USAGE
1.Tocheck every connectionoftheairless pumpforthe tightness.If
loosed,theconnection shouldbescrewed tight.
2.Toconnecttheinletair hose. Generally thediametersof theinlethoses
shouldn tbe lessthan 20mm.Ifthe air sourceisfarawayfrom theairless
pump,the diametersoftheinlethosesshouldn tbeless than25mm.Also
toconfirm everyairway hoseand valve connectorcleantoconnecttheair
sourcehoses.
3.Toconnect thepaint spray hose.Firstlytoconnect thehigh pressure
paint hose,swivelnippleandsprayguntightly,thenwiththe paint outlet
ofthe main unit.Apiece of10meterspaint hose is equippedwith the
main unit.Forthegeneralpaintingsoflow viscidity,thelength ofhigh
pressure 1/4”Paint hosecan be equippedfor100-150 meters;forhigh
quality paintingsuch asthick filmtype,thelengthof1/4”painthose can
be 50meters orso.Whenthepaintingfieldis50metersawayfromthe
pump and theviscidity ofpaintingis thick,3/8”painthoseshouldbe
chosen.Andthe section hose close tothe spraygunshouldbe1/4”forthe
flexible operation..
Thereare twokindsof painthoses; 5meters and10meters.Thesetwo
kindspainthose canbeconnectedbymiddlenipple.
4.Topourlubricant.Thelubricantshould beoftenpouredintothe oil cup
ofthe paintpumpbefore the start-upandtheprocessoftheoperation

(plant oil and20 machine oil).
5.Tochoose the tip.Thedifferenttipsshouldbechosenaccording tothe
types ofthe paintings,therequirement of thepainting,the size of the
object tobe painted.
6.Tocleanthepaintings.Theuncleanly paintingsshouldbefiltered
before the paintingwith thefilter net of60meshes or100 meshes.The
depositedpaintingshouldbeoftenorcontinuously agitatedduring the
spraying.
7.Tostarttheairless pump.The inputpressure should bewithin
0.3MPa-0.6MPa.The suitableinput pressureshouldbe chosenaccording
tothetypes ofpaintings.Afterthe cycle for 1-2 minutesunder theempty
loadingpressure,theairinlet ball valveandspray gunshouldbeshut.
Whenthe loadresistanceof theairless pumpis balancedwith thepulls of
theair motor,the cycleofhydraulic pump can be stoppedgradually and
thespray canbestarted.
9.Touse theswitchtip.Whenthe sprayis notsmooth orthespraywidth
is transformed,theremust besomething blockedinthetip.Tospraythe
blocks onlybyrevolvingtheswitchtipcounterclockwise180°.When
it shardtorevolve the switch tip,firstly toloose thetipconnectionnut to
release thepressureof the gunbody,then tospraythe blocks only by
revolvingtheswitch tipcounterclockwise180°.Forcelyrevolvingor
knockingis forbiddenunderthe pressure.

10.After thepainting,firstly toexhaust the paintingcompletely,thenput
thesuction hose intothe solvent barreltocyclethepumpuntil the pump
becomeclean.
11.Totwistthepaint hoseandspraygunon themain unitinordernotto
be damaged.
TROUBLEANDMAINTENANCE
Thegeneraltroublescanbe intotwokinds:air systemandpainting
hydraulicsystem
Airsystem troubles:
1. Airmotordoesnotwork. Tocheck ifthe airsourceis connectedornot
andthe pressureregulation valve is turnedonornot.
2. Airmotorworks abnormally.Tochecktheairsource
(0.3MPa-0.6MPa),the pressure regulationvalvecanberegulated right.
Andtocheck thespring of manifoldis effectiveornot,andOringin
the valveis sealed tightly ornot
3. Airmotorsoundsabnormally,insufficientpressureandbad
atomization.Thesealsofcylinder andmanifold,valve and plateare
worn badly.
4. Suddenstopduring thespray.Tocheckthe exhaust system(spray gun
andpaint hose)tobe blockedornot.Tochecktheconnectionnutis
loose ornot.

Painting hydraulic systemtroubles:
1. Iftheairmotorcyclesnormally,theexhaustofpaintings is notnormal.
Pleasecheckthe paintingbarrelwhetherthebarrel isemptyornot,
andcheckall the exhaust system andfilteringnet whethertheyare
blocked ornot.Andcheckwhetherthe Vgasketin thepainting pump
islooseorworn seriously.
2. After theexhaustvalveandthespray gun are closed, theair motorstill
cycles duetothefollowingtroubles:
a. TheVgasketin thepainting pumpis worn.Please replacethenew
sealing.
b. Thepumpvalve,suctionvalveand exhaust valveare damaged,
pleasereplace the seat ringandthe steel ball.
3. Ifthe paintingand solvent comeout fromthe lubricant cup,theV
gasketinthepump mustbe worn seriously andshouldbereplaced.
Whenreplacing theVgasket,pleasealsoreplaceall the gasketsinthe
painting pump.Remark: thecowhidegaskets must soakedin the plant
oil completely beforethe replacement.
4. Duringthemaintenance,all the non-metalgasketsareforbidden to
wash andsoakin the strongorganic solvent.

WARNINGS
1. Thisairless pump isahigh-pressure industryequipment.
2. Never point tootherpeopleoryourselfwiththespraygunwhen
spraying.
3. Thehighpressure painingcaninject theskin,whichcancause serious
injuries.
4. Ifthehighpressure paintinginjectedtheskin,pleasegotothe
professional hospital forcure.
5. Thisairless pump must be worked in therated working pressure.
6. Thesparkcancausethefireandexplosion,thefire is forbiddenin the
painting area.
7. Thisairless pump must begroundedduringtheusageto avoid the
static electricity.
8. Before thecleaning andmaintenance,theair sourcemustbeclosed
andthe paintingpumpmustbeexhausted.
