WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS: This product is warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
HOW LONG THIS WARRANTY LASTS: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase or until
the original purchaser of the product sells or transfers the product, whichever first occurs.
WHAT LASKO WILL DO: During the warranty period, Lasko will, at its sole option, repair or replace any part or parts that prove to be defective or replace the whole
product with the same or comparable model. For all warranty claims, the product must be returned to Lasko Products, Inc. at customer expense with proof of purchase
within the warranty period. Contact the Lasko customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”). DO NOT return products without an RA or the
warranty claim will not be processed.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: This warranty does not apply if the product was damaged or failed because of accident, improper handling or operation,
shipping damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs made or attempted. This warranty does not cover shipping costs for the return of products to Lasko for repair or
replacement. Lasko will pay return shipping charges from Lasko following warranty repairs or replacement.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Read all instructions before using this Fan.
WARNING
CAUTION
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce
the risk of fire, electrical shock and injury to persons, including the following:
DO NOT use this fan to ventilate areas where flammable liquids or vapors are used, stored or are present, including paints,
gasoline, varnishes, floor refinishing products or solvents. ALWAYS read and follow all warnings and instructions on the
containers for these products!
ALWAYS be sure the plug fits tightly into the outlet. When plugs fit loosely into outlets, they may slip partially out of the
outlet and create a poor connection. This may cause outlets to overheat and create a potential fire hazard. Outlets in this
condition should be replaced by a qualified electrician.
ALWAYS unplug the power cord when servicing, cleaning or moving the Fan. DO NOT use the ON/OFF switch as the sole
means of disconnecting power. NEVER leave children unattended when the Fan is on or plugged in. ALWAYS turn off and
unplug the Fan when not in use.
BE CERTAIN that the power source for the Fan is 120V AC. DO NOT plug the Fan into 240V or other power source.
The Blue Plug™ on your Lasko fan is a safety feature. It contains a non-replaceable safety device (fuse) that should not be
removed or tampered with. To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury, DO NOT attempt to remove, replace,
repair or tamper with the originally supplied plug. If the Fan has stopped functioning, it may be due to the safety device incorpo-
rated in this plug. Call 800-465-7300, Monday - Thursday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern or Friday 8 a.m. - 3 a.m. for
questions. If the plug warning label is missing or damaged, call the toll free number for a replacement label.
THIS FAN HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the other). This plug is designed to fit into the outlet only one
way. Match the wide blade to wide slot in outlet and FULLY INSERT. DO NOT attempt to bypass or defeat this safety
feature. If the plug does not fit in the outlet, consult a qualified electrician. The outlet may need to be replaced.
• AVOID the use of extension cords, power strips, power taps, outlet style air fresheners or other cord connected device, as these
devices may overheat and cause a fire hazard.
• DO NOT route power cord under rugs, carpets, runners or furniture. This may damage the cord or cause it to overheat creating
a fire hazard.
• ALWAYS place the Fan on a stable, flat, level surface while in operation to prevent the Fan from overturning.
• NEVER insert or allow fingers or objects to enter grill openings while Fan is in operation or injury and/or damage to the Fan may occur.
• DO NOT block, cover or obstruct air flow to or from the fan while in operation.
• DO NOT use this Fan outdoors or near water or wet locations such as a bath tub, pool or hot tub. Use of this Fan in a wet location
may create a shock hazard.
• DO NOT route power cord in or through areas such as doorways or where the cord may be damaged or create a tripping hazard.
• NEVER use a single extension cord to operate more than one Fan or other electrical device.
• DO NOT use this Fan in a window. Rain may create an electrical hazard.
• DO NOT use this Fan if it has been damaged or is not functioning properly.
• DO NOT operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan.
• THIS FAN DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF NEC ARTICLE 547-7 (2008).This Fan is not suitable for use in agricultural
facilities including areas where livestock, poultry or other animals are confined. Please refer to National Electric Code (NEC) Article

Press the Oscillation Mode button to
begin Oscillation. Press the button again
to stop Oscillation.
Timer Mode allows you to set the length of
time the Fan will run before turning itself off.
Pressing the Timer button will increase the
length of time from 1 to 8 hours, in 1 hour
increments. Pressing the button again will
turn off Timer Mode. After a few seconds,
the unit will display the
current Speed, as well as
the Timer symbol.
The Speed button controls all fan
speeds from 1-4. Speed 1 is Low and 4 is
High. Press the Speed button to cycle
between speeds.
EZtouch™Controls
Press the fresh ion™button to activate the
release of positive and negative Ions. The
fresh ion™setting works in any speed mode.
The fan must be on for the fresh ion™mode
to operate. Press the fresh
ion™button again to turn
off fresh ion™mode.

EZclick™Filter System
5
Press the EZclick™ Filter button to release the
cover for the washable filter. The washable
filter can be cleaned with a vacuum, or
removed and rinsed off with water. Clean the
filter as needed, or every two weeks; this will
help to maintain optimum filter performance.
Remember to clean the filter before storing at
the end of the season.
Remote Control
All the functions performed with the Remote
Control work identically to the EZtouch™
Controls. Remove battery cover before you
install the two "AAA" batteries (Included). Do
not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), recharge-
able (nickel-cadmium), or lithium ion batter-
ies. Replace battery cover.
Auto-Dimming Feature
The illuminated controls will go into Auto-Dimming
Mode 10 seconds from the last button push. The
reduction in brightness will keep the room darker
during fan use. Once the controls are touched,
the display will return to the original brightness.
The Auto-Dimming Feature reduces the display
brightness by 50%.

Maintenance
WARNING

regularly will help to maintain its efficiency.
- Always unplug the cord before moving, servicing or cleaning.
- NEVER place the Fan in or near water.
- Clean the Fan only with a vacuum equipped with a brush attachment; the vacuum will remove the
lint and dirt from inside the Fan.
- NEVER attempt to take apart the Fan.
- Clean the body of the Fan with a soft cloth only.
- NEVER use ALCOHOL or SOLVENTS such as gasoline, benzene, paint thinner, or other harsh cleaners.
SERVICING: For servicing, other than general user maintenance, please contact Customer Service
at 800-465-7300, Monday through Thursday, from 8am-5pm Eastern or Friday from 8am-3pm Eastern.
STORAGE: Store the Fan with these instructions in the original carton in a cool, dry place.
LUBRICATION: Motor is permanently lubricated.
DISPOSITION: Corrugated packaging materials are recyclable. For environmentally responsible disposal of
this product, contact your local waste service provider.
Trouble Shooting
If your Fan fails to operate, see below for a probable cause and solution:
Be sure the power cord is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
If you have a problem that can not be resolved by the steps listed above,
contact Technical Assistance at 1-800-465-7300, Monday through Thursday,
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern or Friday between the
hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Eastern..

AVERTISSEMENT
ATTENTION
Lorsque vous utilisez des appareils électriques, des précautions de base doivent toujours
être suivies pour réduire le risque d'incendie, d'électrocution et de blessures,
notamment les suivantes:
NE PAS utiliser ce ventilateur pour aérer les zones où des liquides ou vapeurs inflammables sont utilisés, stockés ou sont
présents, y compris les peintures, l'essence, les vernis, les produits de retouche de plancher ou les solvants. Toujours lire et
suivre tous les avertissements et les instructions sur les contenants de ces produits!
TOUJOURS s’assurer que la fiche est bien insérée dans la prise. Lorsque la fiche n’est pas bien insérée dans la prise, elle
peut glisser partiellement hors de la prise et créer une mauvaise connexion. Cela peut provoquer la prise de surchauffer et
créer un risque potentiel d'incendie. Dans cette condition, la prise doit être remplacée par un électricien qualifié.
TOUJOURS débrancher le cordon d'alimentation lors de l'entretien, le nettoyage ou le déplacement du ventilateur. NE PAS utiliser
l'interrupteur ON / OFF comme le seul moyen de couper l'alimentation. NE JAMAIS laisser les enfants sans surveillance lorsque le
ventilateur est en marche ou branché. TOUJOURS éteindre et débrancher le ventilateur lorsqu'il n’est pas en utilisation.
ASSUREZ-VOUS que la source d'alimentation pour le ventilateur est 120V AC. NE PAS brancher le ventilateur dans 240V ou
autre source d'alimentation.
La fiche bleue™ sur votre ventilateur Lasko est une caractéristique de sécurité. Elle contient un dispositif de sécurité non remplaçable (fusible)
qui ne devrait pas être retiré ni modifié. Pour réduire le risque d'incendie, d'électrocution et de blessures, NE PAS tenter de retirer, remplacer,
réparer ou altérer la fiche fournie à l'origine. Si le ventilateur a cessé de fonctionner, cela peut être dû au dispositif de sécurité incorporé dans
cette fiche. Appelez 800-465-7300, du lundi au jeudi 08h00-17h00 HE ou vendredi 08h00-15h00 HE pour les questions. Si l'étiquette d'aver-
tissement est manquante ou endommagée, appelez le numéro de téléphone sans frais pour obtenir une étiquette de remplacement.
CE VENTILATEUR COMPREND UNE FICHE POLARISÉE (une lame est plus large que l'autre). Cette fiche est conçue pour entrer dans
la prise d’une seule façon. Entrez la lame la plus large dans la fente la plus large dans la prise et INSÉREZ COMPLÈTEMENT. NE PAS
tenter de contourner ou de neutraliser ce dispositif de sécurité. Si la fiche ne rentre pas dans la prise, consultez un électricien qualifié. La
prise devrait probablement être remplacée.
• ÉVITER l'utilisation de rallonges électriques, rallonges multiprises, bandes de puissance, désodorisants électriques ou autres dispositifs qui se
branchent sur une prise électrique, car ces appareils peuvent surchauffer et causer un risque d'incendie.
• NE PAS faire passer le cordon d'alimentation sous les tapis, les moquettes, les carpettes ou les meubles. Cela peut endom-
mager le cordon ou surchauffer et causer un risque d'incendie.
• TOUJOURS placer le ventilateur en cours de fonctionnement sur une surface plane et stable, pour empêcher qu’il ne se renverse.
• NE JAMAIS insérer les doigts ou des objets dans les ouvertures de la grille pendant le fonctionnement du ventilateur, pour éviter les bless-
ures et / ou l’endommagement du ventilateur.
• NE PAS bloquer, couvrir ou obstruer la circulation de l'air pendant le fonctionnement du ventilateur.
• NE PAS utiliser ce ventilateur à l’extérieur ou près de l'eau ou des endroits humides, comme une baignoire, la piscine ou le bain
tourbillon. L'utilisation de ce ventilateur dans un endroit humide peut créer un risque de choc électrique.
• NE PAS faire passer le cordon d'alimentation dans ou à travers des endroits tels que les portes où le cordon peut être endommagé ou
créer un risque de trébucher.
• NE JAMAIS utiliser une seule rallonge pour faire fonctionner plus d'un ventilateur ou d’autres appareils électriques.
• NE PAS utiliser ce ventilateur dans une fenêtre. La pluie peut créer un danger électrique.
• NE PAS utiliser ce ventilateur s’il a été endommagé ou ne fonctionne pas correctement.
• NE PAS mettre en marche tout ventilateur avec un cordon ou une fiche endommagée. Abandonner le ventilateur.
• CE VENTILATEUR NE SATISFAIT PAS LES EXIGENCES DE L'ARTICLE CEN 547-7 (2008) .Ce ventilateur ne convient pas pour une
utilisation dans les installations agricoles, y compris les zones où le bétail, la volaille ou d'autres animaux sont confinés. S'il vous
plaît se référer au Code Électrique National (CEN) de l'article 547-7 (2008), ou aux codes ou normes nationales ou locales applica-
bles relatives aux exigences électriques pour les bâtiments agricoles.
• CE VENTILATEUR NE SATISFAIT PAS LES EXIGENCES DE L'ARTICLE CEN 500 (2008). Ce ventilateur ne convient pas pour une
utilisation dans des endroits dangereux. S'il vous plaît se référer au Code Électrique National (CEN) de l'article 500 ou aux codes
ou normes nationales ou locales applicables relatives aux exigences électriques pour les endroits dangereux.
AVIS: Cet équipement a été testé et jugé conforme aux limites d'un appareil numérique de classe B, conformément à la section 15 des
règles de la FCC. Ces limites sont conçues pour fournir une protection raisonnable contre les interférences nuisibles dans une installa-
