T10+&T9 Install APP&Connection Guide
Part 1：How to install Tuya Smart APP
1.Connect your phone to the router WI-FI（2.4 GHz）.
2.Click【Search】button ,download Tuya Smart.
3.Register an account and log in Tuya Smart.
4.First login Tuya Smart ,the app prompts to get multiple permissions for the device.
WIFI/Bluetooth/Location must be allowed,other permissions according to your needs.
Part 2：How to connect T10+ via Tuya Smart APP
1.Open Tuya Smart then select the corresponding model:
Click：Add Device→Small Home Appliances→Robot Vacuum(BLE+Wi-Fi).

2.Select WIFI network to connect：Must be the 2.4 GHz network and enter correct WIFI
password.
3.Reset T10+：Turn on the device,then press the recharge button and power button with
two fingers at the same time for 8 seconds,release your fingers when “WIFI has been reset”
is heard,the blue light flashes slowly,waiting for connection.

4.Select the “AP Mode”
5.Then connect your mobile phone to the device's hotspot,usually the hotspot name format
of the device is “SL-XXXX”

6.After connecting to the device's hotspot ,back to Tuya Smart APP，now APP shows the
status of 【Adding device】
7.Wait for about 25 seconds,the progress bar is 100%,indicating that the machine has been
successfully connected, click 【Done】.

Part 3：Precautions of connection
1.The router WIFI must be 2.4 GHz network standard.
2.The password for connecting to the router WIFI in the APP cannot be entered incorrectly.
3.Make sure machine has been reset before preparing to connect.
4.Please complete the pairing within three minutes after the device is reset.

5.Different brands of routers have different compatibility. If connection fails,it is
recommended to try to change the router's security encryption mode from WAP/WAP2
mode to WEP then try again.
6.If still fails after several attempts through the router WIFI, please use the mobile phone
sharing hotspot as WIFI then retry.
PS：If the sharing hot spot device is Android system, please select
AP band 2.4 GHz manually.
