Note: The pump included in this product is a Dual Action Pump and
can be used for ination and deation. There are two modes available
when inating your board:
• Dual Action Mode will double the amount of air being pumped
into your paddle board. Pumping will get tougher as more air is
pumped into the board. To activate Double Action Mode, close
the Switch Valve (see image below).
• Single Action Mode will reduce the amount of air being
pumped into the board. In Single Action Mode, it is easier to
pump air so we recommend that this is activated when your
board is close to full ination. To activate Single Action Mode,
remove the Switch Valve (see image below).

(0.5-1bar). Do not exceed the maximum recommended pressure.
• Remove connector and replace valve cap when using the board (4)

smooth, at, and clean surface (preferably when inated).
• Check that the n slot is clear of any obstruction. Slide the
Centre Fin into the designated slot, ensuring that the n is
pointing to the back of the board. (1)

USER TIPS
Holding your board
Carry you board using the centre handle by holding it sideways, under
your arm, and with the ns pointing toward your body.
Note: Grip the board tightly as wind can catch it. Stand away from
others to avoid injury when the wind picks up.
Standing on your board
We recommend kneeling on your board before standing.
Slowly stand up, one foot at a time, in the centre of the board. Your
feet should be parallel to each other and in line with the centre handle
– about shoulder width apart.
Keep a slight bend in the knees and your core centred over the board.

English | 17
Holding your paddle when paddle boarding
• A common mistake when paddle boarding is to hold the paddle
incorrectly.
• Place one hand just above the middle of the paddle. Grip the top
of the paddle with your other hand (seen in picture below).
• When holding the paddle above your head, both arms should
have a slight bend.
• When using the paddle, always ensure the paddle base is
pointing forward with the Active Era logo on the blade facing
backwards.

or even punctures to the board during storage.
• Deate your board following instructions found earlier in this
manual.
• Tightly roll it up starting from the opposite end from the valve to
make sure you remove all the remaining air.
• Ensure the Valve Button is in the “UP” position to avoid any dust
