C4408R and C4408DR are compatible with ActiV conventional detectors.
Remove the optional identification and security tags from the centre of the
base and use as shown in steps 1, 2 & 4. See overleaf for wiring details.

BASE CONNECTION DETAILS
• Correct polarity must be observed.
• Do not mount bases on uneven surfaces.
• Terminals can accept 0.25-2.5 mm2wiring.
• Screened cables are recommended.
