Introduction
The addGame DDR4 Module is designed for high-performance
overclocking and engineered for the latest AMD and Intel platforms.
They build with the finest components, feature with pure premium
aluminum for faster heat dissipation, and tested under the most
stringent conditions. Giving heavy gamers and PC enthusiasts to build
a new performance system.
Before continuing with installation process, please review the warranty
policy and instructions provided by your motherboard and computer
manufacturer to ensure your follow proper procedures to install your
DRAM. Accordingly, by proceeding with any installation, you agree to
be solely responsible for any failure to follow any manufacturer’s
instructions.

Important Notice
1. To prevent your DRAM Module from damage by static electricity,
before installation, please touch an unpainted metal surface on your
computers’ frame.
2. Wear gloves or an ESD wrist strip when handling
3. Please do not use this product in a wet environment. Make suer
that you are working in static-safe environment.
4. Do not grab packages. Hold only the edged of the Memory with
both hands.
5. Please do not disassemble or reassemble the heatsink. If the
product has been disassembled and damaged by user, all
warranties will be void.
6. Please review your system’s owner’s manual to ensure your follow
proper procedures to install your DRAM.

Required Tools & Prepare
1, Memory Module(s) and your computer
2. A Screwdriver (For removing the cover on your computer)
3. Your motherboard/computer’s owner’s manual
Installation Process
1, Shut down your computer system.
2. Unplugging the power code from your computer.
3. Remove the computer cover
4. Touch an unpainted metal surface on your computers’ frame or use
a grounded antistatic wrist strap to prevent electrostatic discharge
(ESD)
5. Locate your DRAM Module
This slot is usually easy to find in desktops. Please refer to your
owner’s manual for the exact location, as every system
looks slightly different.

6. Press Down on the lock/ejector tabs.
The tabs are located at both ends of the memory socket.
7. Insert your new memory module(s). Align the module notch(es)
and key(s) along with the socket notch(es) and key(s) for proper
installation.
8. Press the memory into the socket until the tabs snap into place
and secure the memory module.

Troubleshooting tips
If you have trouble with your new RAM, check these things first.
1. Check the power cords. Is everything plugged in properly?
2. Press harder when inserting modules into the memory slot.
Make sure the notches in your module are lined up with the keys in
the slot.
3. Try removing the module and replacing it to make sure it is
seated properly in the slot.
4. Check the wires and cables inside your computer.
5. Update your BIOS
