2. Electric Power Measurement
Fi st, make su e that the supply voltage (sou ce voltage) and the voltage ating of the equipment to be measu ed a e
identical.
Wattman enables the simultaneous measu ement of the voltage, elect ic cu ent, elect ic powe , and f equency values.
It basically enables the measu ement of a 9mW~3.75kW ange (consumption and standby powe measu ement).
1. When the powe is on, the voltage, elect ic cu ent, elect ic powe , and f equency values will be displayed on the
LCD sc een.
2. When measu ing, connect the measu ement load to the f ont plug socket of Wattman.
3. When the DISPLAY button is p essed, conve sion will be accomplished in the following o de :
elect ic powe → elect ic ene gy → powe facto → amount of CO2emission→elect ic cha ge.
4. When measu ing fo a long time (mo e than 1 hou ), set at a maximum of 10A.
3. Electric Energy Measurement
Elect ic ene gy measu ement will be conducted up to 2000 kWh.
Ex) Fo the instantaneous powe of 1 KW, it is 2000 hou s.
1. DISPLAY P ess the button to set the accumulative elect ic ene gy mode
2. P ess the

CO2 emission amount values, and to be displayed on the sc een.
The elect ic cha ge and CO2emissionamountpe kWhappliedcanbemodified, ifnecessa y.
① Electric Charge Measurement
Please note that the ave age elect ic cha ge of an ave age household (with an elect ic powe usage ate of
300
kWh/month) is KRW168/kWh.
Ex. Elect ic cha ge (KRW ₩) = 1 kWh × 168 (₩)
* The electric charge unit can be modified using the “Setting” key.
② CO2 Emission mount Measurement
The allowable amount of fossil fuel (pet oleum, coal) CO2 emission fo 1kWh powe gene ation is 0.424kg (acco ding to
the 2005 esea ch data obtained by Ko ea Institute of Ene gy).
Ex. Amount of CO2emission(Kg) = 1 kWh × 0.424 kg
※ As the bases of the CO2 emission amounts a e diffe ent, modification can be done using the “Setting” key.
③ How to Set
1. When “COST SET” is p essed, the p eviously set value will be displayed with a unit on the sc een.
2. The up (▲), down (▼), left (◀), and ente (⤶) buttons can be used fo the co esponding functions.
3. The value can be modified using the up (▲), down (▼), o left (◀) buttons.
4. P ess “Ente (⤶)” to save the setting. The unit setting can be modified in the same way.
When all the modifications have been done, p ess “COST SET” to finalize the changes made.
