OUTSTANDING INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Air curtains with Wellisair technology (OH·)
This cartridge is placed between the air curtain’s fans. Just open the door or
panel service to identify its position.
Depending on the length, the air curtains include one or two reaction chambers:
Models: 1000 & 1500
Models: 2000, 2500 &
3000
To install the air curtain, follow the indications of the manual and connection diagram enclosed with the air
curtain. Once it is installed, put the disinfection cartridge/s on the reaction chamber/s to activate the active
purifying and disinfection function.
Disinfection air curtains are divided in two groups: Wellisair technology (OH·) and
Photocatalysis technology (FC).
To know the installation, functioning and maintenance of double technology air curtains
(OH+FC), read both manual categories.
For the FC air curtains, just read the corresponding category.
Air curtains with Wellisair technology ONLY can be
installed in HORIZONTAL position, because inside there is
a bottle with disinfectant liquid, which can be dropped.

(4) Accompaniment manual –Disinfection air curtains
The air curtains include the Advanced Clever control

installed in the air curtain’s housing (the position
changes depending on the model), it only needs the TFT connection and the accessories which the user
wants to use (temperature sensors, door contact, ModBus, etc):
Advanced Clever Control includes an air quality sensor

to monitor on the TFT screen the air pollution level
that enters to the air curtain.
Air curtains with Photocatalytic technology (FC)
The components added to the standard air curtain are:
- Impeller with dioxide of titanium treatment (free of maintenance)
- Led UV-A + power supply PCB for the long-life Led (>40.000h)
These components are already integrated in the air curtain fans, there is no need to do any other installation.
To install the air curtain, follow the indications of the manual and connection diagram enclosed with the air
curtain.

VERTICAL position.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
¡Attention! Heavy load.
Do not stand under the suspended equipment during transport or assembly.
Store in a dry place protected from the elements. If the packaging is open, cover the purifier to protect it from
dust. Do not step on or place heavy load son it to avoid damage to the material. Storage temperature
between -20ºC and +40ºC.
When transporting the material, make sure that it is not damaged by the forklift (penetration of the fork in the
packaging). The instructions on the packaging must be observed.
Includes a consumable with disinfectant liquid (hydrogen peroxide solution).
(EN) PRECAUTIONS: Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. It can irritate
the respiratory tract. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Wash hands
and forearms thoroughly after handling. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
Wear protective gloves/clothing/glasses/mask. IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT: Wash
with plenty of soap and water. IN CASE OF INHALATION: Remove person to fresh air and
keep in a position that facilitates breathing. IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES: Rinse carefully with water
for several minutes. Remove contact lenses when present and can be done easily. Continue with the wash.
In case of skin irritation: Consult a doctor. Immediately call a POSISON CENTER or doctor. Remove
contaminated clothing. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep the recipient hermetically sealed. Keep locked
up. Dispose of contents/container to an approved waste disposal facility.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Air curtains with Wellisair technology (OH·)
Purifying and disinfection active and passive system control for air and surfaces.
Advanced Clever Control has a specific disinfection program with:
-Same functions as standard Clever control (see enclosed control manual).
-Indicates, on the TFT screen, when the Wellisair disinfection system is working:
OH· and FC disinfection activated
Without icon
OH· disinfection deactivated
-When the cartridge/s are consumed, Clever Control warns it on the TFT screen:

-Incorporates a 4-level air quality sensor by Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). It is installed inside
the Advanced Clever Control and monitors the air quality that goes through the air curtain as:

Regular
Good

-The control can be configured using the next menu “Basic Configuration →Parameters →
Disinfection”:
oKind of disinfection:
▪NO. Deactivated (it does not stop the photocatalysis disinfection, only hide the
disinfection icons)
▪OH+FC. Double disinfection technology (Wellisair + Photocatalysis)
▪FC. Only photocatalysis disinfection.
oDisinfection mode:
▪24. Uninterrupted 24h/7 days.
▪ON. Active when air curtain is running.
oFor the 24 mode, the user can configure the fan speed when one of the next conditions
occurs:
▪OFF button is pressed
▪Automatic configuration is selected and the program determinates that the air curtain
should be stopped
▪The time programmer stops the air curtain
oActivate or deactivate the air quality sensor.
For safety, air curtains never have to be stopped by disconnecting them from the main
supply, always through the controller and wait for 10 minutes at least to disconnect the
main supply. In case to not follow these instructions, the internal parts of the air curtain
can be damaged.

(7) Accompaniment manual –Disinfection air curtains
Air curtains with Photocatalysis technology (FC)
When the air curtain is running, the passive (air that goes through the fans) purification and disinfection is
active.
Includes a standard five speed control (see enclosed air curtain manual)
Optional, Advanced Clever Control with a specific disinfection program to monitor the disinfection and the
kind of functioning.
The control can be configured using the next menu “Basic Configuration →Parameters →Disinfection”:
oKind of disinfection:
▪NO. Deactivated (it does not stop the photocatalysis disinfection, only hide the
disinfection icons)
▪OH+FC. Double disinfection technology (Wellisair + Photocatalysis)
▪FC. Only photocatalysis disinfection.
oDisinfection mode:
▪24. Uninterrupted 24h/7 days.
▪ON. Active when air curtain is running.
