Operation Guide AIRSCREEN classic
Read these installation instructions carefully BEFORE attempting to install your
AIRSCREEN.
Before inflation, make sure that all items and personnel required to complete the
installation safely are available.
Adhering to the procedures set out in this guide will ensure a safe and successful
installation.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
•The AIRSCREEN can be operated safely in wind speeds up to 25 mph (40 km/h).
•The site where the AIRSCREEN is installed must be level.
•Cordon off the area where you are placing your AIRSCREEN and do not allow
members of the public within this area.
•Audience must be at least the height of the frame away from the frame.
•If the system is being used at an event over several days, deflate the system at the
end of each screening and cover.
•Screen should not be left unattended while inflated.
•A tarp is required to put between the AIRSCREEN and the ground to protect frame
and screen from dirt and sharp objects such as broken glass, sharp stones, etc.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
•AIRSCREEN is made from heavy duty PVC of welded construction with reinforced
anchor points. Screens surfaces are cinema quality projection surfaces.
The following items are included with your AIRSCREEN:
1. Frame
2. Screen Surface
3. Straps/Ropes*
4. Screen bungee ties (for attaching screen to frame)
5. High-pressure blower
6. Manual
*Weights (water barrels, concrete blocks, etc.) are necessary. These must be obtained
by the user.
I. ASSEMBLING YOUR AIRSCREEN
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS OR MISUSE OF THIS
PRODUCT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE, INJURY OR DEATH.

1. Unroll the frame
a. Place tarp under work area
b. Unpack the frame from carry bag
c. Unroll the AIRSCREEN frame completely as shown in images 1-5. The
lower panel must be on the front side on the bottom.

2. Attach the top and sides of the screen to the frame
a. unfold the screen surface and place it on the frame with the white side
facing up.
b. attach the top and sides to the frame using the screen tie bungees
supplied with your screen. Beginning at the corners, match the frame to
the screen surface and attach as shown in images 6-9 below.

2. Position and attach lower panel to frame:
a. Position the lower panel on the frame making sure that the side with the
welded strip of grommets is facing the ground and is positioned to attach
to frame and screen surface;
b. attach lower panel to frame using screen tie bungees;
c. The screen is attached to the lower panel using the method shown in the
images 10-12 below

3. Your AIRSCREEN AEROPRO™ should look like image 11 below after assembly.

II. Using Your AIRSCREEN
1. Place a tarp under screen area to protect screen from dirt, sharp objects, etc.
2. If stored, unpack and unroll your AIRSCREEN. Fold the top of the screen
lengthwise over bottom as shown in images 15-16 below:

4. Place stakes or other ballast as indicated in the illustration below.

5. Tie down to the ground fittings (tent stakes or water barrels).
6. Lines may be adjusted as necessary to align screen after inflation.
7. When screen is inflating you may need to adjust the length of the tethers.
IMPORTANT: if lines are too tight to allow the screen to erect during inflation,
stop the inflation process and loosen the line as required.
8. Attach blower as shown in images 21-26 below.
Buried electric
al and other utilities may exist in some locations. It is
your responsibility to ensure that you can use stakes safely in your
location.

III. INFLATION
1. Attach the blower to the frame
2. Close all velcro vents. Make sure inside flap is sealed and flat against vent
opening. Close outer flap making sure that it is securely attached to frame.
3. Turn on blower.
IMPORTANT: If lines are too tight to allow the screen to erect during inflation, stop the
inflation process and loosen the line as required.
The below images 26-31 illustrate the inflation process.
