OPERAZIONI DA COMPIERE CON RIFERIMENTO BATTUTA ANTA
OPERATIONS TO BE EXECUTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE
SASH REBATE
1) Inserire l’anta nel telaio spessorandola perimetralmente secondo
l’aria di costruzione. Bloccare anta e telaio con morsetti.
1) Insert the sash in the frame, and shim the perimeter in accordance
with the construction air gap. Secure the sash and frame by means
of clamps.
2) Regolare lo spostamento laterale della dima agendo sulle viti A
(Fig.1 e 2) e collocando il cursore sulle tacche di riferimento Bin
funzione del tipo di cerniera utilizzata. I valori indicati sulla dima
fanno riferimento alla posizione del primo foro vite e alla distanza
della battuta dall’asse cerniera:
2) Adjust the lateral movement of the jig by means of screws A(Fig.1
and 2) and position the cursor on reference notches B, according
to the type of hinge used. The values indicated on the jig refer to
the position of the rst screw hole and to the distance of the rebate
from the hinge axis:

3) Sbloccare le viti Ce regolare le squadrette di appoggio D(Fig.3),
allineando alla freccia Ela tacca con la misura del primo foro vite
della cerniera utilizzata.
3) Loosen screws Cand adjust the support brackets D(Fig.3),
aligning the notch indicating the measurement of the rst screw hole
of the hinge used with arrow E.
4) Allentare i pomelli zigrinati F(Fig.4 e 5) e posizionare la dima G
sull’anta con le due squadrette Din appoggio alla battuta laterale.
Assicurarsi che la parte Hdella dima sia a contatto con il telaio e
bloccare quindi i pomelli.
4) Loosen the knurled knobs F(Fig.4 and 5) and position jig Gon
the sash, with the two brackets Dresting against the lateral rebate.
Make sure that part Hof the jig is in contact with the frame, then
fasten the knobs.
5) Regolare la distanza della cerniera dalla battuta superiore ed
inferiore dell’anta (Fig.6): allentare il fermo I (Fig.7) e far scorrere
il blocchetto di riferimento Llungo l’asta no a quando la lama di
riscontro Mè alla distanza desiderata dall’asse cerniera (minimo
108 mm, massimo 312 mm). Per misure superiori a 190 mm
occorre capovolgere il blocchetto L, dopo aver tolto il fermo Ie la
vite relativa (Fig.7).
5) Adjust the distance of the hinge from the upper and lower sash
rebates (Fig.6): loosen the retainer I(Fig.7) and slide reference
block L along the rod until locator blade Mis at the required
distance from the hinge axis (108 mm minimun, 312 mm maximun).
For measurements in excess of 190 mm, turn over block Lafter
having removed retainer Iand related screw (Fig.7).
6) Fissare la dima all’imposta con morsetti e forare con punte ø3 e
ø12 seguendo gli schemi di foratura per cardini e cerniere riportati
sul catalogo tecnico.
6) Secure the jig to the sash by means of clamps and drill using ø3
and ø12 bits, following the pintle and hinge drilling diagrams shown
in the technical catalogue.
