Please Read instructions fully prior to assembly
•These products may represent a potential shock or fire hazard if
improperly installed. Products should be installed in accordance with
these instructions and current electrical codes
•To avoid electrical shock, disconnect or disable power at the source
prior to installation or maintenance.
•To avoid electrical shock, use only with 12v or 24v DC hardwire or
plug in power supply. Factory warranty will be void if used otherwise
•To avoid product failure, pair the correct voltage power supply to
the correct voltage of the Ribbonlyte e.g., 24v Ribbonlyte with a 24v
power supply. Factory warranty will be void if used otherwise
•Do not use if there is any damage to the Ribbonlyte or to the power
Cord’s insulation. Inspect periodically.
•Ensure proper gauge wires are installed between Power Supplies,
Controls & Ribbonlyte to avoid voltage drop. (Please refer to cable chart)
Instructions
Step 1- Remove all fixtures from Packaging
Step2 –group fixtures into the assembled lengths according to the labelling.
Step 3 - working on assembling one length at a time split the fixtures in two as
shown.
Step 4 –Install the Hanging kits every 1.2m , slide square bolts into the top Housing
slots as shown ensuring they are all positioned approximately 1.2m apart
Step 5- screw both hanging couplers to the bolts and ensure suspension wire hangs
correctly.
Step 6 –slide the lens back and Install the connecting coupling bars into the upper
and lower part of the fixtures as shown and secure the Grub screws using an allen
key.
