Thank you for choosing the teamVEOS for wireless presentation at gateway.
teamVEOS is an advanced network-based and wireless presentation solution that
makes it easy to make presentations and interact with others from the comfort of your
wireless laptop.
Allow multiple users to collaborate on same screen using the Laptop mouse and
keyboard at the same time.
Users can transfer content over big screen and collaborate and take inputs with
other participants.
A Apple MAC user can use windows application over the big screen and at the
same time a windows user can use MAC application over big screen
Multiple Collaboration spaces can be placed with single proVEOS / wowVEOS
gateway in the same room.
Participants at any point of time can choose to send file to any of the
Collaboration space or can send laptop mouse and keyboard to that.

Login to teamVEOS
Click on Launch teamVEOS at program list to launch teamVEOS.
Navigation:
Start > All Programs > WOW Vision > teamVEOS > Launch teamVEOS
Now a window will open to login to teamVEOS to start presentation.
Enter Location: IP Address of desired gateway
Enter your User Name and Password
Default Login credentials are: Staff –user name: su / password: supass
Enter a Nick Name for yourself, if it is different from your user name

Click on Login
After login, select the location and Room Name
Click on Join Room, then user will see the following screen:

Collaboration

Team VEOS allows multiple users to collaborate on same screen using the mouse and
keyboard at the same time. Anyone can “jump” a mouse to one of the teamVEOS
displays and control it with the mouse and keyboard. In fact, more than one person can
be connected to the same screen simultaneously, allowing collaborative interaction.
To Start Collaboration:
1. Login to Connect Me
2. Open Participant List
3. Select Screen Profile User
4. Click on Start Collaboration
5. Slide mouse to top of your desktop and Collaboration will begin and User can
control the teamVEOS system through his mouse and keyboard.
To revert at your system:
1. Slide mouse towards bottom of your desktop and user will start working at his
own system
Multiple Users can start the collaboration in the same manner and do the interactive
works altogether without share their screens

Multiple Collaborations in a Class
There can be multiple teamVEOS can be placed with single proVEOS / wowVEOS
gateway in the same room.
Uses of multiple teamVEOS in same room:
1. Multiple groups can interact at the same time in same room
2. One group can send the files to another group through teamVEOS

Share Contents
Drag and Drop File to Transfer
Anyone can send any files (Documents and media) to any teamVEOS screen. User can
share files with the entire class by simply dragging and dropping.
To share the Content from Connect Me to teamVEOS
1. Open Participant List
2. Drag and drop any file at Screen Profile user
File transfer will start at teamVEOS system and open after full transfer

User can also send the file from teamVEOS to all users.
To send file from teamVEOS to all User
1. Save the file at teamVEOS system
2. Select the User from the Participant List
3. Select the saved file
4. Drag and drop the file at selected User at Participant List

File Transfer will start from teamVEOS
File Receiving will start at selected user at the click on Accept.
To send file from one group to another group:
1. Save file at a teamVEOS system
2. Select another screen user from participant List at teamVEOS system
3. Drag and Drop the saved file to selected teamVEOS user

Share Screen
User can share his screen to show his desktop to multiple users.
To start screen sharing:
1. Login to Connect Me
2. Open Participant List
3. Select Screen Profile user
4. Click on Share My Screen
5. Click on YES to share screen with selected user or NO to share screen with all
users.

Besides presenting your display on the projector, you can also play media files to the
WOW Gateway.
A normal presentation will not send the sound from your computer to WOW Gateway for
playback over the connected speakers. This feature will allow you to playback
multimedia files in full-fidelity audio and high-quality HD video.
Click the Multimedia button to start the Multimedia Player.

Multimedia Player will open.
To play media files through multimedia player
1. Click on Play button
2. Browse media file from your local system
3. Click on Open
Media will start playing at the gateway

Click on Leave Room button to logout from VEOS Collaboration
