TouchsafeProDisplayPanelswillusuallybelocatedintheMainOfficeorReceptionareaandinadditiontheremaybe
otherslocatedincorridorsorotherstrategicareasthroughoutthebuilding.
CallsfromCallPoints,Pullcords,DoorMonitors,etc.willbedisplayedonthePanelswithcolourcodedbannersand
differentalarmtonestohelpstaffeasilyidentifythedifferentcalltypesandprioritylevels.
Onmulti‐panelsystemsallcallsmaybedisplayedonallpanelsorthesystemmaybesetupwithzonessocallsfrom
specificareasareonlydisplayedonthePanellocatedinthatarea.ThePanelsmayalsobesetuptooperatedifferently
duringthedayornight,e.g.allcallscanbedisplayedononepanelatnightandalarmtonescanbesilenced.
Otheroptionsincludeover‐doorAudioVisualIndicators(AVI’s)tosignpostacalltostaffonduty,radiopagingtoalert
staffofacallnomatterwheretheyare,andCallLoggingsoftwaretocreatereportsonthecallhistoryfromalocalPC.
Batteryreplacementwarnings,tamperalarmsandregularpollingofradiodevicesautomaticallykeepsthesystem
functioningproperlyallofthetime.
TouchsafeProDisplayPanelsareembeddedwithanantimicrobialagentduringmanufacture.
Thispreventsthegrowthofharmfulmicro‐organismstherebypreventingthespreadofgermsanddisease.

batteries,afullsystemtest,softwareupdates(whereapplicable)andaServiceCertificate.

checkedforsignsofexternalphysicaldamage.Brokenorcrackedplasticcasescantrapdirtandcontribute
tothespreadofgerms.Productsneedingrepaircanbereturnedviathewebsite;

AlthoughtheDisplayPanelbatteryismonitoredandapoorstateofchargeisreportedautomaticallyitis
bestpracticetohavethebatterytestedeveryyearandreplacedevery5years.Atthesametimeafull
systemtestshouldbeperformedtoensureallradiodevicesarecommunicatingcorrectly.
Intheunlikelyeventthatapanelneedstoberestarted,pleaseensureall

ALARMSOUNDER
Allalarmcalls,systemalerts,remindersetc.willbedisplayedonscreenanddifferenttonesaresoundedto
