This device is designed to provide you with the data of your movements by
tracking your daily activities and heart rate. It is not intended to be a medical
device, thus, small oversights may occur (in the provided data). Driving,
cycling and other physical activities involving movements of hands also may be
counted as steps.

Factors that aect heart rate test results
Non-standard way of wearing (such as display toward wrist inner side) would
aect heart rate signal measuring, such as:
• thegreenlightnotfullycoveryourskin
• armswingandtheslightmovementofdeviceonwrist
• tootightwearing
• raisingthearmhighandclenchingthestwouldaectbloodcirculationandaect
the heart rate signal as well
As with all heart-rate tracking technology, whether a chest heart rate belt or a wrist-
based sensor, the accuracy is aected by personal physiology, location of wear, and type
of movement.
The data of heart rate meter should not be considered as medical accuracy
results and it cannot be used as an accurate indication of your health
condition.

Physical buttons overview
Sport mode button (4) – this button is for fast entering the sport mode of the
smartwatch.
Crown (knob) (5) – this button will perform select/tap functions when pressing it, or it
will perform swipe up/down or switching function when turning it to the corresponding
directions.
Power button (6) – when pressed longer, this button performs power on/o functions,
and when pressed shortly, it performs back/return functions.
Charging
1. Put the charging adapter under the watch. Make sure charging pins of the adapter
are touching the charging contacts of the smartwatch.
2. Use the micro-USB cable to connect the charging adapter to a powered USB port – it
can be a USB wall charger, computer USB port, power bank, etc.
3. It takes up to 2 hours to fully charge the smartwatch.
Pairing with a smartphone

This device is designed to work with smartphones, supporting Bluetooth 4.0 or
higher versions. Be sure that your smartphone’s Bluetooth hardware and
software are working properly; otherwise it may not be able to pair with the
smartwatch or the connection may be unstable.
1. Download OrunningSW application from App Store or Google Play to your
smartphone. (Accept all security requests of the application.)
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. (Be sure that Bluetooth is also enabled on the
smartwatch.)
3. Open the application and allow all security requests of the application.
4. Gotothesettingssectionoftheapplicationandcreateyourpersonalprole.

5. Tap “Connect the smartwatch” in the settings section, follow on-screen instructions
and select the name of the smartwatch in the list of found devices. Now your data
andnoticationscanbesynced.Incasethesmartwatchisnotfound–restartthe
application and the smartwatch by turning it o and on.
6. An IPhone user has to open the Bluetooth menu of the phone and perform pairing
with the smartwatch to enable full functionality of the smartwatch.
Some functionality may not work properly or work dierently depending on the
smartphone model and software. Such issues not necessarily mean the
malfunctioning of the smartwatch.
Time in the smartwatch will be set automatically after synchronisation with a
smartphone.
Device controls
Turn on/o: Hold and press the power (6) button for 3 seconds.
Enter main menu: Swipe from right to left when on the watch interface.
Switch the submenus: Swipe up/down or turn the watch crown (5).
View smartphone notications: Swipe from left to right when on the watch interface.
(Devices must be connected.)
View quick settings menu, weather information and calendar: Swipe down or turn
the crown (5) down when on the watch interface.
View statistics, sports data, personal sleep information, heart rate mode, reminder
alerts, atmospheric pressure, temperature, altitude, GPS status page: Swipe up
when on the watch interface or turn the crown (5) up.
Select menu function: Tap the icon or press the watch crown (5).
Exit menu function: Swipe from left to right.
Return to watch interface: Press the power/back button (6).
Sport mode: Press the sport mode button (4).
Change watch interface: long press the watch display, then swipe left or right to choose
thewatchinterfaceyoulike–conrmitbytappingthescreen.

Sport mode: Select the type
of sports activity and start
tracking your sports activity
session. (Tracking of outdoor
activities requires the GPS
location function to be
turned on.)
Heart rate: Test your heart
rate – beats per minute (BPM)

Activity records: View the
data about the number of
steps, burned calories and
distance travelled.
Sleep monitoring: The device
is able to automatically
recognise your status and
monitor your sleep.
Weather: The smartwatch
will show local weather
information when it is
connected with OrunningSW
application on your
smartphone.

temperature by sensing the
current environment.

current position. You must be
in the open area and wait a

Call logs: View call logs of
your phone.

Some functions will only work when Bluetooth connection with the smartphone
is active.

can adjust them through the“sensor calibration option in the settings menu.

Troubleshooting
Li-Ion/Pi-Po batteries exhibit a gradual decrease in performance over their service life, so
reduction in the initial battery capacity is not an indication of a faulty battery or device.
PROBLEMS SOLUTIONS
The smartwatch shuts
down automatically • Thebatterymightbeempty.
The smartwatch
cannot be turned on • Pressthepowerbuttonforalongertime.

Short battery
performance • Makesurethebatteryhasbeencompletelycharged(at least for two hours).
• Turnotheneedlessfunctionswhicharecausinghigh
power consumption: GPS, screen activation by wrist
movement, high screen brightness, etc.
Connectivity problems • To ensure the proper operation of some smartwatch
functions, OrunningSW app must be started and
working in the background mode of your smartphone
operating system. Do no not disable Bluetooth
connection and do not close the app in the background
applications list.
• Restartthesmartwatch/smartphone.
• Distance between the devices is too long, get them
closer.
GPS location problems • Use this function in the open outdoor area.The area
should be open and not contain tall buildings or other
signal obstacles.
Care and maintenance
• Regularly clean your band and tracker – especially after working out or sweating.
Make sure your device is completely dry after cleaning.
• Be sure your skin is dry before you put your tracker on.
• Do not use abrasive solvents to clean the tracker.
• Do not expose the tracker to extremely high or low temperatures because this will
shorten the life of electronic devices, destroy the battery or distort certain plastic
parts.
• Donotdisposeofthetrackerusingrebecausethiswillresultinanexplosion.
• Do not expose the tracker to contact with sharp objects because this will cause
scratches and damage.
• Do not attempt to disassemble the tracker because this may damage it if you are not
professionally skilled in this area.

Šis įrenginys teikia Jūsų judėjimo duomenis ksuodamas kasdienę veiklą.
Tai nėra medicinos įrenginys, todėl pateikiami duomenys gali būti truputį

Kas gali paveikti pulso matavimo rezultatus
Prietaisą naudojant neįprastai (pvz., ekraną nukreipus į vidinę riešo pusę), gali
pasikeisti pulso signalo matavimas. Pvz.:
• žalialemputėnevisiškailiečiasisuoda;
• siūbuojantrankaišiektiekjudaantriešoesantisprietaisas;
• prietaisasužveržtaspertampriai;
• aukštai pakėlus ranką ir sugniaužus kumštį, pasikeičia kraujo apytaka ir gali pakisti
pulso signalas.
Kaip ir bet kurio kito pulsą matuojančio prietaiso (pvz., per krūtinę juosiamo diržo
arbaantriešonešiojamojutiklio)atvejutikslumaspriklauso nuožmogausziologijos,
naudojimo vietos ir judėjimo pobūdžio.
Širdies pulso matuoklio pateikiami duomenys negali būti lyginami su
medicininių tyrimų tikslumu ir todėl jie negali būti naudojami kaip tikslus

Fizinių mygtukų apžvalga
Sportinio režimo mygtukas (4) – šiuo mygtuku greitai įjungiamas išmaniojo laikrodžio
sportinis režimas.
Karūnėlė (rankenėlė) (5) – spustelėjus šį mygtuką bus atliekamos pasirinkimo /
bakstelėjimo funkcijos, o pasukus atitinkamomis kryptimis – braukimo į viršų / į apačią
arba perjungimo funkcija.
Maitinimo mygtukas (6) – spustelėjus ir palaikius ilgiau mygtuku atliekama įjungimo /
išjungimo funkcija, o trumpai – grįžimo atgal funkcijos.
Įkrovimas
1. Įkrovimo adapterį padėkite po laikrodžiu. Įsitikinkite, kad adapterio įkrovimo
kaištukai liečiasi su išmaniojo laikrodžio įkrovimo kontaktais.
2. „Micro-USB“ laidu sujunkite įkrovimo adapterį su maitinamu USB prievadu – galima
naudoti sieninį USB įkroviklį, kompiuterio USB prievadą, išorinę bateriją ir pan.
3. Išmanusis laikrodis visiškai įkraunamas per 2 valandas.
Susiejimas su išmaniuoju telefonu

Šis prietaisas pritaikytas naudoti kartu su išmaniaisiais telefonais, palaikančiais
4.0 ar naujesnės versijos „Bluetooth“. Įsitikinkite, kad jūsų išmaniojo telefono
„Bluetooth“ aparatinė ir programinė įranga veikia tinkamai; priešingu atveju
susieti su išmaniuoju telefonu gali nepavykti arba ryšys gali būti nestabilus.
1. Iš „App Store“ arba „Google Play“ į savo išmanųjį telefoną atsisiųskite programą
„OrunningSW“ (sutikite su visais programos saugumo reikalavimais).
2. Išmaniajame telefone įjunkite „Bluetooth“ (įsitikinkite, kad „Bluetooth“ taip pat
įjungtas ir išmaniajame laikrodyje).
3. Atidarykite programą ir sutikite su visais programos saugumo reikalavimais.
4. Eikiteįprogramosnuostatųskiltįirsusikurkiteasmeninįprolį.

5. Nuostatų skiltyje bakstelėkite „Prijungti išmanųjį laikrodį“, vadovaukitės ekrane
pateikiamais nurodymais ir rastų prietaisų sąraše pasirinkite išmaniojo laikrodžio
pavadinimą. Tada galėsite sinchronizuoti duomenis ir perspėjimo pranešimus. Jei
išmaniojo laikrodžio rasti nepavyksta, iš naujo paleiskite programą, tada, išjungdami
ir įjungdami – išmanųjį laikrodį.
6. „iPhone“ naudotojui, norinčiam įjungti visas išmaniojo laikrodžio funkcijas, reikia
atidaryti telefono„Bluetooth“ meniu ir susieti telefoną su išmaniuoju laikrodžiu.
Kai kurios funkcijos, priklausomai nuo išmaniojo telefono modelio ir programinės
įrangos, gali veikti netinkamai arba veikti ne taip, kaip numatyta. Šios problemos
nebūtinai reiškia, kad išmanusis laikrodis veikia netinkamai.
Laikas išmaniajame telefone bus nustatytas automatiškai sinchronizavus jį su
išmaniuoju telefonu.
Prietaiso valdikliai
Įjungimas / išjungimas: paspauskite ir 3 sekundes palaikykite nuspaudę maitinimo (6)
mygtuką.
Pagrindinio meniu atidarymas: laikrodžio sąsajoje braukite iš dešinės į kairę.
Antrinių meniu perjungimas: braukite į viršų / į apačią arba pasukite laikrodžio rankenėlę
(5).
Išmaniojo telefono perspėjimo pranešimų peržiūra: laikrodžio sąsajoje braukite iš kairės
į dešinę (prietaisai turi būti sujungti).
Sparčiųjų nuostatų meniu, oro sąlygų informacijos ir kalendoriaus peržiūra: laikrodžio
sąsajoje braukite į apačią arba į apačią pasukite karūnėlę (5).
Statistikos, sporto duomenų, asmens miego informacijos, pulso dažnio režimo,
priminimo signalų, atmosferos slėgio, temperatūros, aukščio, GPS būsenos puslapio
peržiūra: laikrodžio sąsajoje braukite į viršų arba į viršų pasukite karūnėlę (5).
Meniu funkcijos pasirinkimas: bakstelėkite piktogramą arba paspauskite laikrodžio
karūnėlę (5).
Meniu uždarymo funkcija: braukite iš kairės į dešinę.
Grįžimas į laikrodžio sąsają: paspauskite maitinimo / grįžimo atgal mygtuką (6).
Sportinis režimas: paspauskite sportinio režimo mygtuką (4).
Laikrodžio sąsajos keitimas: paspauskite ir ilgiau palaikykite nuspaudę laikrodžio ekraną,
tada braukite į kairę arba į dešinę ir pasirinkite norimą laikrodžio sąsają, tuomet patvirtinkite
bakstelėdami ekraną.
