1 Introductie
1.1 Beschrijving product
Bedoeld gebruik
De AVILED®premium (blue) is bedoeld als verlichtingsarmatuur voor het verlichten van veestallen en
agrarische gebouwen en hallen. Elk ander gebruik dan het hierboven beschreven bedoeld gebruik, is
onbedoeld gebruik. Agrilight b.v. aanvaardt geen enkele verantwoording voor schade of letsel voortvloeiend
uit onbedoeld gebruik.
Het product voldoet aan de EMC richtlijn volgens normen EN55015 en EN61547.
Dit is de oorspronkelijke handleiding. Lees en bewaar deze handleiding goed!

4 Voorzorgsmaatregelen en veiligheidsinstructies
Algemene voorzorgsmaatregelen
• Lees eerst de veiligheidsvoorschriften alvorens met de
installatie of gebruik van het product te beginnen!
• De fabrikant hecht er het grootste belang aan, dat het
product wordt gebruikt en onderhouden op een wijze
waarbij de veiligheid van de gebruikers voorop staat. Om
een veilig en betrouwbaar gebruik te waarborgen, dient u
als volgt te werk te gaan:
1. Lees de handleiding en veiligheidsvoorschriften voordat het
product wordt geïnstalleerd.
2. Draagt u er zorg voor dat alle bij de installatie en
inbedrijfstelling betrokken personen het relevante uit de
handleiding en veiligheidsvoorschriften kennen, alvorens
resp. de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van het product
plaats vindt. Verzeker u er van, dat die aanwijzingen
ook daadwerkelijk worden begrepen. De verantwoording
hiervoor ligt bij de installatieverantwoordelijke.
• Neem steeds de veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht. Indien de
veiligheidsvoorschriften, waarschuwingen en instructies
niet worden opgevolgd kan dit leiden tot zwaar of dodelijk
persoonlijk letsel en tot schade aan de installatie.
• Het product (of componenten van het product) staan indien
aangesloten onder een spanning van 230V.
• Om een goede en veilige werking te kunnen garanderen
dienen bij voorkeur originele onderdelen van de fabrikant
te worden toegepast, of onderdelen van een minimaal
gelijkwaardige kwaliteit.
• Enige voorzichtigheid is geboden bij de omgang met
het armatuur/ met armaturen, ook om schade door
mechanische overbelasting van componenten te
voorkomen.
• Vermijd stoten en andere oneigenlijke belastingen bij
het transport, bij de montage en bij het gebruik van het
armatuur en andere producten.
• Armatuurglazen mogen niet worden losgenomen, omdat dit
de afdichting zou kunnen beschadigen. Bij het losnemen
van het armatuurglas vervalt de garantie.
Installatie
• Het is belangrijk dat het product door een gecerticeerde
installateur wordt geïnstalleerd. Indien dit niet gebeurt, dan
vervalt de garantie op het product.
• Onder opvolging van de installatierichtlijnen, dienen
tegelijk de algemene en lokale bouw-, veiligheid- en
installatieregelgeving te worden gerespecteerd.
• Blokkeer altijd het verkeer in het gebied waar het product is
geïnstalleerd, voordat aan de installatie gewerkt wordt.
• Houd de directe omgeving gedurende de werkzaamheden
vrij van dieren en van (intern) transport.
• Gebruik uitsluitend geïsoleerd gereedschap!
• Verzeker u er van dat de elektrische voeding overeenkomt
met de voor het product benodigde spanning en
stroomsterkte die op de sticker is vermeld.
• Raadpleeg ten behoeve van het elektrisch aansluiten het
aansluitschema van de handleiding, en neem de lokaal
geldende wettelijke aansluitvoorwaarden in acht (bijv. in
Nederland: NEN 1010).
• Zorg er voor dat de bedrading niet onder spanning komt te
staan en dat deze niet los- of klemraakt tussen delen.
• Maak voordat u een kunststof deksel van een armatuur
opent deze spanningsloos voor een veilige werksituatie.
• De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade,
voortkomend uit een onjuiste montage.
Onderhoud
• Maak altijd het product spanningsloos voor werkzaamheden
aan het product te verrichten.
• Houd er rekening mee dat zowel armatuurglazen als
lampen heet worden, en ernstige brandwonden kunnen
veroorzaken. Laat lampen na het uitschakelen van een
armatuur minimaal gedurende 30 minuten afkoelen,
alvorens deze te hanteren.
Storingen
• Wees bij het foutzoeken bedacht op het potentieel gevaar
van onder spanning staande delen. Hoewel producten
op veiligheid zijn ontworpen en geaard zijn uitgevoerd, is
het nooit volledig uit te sluiten dat storingen in dit opzicht
gevaar kunnen opleveren. Het hanteren van de elektrische
installatie, en het verrichten van metingen daaraan, is
voorbehouden aan een erkend elektrotechnisch installateur.
• Maak armaturen in alle gevallen spanningsloos voordat
u de kunststof deksel opent (schakel de hoofdschakelaar
uit, en borg deze met bijvoorbeeld een hangslot). Wees
bedacht op, en voorkom, een onbedoeld inschakelen door
anderen of door een geautomatiseerde besturing en/of
schemerschakelaar.
• Raak bij storingen het product niet aan zolang de
voedingsspanning is ingeschakeld, indien de behuizing is
beschadigd, en wanneer het product nat is.
Correcte verwijdering van producten
• Het symbool op het materiaal, de accessoires of verpakking
geeft aan dat dit product niet als huishoudelijk afval
mag worden behandeld. Voer het apparaat af via het
verzamelpunt voor de recycling van afgedankte elektrische
en elektronische apparatuur binnen de EU en in andere
Europese landen die aparte verzamelsystemen voor
gebruikte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur kennen.

5 Montage en installatie
5.1 Voorbereiding voor montage
• Schakel de netspanning uit voordat u aan de installatie begint.
• De gehele elektrische installatie dient uitgevoerd te worden door een elektrotechnisch installateur en
overeenkomstig te zijn met de plaatselijk geldende wetten en regelgeving.
1. Raadpleeg het lichtplan.
2. Haal de AVILED® premium (blue) uit de verpakking en controleer de inhoud (guur 2).
Plaats het armatuur met de glasplaat naar boven om beschadigingen aan de
glasplaat te voorkomen.
3. Maak de keuze voor ophanging met kettingen of met beugels.
De ophanging dient u zelf apart te bestellen bij Agrilight en wordt niet standaard bij het
product geleverd.
5.2 De AVILED®premium (blue) elektrisch aansluiten
Het armatuur kan worden bediend via een DALI lichtmanagementsysteem.
Meerdere armaturen kunnen binnen één systeem worden aangesloten (guur 4). Raadpleeg de
website voor meer informatie betreffende de elektrotechnische installatie.
5.2.1 De voedingskabel aansluiten
1. Schakel de netspanning uit (guur 3).
2. Verwijder de eindkap met de wartels. Draai hiervoor twee schroeven los met behulp van een Torx 25
schroevendraaier (guur 5).
3. Duw de voedingskabel door de wartel in de eindkap (guur 6).
Zorg ervoor dat de voedingskabel aan de kant van de elektronica door de wartel steekt.
Gebruik een voedingskabel met een buitendiameter van 7-13 mm.
4. Strip de voedingskabel op 150 mm.
5. Strip de bedrading van de voedingskabel op de juiste lengte:
N, L
Y: 40 mm 35 mm
X: 8 mm 8 mm
De bedrading dient een minimale diameter van 1,5 mm2te hebben.
6. Verwijder de zwarte connector van de voeding uit de AVILED premium (guur 7).
7. Sluit de bedrading van de voedingskabel aan op de zwarte connector volgens het aansluitschema
(guur 8):

Sluit L1 alleen aan indien u de AVILED premium blue variant heeft! Sluit L1 niet aan indien u
de AVILED premium variant heeft.
8. Duw de zwarte connector weer terug in de AVILED premium (guur 9).
De connector dient volledig tegen de aansluiting in de AVILED premium te zijn geduwd.

5.2.2 Een DALI lichtmanagementsysteem aansluiten
1. Duw de DALI kabel door de tweede wartel in de eindkap (guur 10).
Gebruik voor de DALI aansluiting een 2 aderige kabel met een buitendiameter van 7-13 mm.
2. Strip de DALI kabel op 250 mm.
3. Strip de bedrading van de Dali kabel op de juiste lengte (zie stap 5 paragraaf 5.2.1).
De bedrading dient een minimale diameter van 1,5 mm2te hebben.
4. Verwijder de witte DALI connector uit de AVILED premium (guur 11).
5. Sluit de bedrading van de DALI kabel aan op de witte DALI connector volgens het aansluitschema (zie
guur 12).
6. Duw de witte DALI connector weer terug in de AVILED premium (guur 13).
De connector dient volledig tegen de aansluiting in de AVILED premium te zijn geduwd.
7. Duw de eindkap weer terug op de AVILED premium en bevestig de eindkap met twee schroeven. Draai
de schroeven vast met een moment van 1 Nm met behulp van een Torx 25 schroevendraaier (guur 14).
8. Draai beide wartels vast met een moment van 4 Nm (guur 15).
5.3 Beugels monteren en het armatuur ophangen
Hang het armatuur nooit vertikaal op. Hierdoor kan het armatuur beschadigen.
De ophanging dient u zelf apart te bestellen bij Agrilight en wordt niet standaard bij het product
geleverd.
Tip! Gebruik de ingebouwde waterpas om het armatuur waterpas te hangen.
1. Schuif de gekozen ophanging in de bevestigingsrails op het armatuur (guur 16).
Ophanging met montagebeugels
2. Bevestig de plafondbeugel (guur 16).
3. Verbind de ophangbeugel met de plafondbeugel door middel van de bevestigingsmaterialen (guur 17).
Voer deze handeling uit met twee personen. Ondersteun het armatuur tijdens deze handeling.
Ophanging met kettingen
1. Haak de kettingen (niet meegeleverd) in de ogen van de kettingbeugel.
2. Bevestig de kettingen aan het plafond.
3. Hang het armatuur aan het ophangsysteem.
6 Ingebruikname
• Schakel de netspanning in om de werking van het armatuur te testen. Zie hoofdstuk 8 indien het
armatuur niet inschakelt.
Het armatuur start standaard op 10% lichtniveau.
7 Onderhoud en onderhoudsschema
• Het armatuur kan gereinigd worden met een vochtige doek.
• Reinig maandelijks de glazen armatuurkap.
• Gebruik geen schurende middelen.
• Gebruik geen bijtende schoonmaakmiddelen of middelen met bleek.

8 Storing en reparatie
Vervang zelf geen onderdelen (ook geen LED of LED module). Indien u dit wel doet,
vervalt de garantie.
Indien het armatuur niet inschakelt:
• Controleer de bedrading. Indien de bedrading beschadigd is, laat een vakbekwaam persoon de
bedrading vervangen.
De voedingskabel vervangen:
1. Haal de spanning van het armatuur.
2. Draai twee Torx schroeven los op de eindkap met wartels. Gebruik een Torx 20 schroevendraaier.
3. Verwijder de eindkap met wartels (guur 5).
4. Ontkoppel de voedingskabel van de vierpolige stekker (guur 7).
5. Verwijder de oude voedingskabel.
6. Sluit een nieuwe voedingskabel aan. Zie paragraaf 5.2.1.
Gebruik alleen een voedingskabel met een buitendiameter van 7-13 mm.
Indien de LEDs niet naar behoren werken, kunt u controleren of de bedrading goed is aangesloten op de
vierpolige stekker.
Indien de lichtbesturing niet goed werkt, controleer dan de bedrading van de tweepolige DALI stekker.
Indien het armatuur nog niet naar behoren werkt, neem dan contact op met uw lokale dealer.
9 Buitenbedrijfstelling, demontage, sloop,
opslag en transport, milieu
• Het symbool op het materiaal, de accessoires of verpakking geeft aan dat dit product niet als
huishoudelijk afval mag worden behandeld. Voer het apparaat af via het verzamelpunt voor de
recycling van afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur binnen de EU en in andere
Europese landen die aparte verzamelsystemen voor gebruikte elektrische en elektronische
apparatuur kennen. Door het apparaat op de juiste manier af te voeren, helpt u mogelijke gevaren voor
het milieu en de volksgezondheid te voorkomen die anders door verkeerde behandeling van het
afgedankte apparaat zouden worden veroorzaakt. Het recyclen van materialen draagt bij aan het behoud
van natuurlijke rijkdommen. Voer daarom uw oude elektrische en elektronische apparatuur niet af via het
huishoudelijke afval.
• LED’s bevatten elektronica en dienen bij de daarvoor aangewezen instanties te worden
aangeleverd.
• Informeer binnen uw regio naar de mogelijkheden om het armatuur af te leveren bij beëindiging van
gebruik. Gooi elektrische apparaten en onderdelen niet weg, maar bekijk of (onderdelen van) de module
ingeleverd, gerecycled of hergebruikt kunnen worden.
• Sla overige armaturen op in een droge en schone omgeving.
10 Garantie
Een garantieperiode van 5 jaar is van toepassing. Zie de algemene leveringsvoorwaarden en

4 Precautions and safety instructions
General precautions
• First read the safety instructions before starting the
installation or use of the product!
• It is of utmost importance to the manufacturer that the
product is used and maintained in a manner that ensures
the safety of the users. To guarantee a safe and reliable
use, proceed as follows.
1. Read the manual and safety instructions before the product
is installed.
2. Make sure that all people involved in the installation and
commissioning know the relevant parts of the manual and
safety instructions before the installation and commissioning
of the product takes place. Make sure that these instructions
are really understood. The responsibility for this lies with the
person responsible for the installation.
• Always comply with the safety instructions. If the safety
instructions, warnings and instructions are not followed, this
may lead to serious or lethal personal injury and to damage
to the installation.
• If connected, the product (or components of the product)
are powered by a 230V power supply.
• To ensure proper and safe operation, preferably original
components of the manufacturer should be used, or
components of at least the same quality.
• Somecautionshouldbeexercisedwhenhandlingthe
xture(s),alsotopreventdamageduetomechanical
overload of the components.
• Avoid jolts and other unintended loads during transport,
assemblyanduseofthextureandotherproducts.
• Fixtureglassesmustnotberemoved,becausethismay
damagethesealing.Removingthextureglasswill
terminate the product warranty.
Installation
• Itisimportantthattheproductisinstalledbyaqualied
installer. If this is not the case, this will terminate the product
warranty.
• When complying with the installation guidelines, at the same
time the general and local building, safety and installation
regulations must be respected.
• Alwaysblocktrafcintheareawheretheproductis
installed, before installation starts.
• Keep the direct environment free of animals and of (internal)
transport during the work.
• Use insulated tools only!
• Make sure that the electrical power supply corresponds
to the voltage and amperage needed for the product as
indicated on the label.
• For the electrical connection, refer to the wiring diagram
of the manual, and comply with the local legal connecting
conditions (e.g. in the Netherlands: NEN 1010).
• Make sure that the wiring is not tensioned and that it does
not get loose or stuck between parts.
• Beforeyouopenaplasticcoverofaxture,makesureitis
disconnected for a safe operating situation.
• The manufacturer does not accept any liability for any
damage resulting from incorrect assembly.
Maintenance
• Always disconnect the product before performing work to
the product.
• Pleasebearinmindthatbothxtureglassesandlampsget
hot, and may cause serious burns. Let the lamps cool down
foratleast30minutesafterswitchingoffthexture,before
handling it again.
Malfunctions
• When checking malfunctions, be aware of the potential risk
of electrically live parts.
Although products are designed with safety in mind and
areearthed,hazardsduetomalfunctionscanneverbe
excluded.Onlyqualiedelectriciansarepermittedtohandle
the
electrical installation and to perform measurements on
the unit.
• Alwaysdisconnectxturesbeforeopeningtheplasticcover
(turnoffthemainswitchandlockitwith,forexample,a
padlock).
Be aware of and prevent any accidental activation by
others or by an automated control and/or dimmer switch.
• In the event of a malfunction, never touch the product
whilst the power supply is still connected, if the casing is
damaged, or when the product is wet.
Correct removal of products
• The symbol on the product, the accessories or packaging
indicates that this product must not be treated as household
waste. Dispose of the product via a collection point for
the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment
within the EU and in other European countries that operate
separate collection systems for waste electrical and
electronic equipment.

5 Assembly and installation
5.1 Assembly preparation
• Switch off the mains voltage before you start the installation.
• Thecompleteelectricalinstallationshouldbeperformedbyanelectricaltterandbeinaccordancewith
local laws and regulations.
1. Refer to the lighting plan.
2. Remove the AVILED®premium (blue) from the packaging and check the contents (Figure 2).
Placethexturedownwiththeglasscoverfacingupwardstoavoiddamagetotheglass
cover.
3. Choose installation with chains or with brackets.
The mounting system must be ordered separately from Agrilight and is not supplied as
standard with the product.
5.2 Electrical connection of the AVILED®premium (blue)
ThexturecanbeoperatedbymeansofaDALIlightmanagementsystem.
Severalxturesmaybeconnectedwithinonesystem(Figure4).Refertothewebsiteformore
information about the electrical installation.
5.2.1 Connection of the power supply cable.
1. Switch off the mains voltage (Figure 3).
2. Removetheendcapwiththeglands.UnscrewtwoscrewsforthisusingaTorx25screwdriver(Figure5).
3. Push the power supply cable through the gland in the end cap (Figure 6).
Make sure that the power supply cable projects through the gland on the side of the electronics.
Use a power supply cable having an outer diameter of 7-13 mm.
4. Strip the power supply cable to 150 mm.
5. Strip the wiring of the power supply cable to the correct length:

Y: 40 mm 35 mm
X: 8 mm 8 mm
The wiring must have a minimum diameter of 1.5 mm2.
6. Remove the black connector of the power supply from the AVILED premium (Figure 7).
7. Connect the wiring of the power supply cable to the black connector according to the wiring diagram
(Figure 8):

Only connect L1 if you have the AVILED premium blue model! Do not connect L1 if you have
the AVILED premium model.
8. Push the black connector back into the AVILED premium (Figure 9).

The connector should be pushed completely against the connection in the AVILED premium.
5.2.2 Connecting a DALI light management system
1. Push the DALI cable through the second gland in the end cap (Figure 10).
For the DALI connection, use a twin-core cable having an outer diameter of 7-13 mm.
2. Strip the DALI cable to 250 mm.
3. Strip the DALI cable wiring to the correct length (see step 5 of section 5.2.1).
The wiring must have a minimum diameter of 1.5 mm2.
4. Remove the white DALI connector from the AVILED premium (Figure 11).
5. Connect the DALI cable wiring to the white DALI connector according to the wiring diagram (see Figure
12).
6. Push the white DALI connector back into the AVILED premium (Figure 13).
The connector should be pushed completely against the connection in the AVILED premium.
7. Push the end cap back on the AVILED premium and attach the end cap with two screws. Tighten the
screwswithamomentof1NmusingaTorx25screwdriver(Figure14).
8. Tighten both glands with a moment of 4 Nm (Figure 15).
5.3 Mountingbracketsandinstallingthexture

The mounting system must be ordered separately from Agrilight and is not supplied as standard
with the product.

8 Faults and Repairs
Do not replace any parts yourself (not even LEDs or LED modules). Doing so will terminate
the product warranty.

Replacement of the power supply cable:
1. Switchoffthepowersupplytothexture.

4. Disconnect the power supply cable from the four-pin plug (Figure 7).
5. Remove the old power supply cable.
6. Connect a new power supply cable. See section 5.2.1.
Only use a power supply cable with an outer diameter of 7-13 mm.
If the LEDs do not function correctly, you can check whether the wiring is connected properly to the four-pin
plug.
If the light management does not function correctly, check the wiring of the two-pin DALI plug.

Le luminaire AVILED® premium (blue) est conçu pour éclairer les étables ainsi que les bâtiments et hangars
agricoles. Toute utilisation autre que l'utilisation prévue précitée est considérée inappropriée. Agrilight b.v.
ne pourra pas être tenu responsable de dommages ou blessures causés par une utilisation inappropriée.
Ce produit répond à la directive EMC selon les normes EN55015 et EN61547.

4 Mesures de précaution et instructions de sécurité
Mesures de précaution générales
• Lisez d'abord les consignes de sécurité avant de démarrer
l'installation du produit ou avant de l'utiliser !
• Le fabricant accorde la plus haute importance à ce que
le produit soit utilisé et entretenu de façon à préserver la
sécurité des utilisateurs en priorité. An de garantir une
utilisation sûre et able, les consignes d’utilisation suivantes
devront être respectées :
1. Lisez attentivement la notice et les consignes de sécurité
avant l'installation du produit.
2. Veillez à ce que les personnes impliquées dans l’installation
et dans la mise en service, soient informées des éléments
importants contenus dans cette notice et les consignes
de sécurité avant de procéder à l’installation et à la mise
en service du produit. Assurez-vous que ces instructions
soient réellement comprises par les personnes concernées.
La personne responsable de l’installation en porte la
responsabilité.
• Veillez à toujours respecter les consignes de sécurité. Le
non-respect des consignes de sécurité, des avertissements
et des instructions, peut provoquer des blessures graves ou
mortelles et peut endommager l’installation.
• Le voltage du produit (ou de ses composants) lorsqu'il est/
ils sont connecté(s) est de 230 V.
• An de garantir que l’appareil fonctionne correctement
et en toute sécurité, les pièces utilisées doivent être de
préférence des pièces d'origine du fabricant ou être de
qualité au moins équivalente.
• Il importe d’être vigilant lors de la manipulation du luminaire/
des luminaires, an d’éviter tout dommage provoqué par
une surcharge mécanique des composants.
• Veillez à éviter tout coup ou choc durant le transport, le
montage et l’utilisation du luminaire et des autres produits.
• Les verres de protection du luminaire ne doivent être retirés,
ceci affecterait leur étanchéité. En retirant le verre de
protection, la garantie ne sera plus valable.
Installation
• Il est important de faire installer le produit par un installateur
certié. A défaut, la garantie sur ce produit n’est pas
valable.
• L’installation doit être réalisée en respectant les directives
d’installation ainsi que la réglementation générale et
locale en vigueur, relative au bâtiment, à la sécurité et à
l’installation.
• Bloquez toujours la circulation dans la zone d’installation du
produit, avant toute intervention sur l'installation.
• Durant les travaux, bloquez l’accès direct aux animaux et au
transport (interne).
• Utilisez des outils isolés uniquement !
• Assurez-vous que l’alimentation électrique correspond au
voltage nécessaire au fonctionnement du produit ainsi qu’à
l’ampérage gurant sur l’étiquette.
• En ce qui concerne le raccordement électrique, veuillez
consulter le schéma de câblage électrique inclus dans
la notice et veuillez observer la réglementation de
raccordement légale en vigueur (par exemple aux Pays-
Bas : NEN 1010).
• Veillez à ce que le câblage soit mis hors tension et que
celui-ci ne se débranche pas, ni se coince entre les
composants.
• An de sécuriser l’intervention, mettez le luminaire hors
tension avant de d'ouvrir le couvercle en plastique.
• Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages
causés par un montage non-conforme.
Entretien
• Mettez toujours le produit hors tension avant de commencer
les travaux de réparation.
• Soyez vigilant, les verres de protection ainsi que la lampe
peuvent devenir brûlants et peuvent provoquer de brûlures
sévères. Avant toute manipulation du luminaire, laissez
refroidir les lampes pendant au minimum 30 minutes après
la mise hors tension.
Dépannage
• Lorsque vous recherchez l’origine d’une panne, soyez
attentif au fait que les éléments sous tension peuvent
constituer un danger potentiel. Bien que les produits soient
conçus pour répondre aux normes de sécurité et qu’ils aient
été mis à la terre, les dangers provoqués par les pannes ne
peuvent jamais être entièrement exclus. La manipulation de
l'installation électrique ainsi que les mesures effectués sur
l'installation, sont réservées à l'installateur électrotechnique
agréé.
• Dans tous les cas, mettez les luminaires hors tension avant
de soulever le couvercle en plastique (coupez le courant
au niveau du commutateur principal et verrouillez celui-ci à
l’aide d’un cadenas par exemple). Soyez vigilant, et évitez
une mise sous tension accidentelle provoquée par d’autres
personnes, par une commande automatique et/ou par un
capteur crépusculaire.
• En cas de panne, ne touchez pas le produit tant que le
système est sous tension, ou si le boitier du luminaire est
endommagé ou si le produit est humide.
Mise au rebut des produits
• Ce symbole afché sur le matériel, ses accessoires ou son
emballage indique que le produit ne doit pas être traité
comme un déchet ménager. Veuillez mettre cet équipement
au rebut au point de collecte prévu pour le recyclage des
déchets des équipements électriques et électroniques.
Dans l'Union Européenne et d'autres pays européens
disposant de systèmes de collecte distincts pour les
produits électriques et électroniques usagés.

5 Montage et installation
5.1 Préparation au montage
• Coupez l'alimentation avant de commencer l'installation.
• Toute l'installation électrique doit être réalisée par un électricien, conformément à la législation et à la
réglementation en vigueur pour le site.
1. Consultez le plan d'éclairage.
2. Sortez le luminaireAVILED®premium (blue)de son emballage et vériez le contenu (gure 2).
Placez le luminaire avec le panneau en verre vers le haut pour éviter de
l'endommager.
3. Choisissez une suspension par chaînes ou par étriers.
La suspension doit être commandée séparément auprès d'Agrilight et n'est pas livrée de
série avec le produit.
5.2 Raccordement électrique du luminaire AVILED®premium (blue)
Le luminaire peut être commandé par un système de gestion d'éclairage DALI.
Plusieurs luminaires peuvent être connectés dans un même système (gure 4). Consultez le
site web pour plus d'information concernant l'installation électrique.
5.2.1 Connexion du câble d'alimentation
1. Coupez le courant (gure 3).
2. Retirez le couvercle d'extrémité avec les presse-étoupes. Pour cela, dévissez deux vis à l'aide d'un
tournevis Torx 25 (gure 5).
3. Faites passer câble d'alimentation dans le presse-étoupe du couvercle d'extrémité (gure 6).
Faites en sorte de faire passer le câble d'alimentation dans le presse-étoupe du côté de la
commande électronique.
Utilisez un câble d'alimentation ayant un diamètre extérieur de 7-13 mm.
4. Dénudez le câble d'alimentation à 150 mm.
5. Dénudez les ls du câble d'alimentation à la bonne longueur :
N, L
Y : 40 mm 35 mm
X : 8 mm 8 mm
Les ls doivent avoir un diamètre minimum de 1,5 mm.
6. Retirer le connecteur noir de l'alimentation du luminaire AVILED premium (gure 7). 7).
7. Raccordez les ls du câble d'alimentation au connecteur noir selon le schéma de raccordement
(gure 8) :
