Turn on/off power Press the front, left I/O button.
Press PAUSE to view the current settings and
operate the oven.
Controls line power to the unit.
Adjust the oven
temperature
Press and hold the UP or DOWN button until
the set point blinks to access the set point.
Press the UP or DOWN button to set the
temperature (Centigrade).
These controls are associated with
the heating function.
Adjust the rotisserie
motor speed, pause
the motor or jog the
motor
Press and hold the UP or DOWN button until
the set point blinks to access the set point.
Press the UP or DOWN button to set the
speed (RPM).
Press PAUSE to pause the rotisserie.
When the door is open, you can use the
PAUSE button as the JOG button.
Press PAUSE again to take the oven out of
pause to program or run the oven.
These controls adjust the speed
of the rotisserie motor.

Never stack more than two
ovens.
Do not attempt to monitor the thermal
performance of the oven using non-
Affymetrix temperature probes.
Affymetrix calibrates the temperature
profile at the factory to ensure proper
operation.
Balance the carriers in the
rotisserie by placing each
carrier 180°from each other.
Use the carrier retainer to
secure the cartridge carriers.
Ensure proper amount of free space around oven.
Place ovens away from air conditioning units
