OPERATION
MAINTENANCE
1. Atthebeginningofeachseason,lubricate,withalight
machineoil,thelatch,thelatchpivotbolt,andthearea
oftheaxlewherethedrawbartonguepivots.
2. Grease or oil the wheel bearings periodically. Use
automotive wheel bearing type grease or 20 weight
oil.
3. Keeptireslledtotherecommendedtirepressureof
12-14 psi.
1. Refertothevehicleownersmanualforinstructionson
safe operation on slopes.
2. Usetheslopeguideprovidedonpage7ofthismanual
to determine if slope angle is too steep for safe
operation.
3. Forbesthandlingandtraction,distributetheweightof
theloadevenlyinthecart.
4. Alwaystestto make sureyourtractorhas adequate
towing and braking capabilities whenever hauling a
substantialamountof weightinyour cart. Useextra
cautionwhenoperatingonslopes.
Do Not Exceed 500 Lb. Weight Capacity Of Cart
One cubic foot of dirt weighs approximately 80 lbs.
5. Todumpmaterialfromthecart,removethetailgate(1)
byliftingitstraightupandoutfrombetweentheguides.
Releasethespringlatchonthetonguebypullingthe
latchlocklever(13)forward,awayfromthecart.The
cartbedwillthentiltbackwardstoemptyitscontents.
Afteremptying,pullthefrontofthebeddowntowardthe
carttongueuntilthelatchlockleversnapsintoplace.
Replacethetailgateifdesired.
6. Themaximumtowingspeedforthiscartis10m.p.h.
IMPORTANT!

beaffectedwiththeadditionofanaccessory

5. Donotallowadultstooperatethetractororcartattachmentwithoutproperinstructions.
6. Alwaysbeginwiththetransmissioninrst(low)andgraduallyincreasespeedasconditionspermit.
7. Towthecartatreducedspeedoverroughterrainandhillsidesornearcreeksandditchestopreventtippingoverand
lossofcontrol.Donotdrivetooclosetoacreekorditch.
8. Vehiclebrakingandstabilitymaybeaffectedwiththeattachmentofthiscart.Donotllcarttomaximumweightcapacity
withoutcheckingthecapabilityofthetowingvehicletosafelypullandstopwiththecartattached.
9. Beforeoperatingvehicleonanygrade(hill)refertothesafetyrulesinthevehicleowner'smanualconcerningsafe
operationonslopes.Referalsototheslopeguideonpage7ofthismanual.Stay off steep slopes!

SLOPE GUIDE
(Keep this sheet in a safe place for future reference.)
Use this guide to determine if a slope is safe for the operation of your tractor and cart. Refer also
to the instructions in your vehicle owners manual.
CAUTION: DONOT OPERATEYOURTRACTORANDCARTONA SLOPE
IN EXCESS OF 10 DEGREES. BE SURE OFYOURTRACTOR'STOWING AND BRAKING CAPABILITIES BEFORE OPERATING ON A SLOPE. AVOID ANY SUDDEN TURNS OR MANEUVERS WHILE ON A SLOPE.

OPERACIÒN
MANTENIMIENTO
1. Con cada cambio de estación, utilice aceite ligero para
máquinasparalubricarelcierre,eltornillodegirodelcierre
ylazonadelejeenlaquegiralalengüetadeenganche.
2. Engraseolubriqueconaceiteloscojinetesdelasruedasde
formaperiódica.Utiliceaceitedeautomociónparacojinetes
de ruedas o aceite 20W.
3. Mantengalosneumáticosinadosaunapresiónrecomendada
de 12-14 psi.
5. Para volcar el material del carrito, retire la puerta trasera
(1) elevándola y sacándola de las guías. Suelte el cierre
delmuelledelalengüetatirandodelapalancadebloqueo
delcierre(13)haciadelante,alejándoladelcarrito.Labase
delcarritoseinclinaráhaciaatrásparavaciarsucontenido.
Unavezvacío,tiredelapartedelanteradelabasehaciala
lengüetadelcarritohastaqueelcierrequedeenganchado
en su posición. Vuelva a colocar la puerta trasera si así lo
desea.
6. Lavelocidadderemolquemáximaparaestecarritoesde
16,5km/h.
PRECAUCIÓN: Para evitar posibles daños
personales,antesdesoltarelcierre,asegúrese
dequenohaynadiejuntoalcarrito.
PRECAUCIÓN: La capacidad de frenado y la
estabilidaddelvehículopuedenverseafectadas
porlautilizacióndecualquiertipodeaccesorio.
Tengaencuantalascondicionescambiantes
cuandotrabajeenpendientes.
REGLAS DE SEGURIDAD
Cualquierequipomovidopormotorpuedecausarlesionessiseoperainadecuadamenteosielusuarionoentiendecómodebe
operarlo. Manténgase atento y cauteloso siempre que opere el equipo.
1. Consulte el manual de usuario del vehículo para ver las
instruccionessobrefuncionamientoseguroenpendientes.
2. Utilice la guía de pendientes de la página 9 de este manual
para determinar si el ángulo de la pendiente es demasiado
pronunciado para un funcionamiento seguro.
3. Paraconseguirelmejormanejoylamayortracciónposibles,
distribuya el peso de la carga de forma uniforme en el
carrito.
4. Asegúresedequesuvehículotractortienelacapacidadde
remolque y de frenado adecuada para remolcar una cantidad
depesoconsiderableensucarrito.Extremelasprecauciones
cuandotrabajeenpendientes.
No superar los 226 kg de capacidad del carrito.

2. Graissezoulubriezlesroulementsdesrouespériodiquement.
Utilisezdelagraissepourroulementderoued'automobileou
del'huiledepoids20.
3. Maintenezlespneusbiengonésàlapressionrecommandée
de 12-14 psi.
5. Pourdéchargerdesmatériauxhorsdelaremorque,retirezle
hayon(1)arrièreenlesoulevanttoutdroitethorsdesguides.
Relâchezleressortdeverrouillagedelabarred'attelageen
tirantlelevierduloquetdeverrouillage(13)versl'avant,hors
delaremorque.Leplancherdelaremorquevaainsis'incliner
versl'arrièrepourvidersoncontenu.Aprèsavoirtoutdéchargé,
tirezl'avantduplancherverslebasetverslabarred'attelage
delaremorquejusqu'àcequeleloquets'enclencheenplace.
Replacezlehayonarrièresivousledésirez.
6. Lavitessedeconduitemaximalepermisepourleremorquage
