1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION
Carefully read these instrucons and the charging instrucons in the owner’s handbook of
your electric vehicle before charging your electric vehicle.
The following symbols may be found in this manual or on labels affixed to the Electric Vehicle
Supplementary Equipment (EVSE), also known as EV Charger:
Please note:
■Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger contains no user serviceable parts. Consult Customer
Support secon in this manual for service informaon. Do not aempt to repair the
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger yourself. Doing so will void all warranty.
■Make sure Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is posioned where it will not be stepped
on, tripped over, or where children could reach or play with Accell AxFAST Portable EV
Charger. If Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is cracked or is visibly damaged - DO NOT
USE and contact Accell support for service immediately. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR
THE DEVICE YOURSELF.
■Do not place fingers inside of Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger.
■Do not allow minors or children to operate this device. Adult supervision is mandatory
when Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is in use.

2. FCC INFORMATION
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operaon is subject to the following two
condions:
●This device may not cause harmful interference.
●This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operaon.
This product has been designed to protect against Radio Frequency Interference (RFI).
However, there are some instances where high powered radio signals or nearby RF producing
equipment (such as digital phone, RF communicaons equipment, etc.) could affect
operaons.
If you suspect your charger is receiving interference, we recommend the following steps be
taken before contacng Accell Support for assistance:

4. SPECIFICATIONS
Accell AxFAST 3202 Portable EV Charger is a 240V system with deadband restricon to
provide maximal versality with regulatory complied safety protecon.
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger with AC plug will draw 80% of the outlet’s rated current as
a safety precauon, meeng regulaon requirements.
For 208V/240V system, the operaon range is 190V ~250V, if not otherwise specified.
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger will not work if voltage is > 260V or voltage is <185V.

5. OUTLETS REQUIREMENTS
This product requires the use of a grounded outlet. The ulity socket for Accell AxFAST
Portable EV Charger’s plug must have “ground” or “earth” line properly funconing. If this
product should malfuncon or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for
electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.

6. CHARGING YOUR ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV)
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is designed for charging in 240 Vac.
●Plug Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger into a NEMA 14-50 wall outlet and wait unl the
blue POWER LED is lit non-blinking.
●Plug the connector of Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger into your electric vehicle’s
charging inlet, making sure it is secured.
●Charging will start automacally. Refer to the front panel for charng status. Please refer
to Page 10 for more detailed informaon on the indicator lights.
●Disconnect when charging is complete by pressing the release buon at the charging
connector and remove it from the electric vehicle.
●Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger can be wall mounted indoor or outdoor for cable
management and connector storage.

8. INSTALLATION
Connecon of Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is easy.
Simply plug the NEMA 14-50 plug into a properly installed NEMA 14-50 outlet, when the blue
power light on the front panel is lit the unit is ready to charge.
If a permanent installaon is desired, Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger can be mounted as
shown below, on either a hollow or solid wall. The screws and plasc wall anchors are
included in the accessory package.

9. MAINTENANCE
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger requires no periodic maintenance other than occasional
cleaning.
Please Note:
1. Unplug the AC plug or turn off the circuit breaker connected to Accell AxFAST Portable
EV Charger before cleaning.
2. Clean Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger using a so cloth lightly moistened with mild
detergent soluon. Never use any type of abrasive pad, scouring powder, or flammable
solvents such as alcohol or benzene on the unit or cables.
3. The EVSE contains no user serviceable components. Do not repair the unit on your own
and refer to Front Panel Lighng for troubleshoong.

11. WARRANTY INFORMATION
LIMITED WARRANTY
ELECTRIC VEHICLE SUPPLY EQUIPMENT and ACCESSORIES
Accell warrants that the products it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship. The limited warranty term is two (2) years beginning on the date of invoice, as
further described in the following text.
This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident,
abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Accell, usage not
in accordance with product instrucons, failure to perform required prevenve maintenance,
and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Accell.
During the warranty period beginning on the invoice date, Accell will repair or replace
products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to Accell ’s facility. To request
limited warranty service, you must contact Accell ’s Customer Technical Support within the
limited warranty period at [e-mail] .
If limited warranty service is required, Accell will issue a Return Material Authorization
Number. This Return Materials Number must be marked on the outside of the package
shipped. You must ship the products back to Accell in their original or equivalent packaging,
prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during
shipment. Accell will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid to an
address in the United States. Accell is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
Accell’s RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO
REPAIR AND/ OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL
EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET
FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER
SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW
LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ACCELL DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY STATEMENT OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty shall be voided by damage or excessive wear to the Charger caused by
abnormal operaon or environmental condions (i.e. extreme temperatures, exposure to
acid, metallic dust or chemical fumes), accident, abuse, damage, misuse, vandalism,
unauthorized alteraons or repairs, ulity surges, or if the charger was not operated,
serviced or maintained in strict compliance with the EV Charger’s User Manual and other
instrucons from Accell.
