You should familiarize yourself with all relevant regulations and codes of practice/guidance
notes under the laws of the country where this product is used/operated.
This manual is provided for information purposes only. Nothing in this manual is to be construed
in any way as varying the terms of sale of the goods to which it applies.
All information included in this manual is subject to change without notice.
Any misuse or failure to adhere to the instructions contained in this manual could render the
warranty void.
Reasonable care has been taken when preparing the contents of this manual. However,
Airquee accepts no responsibility for any error or omission or misuse.
As the owner/controller it is your responsibility to carry out your own risk assessments and to give
instruction to all operators, attendants and users in the proper safe use of the product. It is strongly
recommended that you read this manual before attempting to set up, dismantle or operate the
equipment to which it relates, even if you have used similar equipment before.
2. SETTING UP
2.1 SAFE HANDLING
You have a legal duty to assess and eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to employees which
can result from manual handling operations. This applies to all operations involving transporting,
loading, unloading, setting up, dismantling, packing or moving Airquee products. It is vital to have
enough helpers to prevent individuals hurting themselves unintentionally.
2.2 SITING THE TENT
To find the best position of your tent please take these points into consideration:
- The site must be level or have a slope of not more than 5 degrees in any direction in order to
offer a stability of both the tent and the equipment inside.
- The site must be cleared of debris and sharp objects either on or embedded in the surface.
- Always ensure products are setup with a 360º all-round clearing so that they do not rub against
walls, furniture and so on.
- Do not use tent near any open flame or fireplace.
- If the hard standing is abrasive you must use a groundsheet under the tent to avoid damage to
the base.
- It is essential to be extra carefully when transporting or positioning the tent and DO NOT DRAG
it, as this will cause damage including tears and grazes to the fabric. A trolley should be used
if necessary.

2.3 ASSEMBLE THE METAL FRAME
The real-life metal elements are not colored.
The dimensions are in millimeters.
The combined weight of all metal elements is 66kg (145.5 pounds).
After assembling the metal frame, position it on the unfolded lower part of the cover, than add
the top cover to it and connect the Velcro to make it airtight.
As a final step all webbing loops should be tied to the metal frame with the
attached D-rings.
3. ANCHORING
Because the product was designed to be used indoor only, this means it has no anchoring system
and thus anchoring is not required.
4. CLEANING
Do not use water to clean the metal frame! The covers should be rinsed off with clean fresh
water, then allowed to dry or towel dried before packing away.
You should clean the PVC surface as necessary with a non-corrosive antibacterial cleaning
solution, or as a temporary measure, a suitable non-abrasive cleaner. Always test the cleaning
agent on a small portion of the PVC surface before applying on all the product.
Airquee does not take any responsibility for the use of inadequate cleaning products or
procedures that harmed the product in any way.

5. PACKING
It is strongly recommended that the tent is only packed away when it is completely dry. If it has
to be packed when still damp, in maximum 3 days it should be unrolled again and allowed to dry
out.
Always place the metal elements in their supplied bag.
6. STORAGE
The fabric of the tent can be easily damaged if it is unrolled or unpacked in a very cold or frozen
state. This may occur if the tent cover is exposed to low or freezing temperatures during storage
or transit. The coated fabric loses its flexible character at 3° C or below. In that very cold state,
the fabric may crack if moved. Any resulting damage is not covered by Airquee’s warranty. If the
tent is found to be too cold for use it must be allowed to warm up gradually until the fabric regains
its normal flexible character.
The equipment must be stored away clean and dry particularly if it is to be stored for any length
of time. Failure to do this could cause the rusting of the metal parts and mildew and bacteria to
form on the cover, which will present a health hazard and it will also cause staining and damage
of the fabric with an unpleasant smell.
The ideal storage conditions should be between 12°-21°C (53°F-70°F). The warehouse must
be properly ventilated and the access of rodents to be controlled.
7. WARRANTY
If repair or replacement should be deemed necessary, you will be advised accordingly. Airquee
covers a warranty of 12 months, where the options are either to repair the product, or replace it
with a new one free of charge, or refund the price paid for it. The owner must return the product
to Airquee for inspection and the choice of repair, replacement or refund is entirely at Airquee’s
discretion. Wear, tear or damage resulting from neglect, abuse or failure to comply with Airquee’s
instructions, modifications or unapproved repairs will void the warranty. Click here
