temperature is reached.
2. Push the food up on the sides of the wok. Continue this process until all the
food is cooked and then combine for serving.
3. Do not add larger amounts of food to the wok at any one time as this will

“OFF”, if you wish to remove the food immediately from the wok.
5. After setting to OFF unplug the cord from the wall outlet.

• Two long-handled wooden spoons are recommended for stir-frying.
• Smooth-edged metal cooking tools may be used with care. Do not use sharp-
edged cooking tools (knives, forks, food choppers) as they could scratch the non-

Care and cleaning instructions
• Clean the wok thoroughly after each use to keep it looking attractive and
cooking efficiently.
• After using the wok, let it cool by itself. Prevent warping by not pouring cold
water into the wok while it is hot, or immersing the hot wok into cold water.
• Remove the heat control after the wok has cooled and wipe it clean with a
damp cloth if necessary.
• The wok itself can be cleaned quickly and easily by rinsing it under running
water before drying with a cloth or a paper towel.
• DO NOT use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleansers on the wok surfaces as
they may damage the non-stick surface
• Before storage, ensure that the appliance is fully dried with a clean dry towel.
Special cleaning instructions
A spotted white film may form on the non-stick surface. This is a buildup of
minerals and is not a defect in the finish. To remove, soak a soft cloth in lemon
juice or vinegar and rub onto the finish. After treating the finish, rinse and dry your
wok. Recondition the non-stick surface with cooking oil before using.
