DSX series, is a high performance product developed and produced by our company, according to GB/ T7722-
2005 《Electronic Digital Platform Scale 》standards, It has the characteristics of rapid and accurate
measurement, stable and reliable performance, simple and convenient to use. In order to effectively help you
to use our company's products correctly, please install and use the scale according to the instructions, which
will help your operation and extend the service life of the scale.
1. Safety requirements
1. Check if ac input power is matched with local ac power
2. Do not drop items on the scale plate when storing or using
3. Do not put any object under the weighing plate
4. Power must be cut off before cleaning and maintenance
5. Please weigh within the specified range when weighing
6. Shall not be used in bad environment
7. When taking the electronic scale, do not force on the bracket or weighing plate
8. The maintenance of electronic scale must be maintained by authorized professional personnel

5. Preparation
1. Please place the electronic balance on a stable and flat table for use, do not place it on a shaking or
vibrating table, and use the four adjusting feet to keep the balance body stable. Please note that the
spirit bubble should be located in the center of the circle.
2. Please use a separate power outlet to avoid interference from other electrical appliances. The first
use should be charged for more than 12 hours.
3. When the power is on, please do not put anything on the scale plate.

4. When used, the center of gravity of the weighing object must be located in the center of the scale
plate, and the weighing object should not exceed the scope of the scale plate, to ensure its accuracy.
5. Before using the electronic balance, please heat up the engine for 15 ~ 20 minutes.

】
key：When there is nothing on the scale, but the screen has a tiny weight appears, press
this key to make the weight to zero.

UNIT
】
key：Weighing unit select, you can choose KG/G or LB as your weighing unit, if you received
the scale maximum capacity ≤15kg, the unit will be as G, if you received the scale maximum
capacity≥30kg,the unit will be as KG; in weighing/counting mode, the key is used to set upper and lower
alarm range.

】
key：In the normal state, to clear the tare of the item; In counting/percentage/set alarm/weight
calibration mode, the key used for confirm.

key：In counting/percentage mode, used for sampling.

key：Function mode select, you can select weighing, counting, percentage three modes.

8. Operational Approach
1. [Weighing Mode]：
Under weighing mode, press
【
MODE
】
key to enter counting mode.
UNIT SELECT：Press【UNIT】key to select the weighing unit of KG or LB, the corresponding indicator
will appear on the display screen.
TARE：Place the items on the scale plate which need to removed the tare weight, then press
【TARE】 key, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘0’ and the ‘TARE’ indicator light is on; At this point,
remove the item has been tared from the scale plate, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays a negative
number, press【TARE】key again, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘0’,and the ‘TARE’ indicator light
is off.
ZERO：In the process of using, if there is a zero shift phenomenon appears, that is, there is nothing
on the scale, but there will be a weight display in the ‘WEIGHT’ window. The weight could displays
‘0’ by pressing 【ZERO】key.(Zeroing range: ≤ 4%FS, For example, a 300 kg scale can only be tared
≤12 kg weight).This function is not available in the TARE mode.
2. [Counting Mode]:
Under counting mode, press

key to enter percentage mode.
In counting mode, press

key to start weight sampling, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays
‘SAPX’, X is the number of samples. Press

key, screen will display ‘10,20,50,100,200,500,1000’
seven sampling number in turn. Press【TARE】key, confirm the sampling number.
After selecting the number of samples, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘LOAD-C’, put the same
number of samples on the scale plate, and press【TARE】key to complete the sampling.
Under sampling mode, press

3. [Percentage Mode]:
Under weighing mode, press

key to enter weighing mode.
In percentage mode, the indicators of ‘KG’,’LB’,’PCS’ are all off.

key and the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘LOAD-P’. There are two ways to sample
the weight:

(1) Put enough samples on the scale, press【TARE】key to complete the sampling.
(2) By pressing the【UNIT】key, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘000000’,press

key to adjust
the number of weights, press【TARE】 key to confirm.
When the weight of the sample is less than 0.1% of the maximum capacity of the scale, the ‘WEIGHT’
window displays ‘-CSL-’, which means the sample is insufficient and needs to be sampled again.

key to re-sample, press

MODE

key to return to the weighing mode.
When percentage sampling is complete, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays the current weight as a
percentage of the sample weight, accurate to 0.1%.

4. [Set Alarm]
：
Under the weighing mode or counting mode, long press
【
UNIT

key, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays
‘HL---ZL’. Press

key to switch between ‘HL---ZL’ and ‘HL---PCS’. ‘HL---ZL’ stands for set weight
alarm, while ‘HL---PCS’ stands for set quantity alarm, and press【TARE】key to confirm.
The ‘WEIGHT’ window display with the last set alarm upper limit and the prompt ‘-HH-’ in turn, if you
do not need to change the previous set value, press 【TARE】 key to directly enter the next step to
set the alarm lower limit; if you need to change the previous set value, press
【
↑
】
key to input the
number, press 【TARE】key to confirm current value, and began to set the next, if it is the most at
the end of the value, then automatically enter the next step to set the alarm lower limit.
If you just enter the state of setting alarm lower limit, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays the last set
weight lower limit and prompt ‘-LL-’ in turn. The operation of this process is the same as setting alarm
upper limit. After the setting of alarm lower limit, enter the setting of alarm mode.
When setting the alarm mode, the ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘-IN-’ stands for set alarm within this
range, ‘-OUT-’ stands for set alarm without this range, and ‘-NO-’ stands for no alarm. At this time,
press

During the setting alarm process, press

5. [Weight Calibration]
：
After starting up the scales, long press

key to enter the calibration.
The ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘D-----5’, press

key to adjust the division value within’1/2/5/10/20’,
and press 【TARE】 key to confirm.

The ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘DOT--3’, press

key to adjust the number of decimal points
within’0/1/2/3/4’, and press 【TARE】 key to confirm.
The ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘ZERO0.5’, press

key to adjust the range of zero
within’0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5/5.0’, and press 【TARE】 key to confirm.
The ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘FULL’ and the maximum range of the scale in turn, press

to adjust the maximum range, for example, the maximum range of 150kg scales would be ‘150.000’,
and press【TARE】 key to confirm.
The ‘WEIGHT’ window displays ‘-LOAD-’ and the weight of the last calibration in turn, press

key to input the weights loading this time, for example, if you loading 20kg farmar this time, input
‘020.000’, and press【TARE】 key to confirm. Put the corresponding farmar on the scale plate, press
【TARE】 key to confirm after stabilization, and the calibration is completed.
During the weight calibration process, press

key to exit.
9. Points for attention
1. THE SECURITY
：
The user must use the right way to access and use the power supply, check whether the
connection is in good condition. You must unplug the power cord before replacing the fuse.
2. MAINTENANCE
：
(1) Gently move the scale to avoid falling or collision.
(2) Clean the scale with a dry or wet cloth. When the water into the scale, do not clean to avoid
damage; Do not use organic solvents to avoid scaling deformation or paint peeling.
No matter whether the scale is powered on or off, do not place items or apply external forces that
exceed the maximum weighing capacity of the scale in order to protect the load cell.
3. OPERATION
：
(1) When using alternating current, check whether the AC light is on. If the light is not on, further
check the power cord to see if it is plugged in correctly or if the fuse has burned out. If necessary,
open the battery cover and disconnect the battery to determine whether the light is damaged.
(2) Handle it gently and weigh it accurately.
(3) Press keys with finger, or other key operation. Do not damage the keyboard by using a pencil,
ball pen, or hard nib.

(4) Electronic scale is a high-precision measuring instrument; Not suitable in high humidity, high
temperature, strong magnetic field, dust or vibration serious situation to use.
(5) Users can bring their own devices for comparison. It is better to compare with the electronic
scale before use every day. If there is any doubt about the scale, it should be stopped immediately
and sent to the metrological testing institution or the authorized maintenance center for inspection.
(6) When using the scale, if ‘Lb’ is displayed in the ‘WEIGHT’ window, it means that the scale
battery can only be used for a short time and it is time to charge the scale.
