soapordetergent.Avoidsolvents,acid,alkali,scouring
padsorpowderthatcouldirreparablydamagethe
stainlesssteelsurface

detergentordegreasingagents
3. Thecharcoalfilterscannotbecleanedandbustbe
generallyreplacedafter6monthsofuse

24”(600mm)fromanelectricorinductioncooktop,
and30”(762mm)aboveagascooktopforsafetyand
optimumperformance.Iftheinstructionsfor
installationofthegascooktopspecifyagreater
distance,thishastobetakenintoaccount.(seepic1,in
nextpage)Theexhaustairmustnotbedischarged
intoafluewhichisusedforexhaustingfumesfrom
otherappliancesburninggasorotherfuels
2. Toinstallontothewall,mountingbracketshouldbe
positionedonwall13.75”(350mm)abovethebottom

4. Drill2holesinwall2.75”(70mm)oneithersideof
centrepointofrangehood.Drill2additionalholesfor
mountingbracket2.36”(60mm)fromexistingholes.

andconnectittothekitchenoutletvent.(seepic3in

6. Inserttheouterchimney,theouterchimneyshouldbe
fixedonthemainbodybyscrews.Thenmountthe
bracketandinserttheinnerchimneyandscrewitto
tighten.(seepic4innextpage)
7. Ensurethatthewallthehoodistobeinstalledonis
sufficientlysturdytocarrytheweightofthehood.It
shouldbemountedlevelforbestperformance
