Do not stare into the laser beam or direct it towards other people.
Caution! The laser-emitting product may be behind you while you are working on other projects. Be careful
when facing the product.
WARNING:
Do not operate the product around children or allow children to operate the product.
Do not point the laser at reective surfaces. Reective surfaces could reect the beam back at the operator
or other persons.
WARNING: The use of controls, adjustments, or the performance of procedures other than those specied in
this manual may result in hazardous radiation exposure.
When the laser is brought into a warm environment from very cold conditions, or vice versa, allow it to come
to the surrounding temperature before use.
Always store the product indoors and avoid substantial knocks, continuous vibration, or extreme
temperatures.
Always keep the product away from dust, liquids, and high humidity. These may damage internal
components or aect accuracy.
If laser radiation hits your eye, close your eyes and immediately turn your head away from the beam.
Do not position the laser beam so that it unintentionally blinds you or others.
Do not look into a laser beam using magnifying optical devices, such as binoculars or a telescope, as this
increases the level of eye injury.
If you use laser goggles to enhance the visibility of the laser beam, please note that they do not protect your
eyes against laser radiation.
Do not remove or deface warning labels on the product.
Do not disassemble the product. Laser radiation can cause serious eye injury.
When not in use, turn o the power, engage the pendulum lock, and place the product in its carrying pouch.
Make sure that the pendulum lock mechanism is engaged before transporting the product.
NOTE: If the pendulum lock mechanism is not engaged before transportation, internal mechanical damage
may occur.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solutions. Use only a clean, soft cloth for cleaning.
Avoid heavy impact to or dropping of the product. The accuracy of the product should be checked before use
if it has been dropped or subjected to other mechanical stress.
Any repair required on the product should be performed only by authorised service personnel.
Do not operate the product in explosion hazardous areas or in aggressive environments.
If the product is not in use for a long period of time, remove the batteries from the battery compartment. This
will prevent the batteries from leaking and causing corrosion damage.
Flat batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Care for the environment and
take them to the collection points provided in accordance with national or local regulations. The
product must not be disposed of with household waste. Dispose of the product appropriately in
accordance with the national regulations enforced in your country. Adhere to the national and

CHANGING BATTERIES
LOW BATTERY INDICATION
Change the batteries when the laser beams begin to dim.
If the product is not in use for a long period of time, remove the batteries from the battery
compartment. This will prevent batteries from leaking and causing corrosion damage.
When the voltage is low, the brightness of the laser is reduced and the
low battery indication (green LED near the V/H button) flashes once every
0.5 seconds.
It is still possible to continue the work, but the product will automatically
shut down when the voltage is too low.

WORKING IN SELF-LEVELING MODE
In self-leveling mode, the product will level itself in a ±3° range and can project a
horizontal beam, two vertical beams,or all three beams simultaneously.
Place the product on a solid,
at,vibration-free surface or
on a tripod.
Slide the locking switch to the
ON position.
The product will generate
three laser beams.
(A) vertical beam forward
(B) side vertical beam
(C) horizontal beam forward
(D) laser point (plumb)
The product will generate
upward cross beams (E) and
forward cross (F) beams when
all beams are activated.
Choose your preferred beam by
pressing the V/H beam button.
If the initial level of the product is
beyond ± 3° and the self-leveling
mode is activated, the laser beams
will ash and a beeping
alarm will be heard.
In this case,reposition the
product.
Before moving the product, slide the

PLUMB FUNCTION
PULSE MODE FUNCTION
With the plumb function, a point on the floor can be projected perpendicularly to the ceiling.
The point of reference from the floor is aligned with the intersection of the cross line on the
ceiling.
Use the plumb function to transfer the reference point for light installation, vents, and
heights.
For outdoor work under direct sunlight or bright conditions and for extended indoor ranges
of up to 50 m / 164 ft., use the pulse mode with a detector.
A detector is not included and must be purchased separately.
When the pulse mode is activated, the laser beams will flash at a very high frequency
(invisible to the human eye). This will allow the detector to locate the laser beams.
The pulse mode can be
activated in self-leveling
mode (A) or manual mode (B).
If the P button is pressed, the
green LED next to it will light
up.
When the pulse mode is turned
on, the visibility of the laser
beams are slightly reduced.
For information on how to
operate the detector, refer to
the operating instructions for
the detector.
To turn off the pulse mode,
press the P button again,and
the green LED near it will turn
off.
