights up to indicate that the unit is
ready for charging.
6. Pull the protective cap off the charging plug and
connect the plug to the charging socket of your
vehicle.
7. Charging starts automatically as soon as the
CHARGE LED starts flashing green.
8. The charging process is completed when the
CHARGE LED lights up green continuously.
9. When charging is complete,disconnect the charging
plug of the charging cable from the charging socket
of your vehicle and then disconnect the mains plug
from the mains socket (vehicle must be unlocked).
10. Put the protective cap on the charging plug and roll
up the cable without kinks.

Description Declaration
Initialization After mains contact, the control box carries out an initialisation with self-test.
Connected Sleep mode.
Charging Battery is charging.
Charging completed Battery is full charged.
Failed self-test Internal fault in the control box. Send the charging cable to the manufacturer for
inspection.
Communication error
The control box cannot establish communication with the EV. Check the connectors
for correct seating and for dirt in the de-energised state. If the fault cannot be
rectified, send the charging cable to the manufacturer for inspection.
Over / low voltage The supply voltage is outside the tolerance range. Please check the mains voltage.
PE error The control box detects a fault in the PE line. Please check your installation.
Over current The charging current is above the maximum value. Stop charging and check the
compatibility of the charging cable.
Leakage current The control box detects a fault current. Abort the charging process, disconnect the
charging cable from EV and check your wiring / vehicle. Visit a specialist workshop.
Charging overheated
The control box is overheated. This can be caused, for example, by direct sunlight
during the charging process. The charging process is interrupted. After cooling
down, the charging process starts automatically.

CHARGING TIME
The duration of the charging process depends on the
capacity and state of charge of your vehicle's high-
voltage battery and on the permissible charging power
of the charging cable and the mains socket.The
charging current (max.16A) is regulated by the EV, due
to which the charging power may vary (≥16A).At very
low and very high temperatures,the charging
performance may be affected.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Only clean the cable when it is not connected to the
vehicle or the socket.Clean the charging cable and the
dirty contacts only with adry cloth.Never use harsh
detergents,water or steam cleaners.Never immerse
the item in liquids.Store the charging cable with the
protective caps on in adry and clean place.
NOTES ON ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION
Information according to the Electrical and Electronic
Equipment Act (ElektroG):
Since 24 March 2006,old electrical appliances may not
be disposed of with household waste.These electrical
and electronic appliances are marked with acrossed-
out dustbin.Owners of old appliances from private
households can take them to the collection points of
the public waste management authorities or to the
collection points set up by manufacturers or
distributors in accordance with the ElektroG.
