Parts List: 2 x Centre mount plates
2 x M6 captive long reach ‘plus-nut’
4 x M8 penny washer
4 x M8 bolt
4 x M8 spring washer
4 x M6 captive ‘riv-nut’
6 x M6 x 25mm dome cap screw
6 x M6 flat washer
2 x alcohol cleaning wipe prep pads
1. Locate the two roof M8 bolts above each door. Remove the factory bolts.
Temporarily mount the sunvisor to these holes using the M8 bolts, washers and
spring washers.
2. Pull down on the side of the sunvisor to align the side of the sunvisor with the
edge of the door pillar. Make sure it does not interfere with the door
3. Hold in position with masking tape. Repeat both sides. From the front of the
vehicle ensure that the sunvisor is aligned with windscreen. Adjust if required
and retape.

4. Mark each side pillar mount and also the two roof centre mount holes.
- Remove the sunvisor from the truck. Drill the 4 marked holes with 3mm pilot
drill. Then Drill all 4 holes out to 9.5mm and clean away all swarf from truck.
5. Pillar holes:
- Apply rust protectant (CRC ‘Soft Seal’or similar) to the holes and M6 ‘riv-
nuts’
- Insert small M6 captive Riv-nut and crimp firmly with the appropriate tool
6. Centre roof holes:
- The two holes above the windscreen require the special stainless plates
installed.
- Clean the area around the two predrilled holes with the provided wipes.
- Note the orientation of the plate; rounded corners to the top, hole toward the
bottom/windscreen.
- Important - THIS AREA MUST BE VERY CLEAN AND DRY.
- Peel the protective tape from the back of the stainless plate.
- Using the 9.5mm drill bit (or similar) to align the plate to the hole, press the
plate firmly into position on the cab. Remove the location drill bit and press
firmly all over to secure to the cab..
- Spray the hole through the plate with rust protectant. Spray the long reach
M6 ‘plus nut’with rust protectant and insert through the plate and truck skin.
- Pull up the M6 ‘plus nut’firmly with the appropriate tool
7. Refit sunvisor using M8 bolts and washers and M6 machine screws and washers
Tighten firmly.
