1. INTRODUCTION
MDcure is a device for the relief of lower back pain. By producing therapeutic electromagnetic
fields, this innovative patent-pending device has massaging effects including increased blood
flow and perfusion, muscle relaxation, pain reduction and consequently, improved range of
motion.
2. INTENDED USE
Lower back pain associated with:
■Muscle strain, pull or tear
■Muscle overuse, repetitive motion injury
■Poor posture, prolonged sitting
■Weak core muscles

3. FEATURES
1. Treatment pad –placed on the treated area

4. POSITIONING OF PAD
Treatment pad (either side) should be placed on the lower back.
Pad can be placed over clothing; there is no need for skin contact.
Place the pad on the lower back gently; do not fold it.
Use the provided fabric belt to tie the pad around your waist, keep it in position,
and free your hands.
The pad can be used in the sitting, standing or walking position.
Do not remove the pad cover when treating your back.

5. OPERATING PROCEDURE
1. Connect pad to device.
2. Press and hold the ON power button until the green light indicator turns on.
3. After several seconds,the unit will beep once and the yellow light indicator
will start flashing. The light will flash while treatment is conducted.
4. The device will shut off automatically at the end of the treatment after 30
minutes, the unit will beep once.

6. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
For back pain it is recommended that you use the device 2 to 3 times a day, for at least 2
weeks, or as recommended by your health professional. If symptoms persist after 2 weeks,
continue therapy either until symptoms end or 6 weeks, whichever is first.
The device has a cumulative effect. Therefore, it is recommended that you complete the
course of treatments, even if you feel immediate improvement of your symptoms.
If your symptoms still persist after 6 weeks or worsen during treatment, consult your health
care professional.
It is essential to follow the instructions in this user manual and recommendations made by
your health professional.

7. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS
Warning: Carefully read all Warnings and Instructions for Use prior to using the device. Failure to read
and follow all instructions for use, or failure to observe all stated warnings, could diminish the effectiveness
of the treatment.
Do not use MDcure:
- If you have a pacemaker or a defibrillator
- If you are pregnant
- If you are a patient treated for any type of cancer
- To mask or relieve undiagnosed pain
- Other than as instructed in this manual or directed by your health care professional
* Not to be used on infants or children
If you are in doubt about any of these warnings, please consult your health care professional.

8. TROUBLESHOOTING

If your problem is still not resolved, contact Aerotel or your local dealer (contact details on
back cover) for advice. If you are advised to send the device for maintenance, please ship
(postage pre-paid) to the address specified on the back cover.

9. BATTERY
Be sure to use the specified battery. Specifications: 9V Alkaline Battery.
Contact your supplier to place orders.
Avoid discarding used batteries as ordinary waste.
10. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The zipped-on pad fabric cover can be hand washed in lukewarm water and gentle soap.
Do not wash in a washing machine.
Do not wet the pad itself.
Do not fold the treatment pad.
Do not disconnect the treatment pad when in use.
Disconnect the treatment pad from the device when not in use.

11. LIMITED WARRANTY
Aerotel Ltd. devices are warranted against defective material and workmanship (excluding batteries) for one
year following delivery of the device to the original purchaser. If any device or any part thereof in the judgment
of Aerotel Ltd. is proven to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of the
original purchase, such defects will be repaired or replaced (at the company's discretion) free of charge for
parts and labor. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been damaged by accident (dropped,
waterlogged, used without authorized attachments and cables), or which has been misused, abused, altered
or repaired by anyone other than Aerotel Ltd. or its representatives, or which has been damaged by uninsured
shipping or inappropriate repacking for return. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or
implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and no person is
authorized to assume for Aerotel Ltd. any other liability in connection with the sale of this product. Aerotel Ltd.
shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential incident, special or punitive damages arising out of or in
connection with the operation of the device. To obtain the warranty,please complete the registration form
enclosed with the device and post to the address listed on the back cover.
